This was my first time trying slimming treatment, and man, it was such a great experience. I decided to give it a try for health reason after my body checkup, and to be honest, I didn’t have high hope about it. Well, the result was good, and I have to say, this clinic did a good job. The consultation session provided by the PIC Miki was clear, genuine and informative. She will tailor the treatment based on your needs, as long as you be honest about your health condition. And Candy, the staff who run the treatment is very kind and thoughtful. She will patiently explain to you the process and keep checking if you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The only con side I can think of is probably the pricing, but since it can be paid by instalment, it is still acceptable to me. And to me, health is my main priority and the first session did show good result. I still have a few sessions, and hopefully they can help to reach my goal.

This gym has everything you need—tons of equipment for all body types and fitness goals. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help out whenever you need a hand.

There are plenty of classes to choose from, whether you’re into Pilates, yoga, or something more intense like kickboxing. The app-connected treadmills are also a great way to keep track of your workouts and see your progress over time.

The space is clean, bright, and safe, with secure lockers, changing rooms, and showers.

Big shoutout to Frankie—always super supportive, quick to answer any questions, and really goes the extra mile to make sure everyone’s taken care of.

And Coach Hamid is seriously one of the most dedicated trainers I’ve met. He really takes the time to understand your limits and helps you push through them, patiently and consistently. In just a little over a month, I’ve already seen noticeable changes in both my health and body, which has honestly been pretty amazing.

[update] it’s been an amazing journey seeing the drastic drop on body fat of 16kg!! While gaining a bit muscle in just about 5 months it doesn’t only change the appearance, it improve my self confidence and making me more active. Taking the fact that I am already over 45yo. I first met Alex when he was still a sales consultant, and even back then, he was friendly, approachable, and always willing to share tips — even before I signed up for any sessions. Now that he’s my physical trainer, I can confidently say that decision was one of the best moves I’ve made for my fitness journey.

In my time of training with him, my progress has been incredible:

Coach Noel, Kim and team lives up to the name of Gym for people who hates gym. Simply because the WOD are for all fitness level – beginners, intermediate and advanced.
Considering myself an intermediate level as I train with a coach in Cambodia, I find it challenging but fun. Afterall going to the gym is to sweat it out and have some fun. Weights can be switched among other fellow gym mates according to your ability. Now comes this petite lady who is a cili padi Coach Leanne our instructor for Superheroes Strength pushed me to my limits by asking me to lift heavier weights and didn’t take my No for super hero get up. True enough i can complete all exercises! If you’re on a wellness journey to be fitter, stronger like myself. This is a place for you because Noel and Kim offer consultation from nutrition, workouts, and follow ups on your progress.

I can honestly say I was never a “gym person” (wandering around aimlessly, don’t know which equipment to use) — that is, until I joined Daily Muscle on 31 July, 2023.

Now? I’m proud to say, I AM a gym person, and I absolutely love my gym!

From the moment you walk into Daily Muscle, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and always make every session challenging yet fun. They will always ask if anyone has any injuries, so they are mindful not to aggravate your pain. But if you are fit and able, they will encourage you to take heavier weights.

The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, and it’s clear that every corner of the space has been designed with care and thoughtfulness.

One day I decided to take the stairs to the group class at 5th Floor, and I am touched to find uplifting notes paste on the wall at the staircase of every floor (common premise).
Noel and Kim also send out helpful tips in their emails every now and then to encourage members to stick to our fitness goals.

This is a gym with a lot of ‘heart’ poured into it from the owners.

The members are inspiring and motivating, not to mention super fun! creating a sense of community that makes each workout more enjoyable. The staffs are friendly and helpful, always ready to render help when necessary.

The coaching at Daily Muscle is top-notch. Kim, Noel, Leanne and Puvan are superstars, providing expert guidance and motivation. Coaches will routinely ask if we have any injuries and provide modified workouts for those unable to fully participate. But what truly sets them apart is the incredible level of client service. I’ve experienced first-hand their accommodating nature, which is a refreshing change from the usual franchised gym experience. When I had to travel for work for a month and couldnt’ make it to classes, all it took was a simple text to freeze my membership. I recently injured my foot and couldn’t continue my Small Group PT sessions, they seamlessly rolled over my credits to the next cycle

Being part of the Daily Muscle family DEFINITELY is one of the BEST decisions I’ve made in my life!!! One day I just came across the Daily Muscle 6 weeks challenge ads on Instagram and I decided to visit the gym (because I’ve determined to lose weight…). However, I was impressed by how colorful the gym looked and how helpful and friendly the coaches were. They will constantly follow up with you if you absent from classes and provide you with alternatives workout during classes to suit your physical abilities. On 15.5.2023, I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge. After 6 weeks, I lost almost 3kg of fat and I am really satisfied with what I’ve achieved. I’ve been training with Ras and I can honestly say she’s one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever met. I have a back issue and used to worry a lot that workouts might make it worse. But Ras is incredibly patient and professional—she pays close attention to every detail of my posture on each machine, and always checks between sets to make sure I’m not feeling pain in my back.

