It was my first time using a pet taxi because the clinic could not pick up our cat, as the clinic’s car broke down. And my cat needed to go for surgery.

After reading the reviews and deciding to use CaTaxi for my first experience (because WhatsApp Customer Service could slot in a one-way pickup and deliver to the clinic on the same day), I decided to give it a go.

The driver came on time for pickup, so I was pleased that he came on time. It was around 4.10 p.m., so I figured my cat would arrive at the clinic roughly around 4.30 p.m., depending on traffic.

However, around 4.57 p.m., the clinic informed me that my cat had not arrived, and my family and I panicked. I received no follow-ups or updates on the driver’s whereabouts, so I had to contact him instead. I found out he reached the wrong place and mentioned it was a map issue (which made our family very stressed and worried for the cat because I had given both full addresses for pickup and delivery).

I shared the clinic’s Google Maps with him in case he said it is a map issue (again). When I asked for the updated ETA, he said 5.45pm. You can imagine our feelings about this – not very pleased and very worried.

I informed WhatsApp Customer Service about this issue, and all we could do at that point was pray that our cat arrived safely.

By 6:12 p.m., I received a photo showing that my cat had arrived at the clinic. So it took 2 hours to go from my place to the clinic (roughly 20 minutes without traffic). Thank God the cat was OK, but stressed.

Would I use the service again? Probably only because of the professionalism of WhatsApp’s customer Service, so I provide the Stars for this.

But would I use the same driver? No, so I cant put extra Stars.

This is something CaTaxi needs to improve to update your customers along the way, so we do not need to go through the stress and be very concern of our fur pets.

Been using the cat taxi to transport our cats for grooming or to cat hotel. We are very happy with the service. Simply the best! Cataxi Wana handled our cat well. Overall, it is a good experience. Communication is great and thorough. Happy with the service. Thank you so much!

Jeff Leong of RF Pets Relocation is my definition of the best in business for Malaysia. Responsive, responsible and reliable. He and his staff understand and are up to date on the local laws and requirements for pet importation extremely well. I’ve used his service for relocating my large breed dog from Moscow to Kuala Lumpur. I was provided the utmost care during customs clearance and was provided daily updates of my pet all throughout his 7 day quarantine. This is not my first time importing dogs into Malaysia, but it’s my first time using Jeff’s service. Safe to day I won’t be using another service provider ever again. Especially since the cost is way lower than the impeccable service I received. He should be charging more but I’m not complaining!

We had an issue with cat crates not meeting Qatar requirements so called them in a panic 3 hours before boarding. They had 4 crates that fit the spec, built them and brought everything we would need in 40 minutes!

Our cats wouldn’t have caught the flight without them! Absolutely incredible service and such lovely people!

No doubt they need to make the communication better. However once you have paid the initial 500 RM, and filled out the form on the website Bev will make sure everything will go smoothly. I relocated to Pakistan safely and smoothly. They took care of every little detail including import and export documents, pick and drop even the crate. And honestly very reasonable cost.

Total peace of mind when assigning our cat Kedi to PetAir Malaysia – that’s the most important thing because I was in Istanbul while my husband was in Malaysia to handle all the procedures arranged by PetAir, from issuing of passport, microchipping, vaccinations, blood test and final inspections! When I had trouble making a payment and booking through the app (even though not common practice) they still helped me make a manual booking and gave me time to make the payment. Needing a pet taxi to send your furry kid somewhere that you can’t cater to is stressful enough and then to come across unexpected blockers are even more stressful, but Pet Jojo made the entire experience super smooth for me. I’ve been using them for well over 2 years now and I can honestly say they’re one of the best service providers I’ve ever encountered.

I recently had the pleasure of using the Pet Taxi app, and I must say it has completely transformed how I transport my beloved pet. As a pet owner, it can often be a challenge to find safe and reliable transportation options, but this app has truly been a game-changer. I couldn’t be happier with the service it provides!

