We cannot thank ESS enough for their support and expertise in moving our dog and two senior cats from the island of Langkawi in Malaysia to Lisbon/Portugal as well as our helper's cat to Manila. It was not an easy task, especially with some Covid restrictions still in place. Bev, Sue and the whole team was very approachable and always ready to help out. Not alone with the paperwork and necessary vet examinations and vaccinations, also with finding suitable crates or flight connections. They even picked our pets up from the island and kept them for a couple of days at their boarding place near KLIA before the flight. We highly recommend their service!

We have to say "thank you" to Bev and her team in this hard process to relocate our cats Milo and Koko from KL to Auckland. We went through many steps and hard time with our cats - it has been a very stress time. However under ESS ‘s help we went through this process very smoothly. Hanifa was incredible and her care and compassion when dealing with a VERY anxious cat owner did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you to the whole team, especially Hanifa who handled all the correspondence, Hakim who met us at the MAQIS office at KLIA, the team who looked after our cat whilst in Quarantine and then the team who looked after him whilst we were finding an apartment at the boarding facility. ESS was recommended by my cat's vet and I'm so glad to have found them! Recently moved my cat from Malaysia to Kyoto, after almost a year of planning because of the pandemic with ESS' help. I was very worried because this is my first time moving my cat cross countries.
