Total peace of mind when assigning our cat Kedi to PetAir Malaysia - that's the most important thing because I was in Istanbul while my husband was in Malaysia to handle all the procedures arranged by PetAir, from issuing of passport, microchipping, vaccinations, blood test and final inspections! They are super professional, super experienced, and with sooooo much LOVE and CARE for Kedi, as well as always are considerate and caring towards us being the fur parents, giving us such assurance and confidence, walking through with us being the first timer bringing Kedi inside the cabin! I especially want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Esther, Dr Dev and Shini for being so kind and patient with us, guiding us through all the steps. And for the final stage of inspection at the Government Vet Department - they guided us how to go and even where to park our car - such details! And one day before departure they sent us a full checklist of what to bring and do at the Airport with very clear instructions and detailed information. Esther was even awake to standby on the phone during our check-in in case if we encountered any issues! As it was very early morning and everything was settled so smoothly I didn't want to wake her up but she texted me to ask if everything was okay - that touched our hearts! Upon arrival in Istanbul, their messages already came in to ask if Kedi was okay and went through the checkpoint smoothly.. and after 5 days, Esther even cared to ask if Kedi settled well in Istanbul! Such LOVE AND CARE! OUR HEARTFELT GRATITUDE TO ALL OF YOU IN PETAIR MALAYSIA - CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH! ❤️❤️❤️

When I had to relocate my cat from Malaysia to Singapore, I decided to get a pet relocation agency to help on this as there are a lot of paperwork and procedures that I could have missed out on seeing that it was my first time doing so. After some research, I chose PetAir and I had a wonderful experience with them throughout the last few months. PetAir was very transparent with their upfront cost, with no hidden charges after we engaged their services. The team continuously kept us posted on the status of everything, from paperwork preparation all the way to the transportation of the cat to the quarantine center. The staff (shoutout to Esther and Shini) were very friendly and knowledgable. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond to address any concerns that we had, sometimes even past their working hours. From trips to Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore and the US, PetAir was knowledgeable about the processes and requirements for all the countries. I never had to worry that anything was amiss even when my kitties had to travel during the height of Covid. They would always arrive safely to their destination, with plenty of pictures too! The relocation papers were always in order, including all the required vaccinations. They are transparent with the cost and happy to explain things to you. @Dr. Devan, Srini, Esther and your entire wonderful Team, thank you very much for essentially being part of our fur-family throughout the years! I used petair to move my cat from Malaysia to China. I was especially nervous because if the cat did not pass the physical upon arrival, or the paperwork was incorrect, the cat would have to quarantine. Petair took care of everything from start to finish and made sure that quarantine was never going to happen. I thank petair graciously and would recommend their service to anyone considering to use them to relocate their pet. The price was more than fair for the peace of mind they provided.

I had a very positive experience moving my cat Zelda from Malaysia to UK with PetAir. Since the very first enquiry I sent them, they have been extremely prompt with their replies, patient when answering my many questions, and all-around pleasant to engage with. They made the whole process extremely easy on me, all I had to do was fill out a couple of simple forms in the beginning and just show up with Zelda to all the appointments that PetAir arranged for me. On the travel day, they also handled all of the logistics of getting Zelda to the airport, and sent me pictures which helped to ease my anxiety. I also appreciate how punctual they were every step of the way, from each individual clinic visit to the delivery of Zelda to our doorstep. Engaged with PetAir to help relocate my cat from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The initial correspondence was through email then after payment the team used WhatsApp which was more responsive and convenient. All the paperwork and requirements were handled really well, saving me a lot of time and headache if I were to do it myself. The staff who were directly involved especially Esther and Shini are very helpful, friendly and professional. The day of the flight journey was considerably less stressful because they prepared me from A to Z about what to do, with all the necessary documents printed out in many copies. I would recommend PetAir even for domestic relocation between West and East Malaysia because there are so many requirements/procedures to go through and it can be very daunting.
