I had the pleasure of using Rway Pet Solutions services for a transfer of three young baby cats to an adoption home. The communication was excellent by this young lady. She was not just sweet but very loving and caring. Both the lady and a partner of hers brought these babies in the utmost patience, care and concern to their new mommies house. A huge thank you to the team at Rway Pet Solutions for taking care of me and Coco during her quarantine in Malaysia. Bee Ling was super responsive over WhatsApp from the beginning. (Unlike the other places in KL I contacted) She was friendly, helpful and caring even over WhatsApp. She made sure we had everything needed to make sure Coco was able to enter Malaysia and arranged the quarantine kennel. Ryan met me when I arrived in KL. He waited patiently to make sure Coco passed customs and immigration and coordinated to get her from the airport to the quarantine kennel. Ryan went to visit Coco daily to give her walks and give us updates. They even arranged for me to visit Coco two times that week. After quarantine, the team made sure Coco was fully bathed and groomed before delivering Coco to my doorstep. As an expat without any support in Malaysia, pet transport can be a stressful process. The team at Rway Pets Solutions made it easy and comforting for us. I felt the love and care they had for us and our fur baby. I’m so glad I could trust and rely on Rway Pets Solutions. Our pets came from Malaysia to New Zealand entirely thanks to their comprehensive service. They took care of our dog meticulously from start to finish, frequently sending us photos and videos of our beloved pets, allowing us to feel at ease even though we were far away. Now, our two pets have been reunited with us, and they are living a happy and joyful life!
