Thank you so so much, Alan. Your service is amazing! CIEF was amazing and easy to deal with right from the beginning. Alan was very professional and dealt with all my enquiries. I tried contacting other agents but most were unresponsive. Alan replied to my queries promptly despite the time difference. Moving 7 pets across the globe is very stressful but Alan took care of all the admin required and gave me constant updates; following up with the NZ agent as well. On arrival day, Alan also updated me on their arrival, condition and even checked in on my pets to ensure they were alright. He updated me on their ETA. Drivers were also friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend CIEF to all who wants to relocate your pets. 5 stars service. we opted door to service and we are definitely impressed. As an extremely anxious kitty parent who had to move my 3 cats from Vietnam to Malaysia, I was so worried about everything. CIEF were absolutely amazing at answering questions promptly - even if they were stupid questions on my part - they were so kind and helpful to me. We were met at the airport by a lovely member of staff (I'm sorry, I forgot your name) who clearly knew animals well and had already decided the personalities of my cats correctly within a few minutes. He helped make it very clear what was going on at the quarantine checkpoint and what would happen to the cats after clearing the airport. I felt much more at ease knowing someone in Malaysia had mine and kitties' backs. Would definitely recommend! Them as a great service with very clear explanations of the process for the cats to go through.

My pets are happy to be home 16/4/25: Entire export process was seamless, and queries are always responded in time.