First and foremost, the app is incredibly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, making it a breeze to book a ride for my cat. From entering the pickup and drop-off locations to selecting the desired time, everything is straightforward and hassle-free. It’s great to have a dedicated platform that caters specifically to pets and their unique transportation needs.

Jojo Pets Taxi has made my life as an expat who’s not driving having dogs in Malaysia so much easier. It’s convenient to book a drive (like grab but pet friendly!!). The drivers are very nice to myself and my dogs. The Jojo team always stands by to provide support. There are also vets, pet hotels, pet shops listed in the app. The Team also organized some cool and fun events for us. I am forever grateful for Jojo Pets taxi.

I love using JoJo Pets Taxi’s service when I need to because of how friendly and accommodating they are – both the staff handling the book requests and WhatsApp and the drivers. I’ve had to make bookings ahead of time so I’ve been giving them a heads up through WhatsApp since the app doesn’t have the function yet, and they’re always right on schedule. I do recommend they bring this function in because it would make planning for vet or grooming appointments so much easier. The taxi will come with a huge crate for your pet in the backseat, lined with a pee pad so you don’t have to worry about your pets making a mess. The drivers are pet owners themselves so they are very understanding and gentle, and I’ve learned so many tips from them just from the trips I’ve booked to/from the vet. There is an option for you to just drop off your pet with the driver and they will take your pet to the vet/groomer for you, you don’t have to follow along – but I’ve not tried this before. My only concern is the price point – while I do understand the reason behind it, I’ve had to make different arrangements when it’s a tight month and the vet visit is unexpected. I suggest the team introduces some sort of points system or something to help with this?

I’m a pet owners but I don’t have a car which is why I appreciate jojo pets a lot. Their driver all are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I usually need to wait 30 mins for the ride as they have limited driver. Hope they have more driver in the future.

Jojopet is our go to pet-taxi in KL! They’re quick to come and always so friendly with our dog. Their customer service is also top notch! Highly recommended!

Adrian and Kogilan were excellent support. Adrian send me videos each day of my dog in 8 days of quarantine which was extremely appreciated. Mr Kogilan was extremely polite and efficient when meeting at the airport and again on delivery. Thank you!

I do not recommend this pet relocation agent at all. They made plenty of promises at the start, but when it came down to the actual relocation, they were unresponsive and completely unreliable. No proper communication, no follow-ups, and worse—they didn’t even show up for the animal.

This isn’t just about poor service; it’s about the welfare and safety of a living being. Their lack of responsibility and accountability is unacceptable, especially for something as important as pet relocation. If you genuinely care about your pet, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The team at Mamadog are amazing. From the quotation stage until bringing the pets across the border, they have been thoroughly professional and committed.

We booked the Door 2 Door service from KL to SG and with their network of agencies, they have handled my furbabies with the utmost care. Getting the tests done, treatments done and transporting them safely by road and then finally handing them over to the agency in SG.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your pet relocation needs. For folks who do use them, please be aware that the communication is not at what you would perceive as optimal. Be prepared for delayed messages, emails, radio silence, etc. But that’s a combined problem of us pet parents being, understandably, anxious and them working with limitations of third-parties like test centers, quarantine facilities, etc. But when there is an update to be given, they make sure its in your inbox, so some patience will be required while dealing with a pet relocation.

Due to an urgent matter, I needed to leave Malaysia within a week and did not have the chance to plan for my pet’s future. So, I search and fortunately found a number. It was Lennie, an agent of Mamadog. She immediately helped me to sort out everything regarding my cat relocation. Compare to other companies, they offered a better price, and more importantly, with kindness and caring which gave me the feeling that I am not alone in this situation. They took my cat, boarding him in a nice place, and did every paperwork and after a month I received it in another corner of the world. Thank you Lennie and Mamadog.

Some tips for those who want to relocate their pets, plan ahead and it will take at least 3 months depends on which country you relocate.

Lennie & Adrian were so great to help transfer my little dog overseas. They were communicative and very clear on the steps. Prompt and kept me constantly updated despite the frustrating and arduous process. Cannot recommend them enough ! Would definitely engage them again.
