I had such a wonderful experience at The Green Loft for the Singing Bowl Sound Therapy Certification with Amy. She was very patient and guided us with care throughout the sessions. I truly enjoyed learning, practicing, and also connecting with my fellow course mates in such a supportive environment. It was both fun and enriching, and I can’t wait to continue this journey further.

Joined the level 1 sound healing therapy course today! Amy is very gentle and knowledgeable, and through this four hours session I have gained a very insightful knowledge of one to one sound healing. Would love to go for level 2 but will definitely need to practice first hope to join again!

I've been a Green Loft member for nearly a year, and it's truly been an incredible journey. I started attending their yoga and sound healing sessions back when they were at their original loft studio, and have since followed them to their new, peaceful space in Taman Desa. Every class I join has been thoughtfully guided, with instructors who align the sessions with each unique theme. Recently, they've started introducing new classes and workshops, adding even more variety and depth to the experience. It's a safe space to recharge, reconnect, and grow.

Level One Tibetan Sound Healing was a powerful and well-rounded introduction to the practice. I loved the hands-on experience and gained a deeper understanding of the history, the science and the healing power of sound. The session has left me feeling more grounded, connected, and inspired to continue this journey. Highly recommend for anyone curious about energy work or sound healing.

The course is suitable for beginners to have basic understanding of singing bowls and how it works. I personally enjoyed the hands-on practices as a giver and receiver. Love this cosy place and lovely instructor, Amy! Look forward to level 2 training

I’ve been attending this yoga class every week for since April, and it’s become an important part of my life. The instructors here are incredibly genuine — there’s a sense of real presence in the way they guide each session. Nothing feels scripted or forced. They also hold monthly workshops that go deeper into technique, breathwork, or philosophy. It’s a great way to stay inspired and continually learn — I really appreciate how they consistently offer these to help us grow. What I appreciate most is how I leave every class with something meaningful — not just a good stretch, but a feeling, a note, or a reflection that sticks with me through the week. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this class offers a safe, calming space where you can just be. Highly recommend. TYC

Joined their class last year 2024 and took their part 1 and 2 Tibetian Sound Healing courts in 2025. Really good experience, place was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. 100% would recommend.
