I have been wanting to have a PT to guide me to build up some strength since I have a minor slip disc and cranky left knee. Consulted coach Riad and he arranged coach Afiqah for my strength exercises. Initially, I was kinda nervous as this was my first full committed gym programme, I didn't know what to expect. From my very first session, I have already loved it! ❤️ . Love their equipments, cleanliness, space and the coaches are very humble and nice. Coach Afiqah will always ensure that my form is correct and doesn't further hurt my knee. From time to time, I will get advice from Coach Riad on nutrition. I am into my 20th session dy and I am confident that these strength exercises would benefit me in the long term with better quality of life. Something that we can control at our ends by building strength and hence, prevent injury when performing our daily routine.
When I first walked into PHP, I had limited gym experience, but I knew I wanted to improve—and I wanted it done right. Since health is an important investment, I chose a place where expertise and environment are taken seriously. What struck me early on was the atmosphere. PEAK isn’t loud or crowded—it’s clean, fresh, private, and intentionally designed so you can truly focus on your workouts. The attention to detail is evident: equipment is hygienic and immaculate, recovery options like infrared therapy and an ice bath are included, and scheduling is seamless—no fighting for space or waiting in line, good for people who have no time to waste. A huge part of why I’ve stayed is Riad. He’s the kind of coach who listens, encourages, and knows exactly when to push you further. His knowledge runs deep, but he delivers it with patience and kindness—qualities that make even once-casual fitness folks like me feel passionate. He takes the time to tailor each workout to my goals and limits, which makes every hour efficient and purposeful. I also commend Zuk and Ismail who have been awesome coaches. I initially joined thinking I’d just try it for a short time. But the consistent progress, the premium yet unpretentious environment, and Riad’s thoughtful guidance have made me a loyal patron. It's been 3 months - I hope to be here for the long run. PEAK has been a clear return on investment for both my body and my mindset. As someone who values expertise, quality, privacy, time, and results, I go with PHP.

All exercises are very specific and very effective, all explanations are very useful and easy to understand, they have some rare good stations, working with Riad and his team they are really awesome! 5 stars

I went to this gym spontaneously and was given a warm welcome. I was extremely impressed by the hygiene due to the ban on shoes, but also by Riad's extensive knowledge of holistic transformation. Unfortunately, it is not intended as a day studio, but it is a very, very good gym. It has everything you need and even more. There is nothing missing. In my opinion, it is the most exclusive and best studio in all of Kuala Lumpur. Anyone who wants to change physically and therefore mentally is in the right place here.