What really stands out is her care even beyond the session—she follows up the next day to check on my condition, which makes me feel very supported. With her guidance, I’ve become more confident and less self-conscious about my back issue, so I can focus on proper posture instead of fear.

Ras also makes every workout safe yet effective. She always introduces new machines step by step, ensuring I feel the right movement before gradually increasing the weight. The result: I feel the good kind of sore without it ever being overwhelming. Thanks to her, I’ve actually started to enjoy my workout sessions.

I’ve been looking for a fitness centre that offers 1-on-1 coaching, and I’m so glad I found this place — it’s conveniently located near my home. My personal trainer, Kee Hang, is incredibly passionate and patient. He takes the time to understand my condition and goals, then tailors the workouts to help me achieve the results I want.

He explains everything in great detail, so I understand the purpose behind each movement and how it contributes to muscle training. He also pays close attention to my form during each exercise and will carefully correct my posture to make sure I’m doing it right and safely.

I knew I need help on my strentgh and fitness. I passed by Unifit Cheras everyday as it is located near my house. After lots of contemplation and consideration, I eventually made my mind to seek help here. Coach Yan attended me on my first consultation appointment and started training with nearly a month. He personalised my training according to my goal and fitness level. All my forms were checked and corrected. He also advise on my diet. 当初选择 Unifit Gym Cheras branch 是喜欢整个 Gym Layouts.

Unifit 跟其他的大型连锁gym有不同。

先说整体。

Marketing:
不是大型连锁gym memberships 哪一种。

Unifit只是针对一对一的训练!没有而外要签memberships.
一对一配套直接看您个人的budgets选。

当然直接可能已经计算所谓的members fees 但是起码不是绑在所谓memberships的期限,要给几个月的通知。。。好麻烦!我不喜欢这种方式。

地点:
Unifit Cheras 是在三层shoplot,第二层。
不需要给parking fees.
不是大型健身房,不大不小刚刚好!
麻雀虽小但是设备齐全,有室内和室外.
这个我超喜欢,起码可以空气流通。本人超怕冷,不喜欢商场那种冷冻,空气不流通。。。

整洁,干净,简单。

Coach:
Louis 是其中一个Senior.
我没有试过其他的coach所以不能比较。
但是在他的安排训练,我的体型,体力有进度!
蛮细心,会经常提醒我这个健忘aunty. 同样的训练需要他一直示范给我,他也很耐心的为我示范。

在家尝试做回,拍video给他,他会提醒哪里有问题需要调整。每天会跟进我的饮食intake。

Programs:
Unifit有不同的一对一配套。
从瘦身到健身都有。
价格是比外面的一对一较贵。
因为真的是一对一,不会太多人同一时间健身。这样可以确保每一个顾客可以专心的训练,空间比较舒服的多。

Payment methods:
在这方面比较需要改进。
目前只是现金/ online bank transfer & credit card (分期付款最多是三个月- 限制于他们的online payment gateway).

希望他们能提供ewallet/ boost pay 等等。

短短的4个月的时间,从puteri ️, 没有stamina, 做运动会喘气,头晕目眩, 拿4kg的哑铃都瓜瓜叫的40多岁aunty 到慢慢去尝试20 到 30kg硬拉 ️‍♀️。

软绵绵的手臂有小老鼠出现了,扁平臀部有微微的蜜桃臀(好开心 )最重要的是我的stamina好了很多。

期待体型迈向lean fit, 让整个人看起来瘦但是肌肉是结实比较健康不是扁瘦,松弛那种 。

Great personalised workout program. the trainer is professional, focus on both diet and body training. work well for me, able to gain better body strength and fitness, loss about 8-9kg after 4months while maintaining body muscle. only downside is the program package quite costly, if budget not an issue then highly recommended. plus need some self discipline and commitment as well. wish can continue to train longer here.

I have been wanting to have a PT to guide me to build up some strength since I have a minor slip disc and cranky left knee. Consulted coach Riad and he arranged coach Afiqah for my strength exercises. Initially, I was kinda nervous as this was my first full committed gym programme, I didn’t know what to expect. From my very first session, I have already loved it! ❤️ . Love their equipments, cleanliness, space and the coaches are very humble and nice. Coach Afiqah will always ensure that my form is correct and doesn’t further hurt my knee. From time to time, I will get advice from Coach Riad on nutrition. I am into my 20th session dy and I am confident that these strength exercises would benefit me in the long term with better quality of life. Something that we can control at our ends by building strength and hence, prevent injury when performing our daily routine.

His knowledge runs deep, but he delivers it with patience and kindness—qualities that make even once-casual fitness folks like me feel passionate. He takes the time to tailor each workout to my goals and limits, which makes every hour efficient and purposeful. I also commend Zuk and Ismail who have been awesome coaches.

I initially joined thinking I’d just try it for a short time. But the consistent progress, the premium yet unpretentious environment, and Riad’s thoughtful guidance have made me a loyal patron. It’s been 3 months – I hope to be here for the long run.

I went to this gym spontaneously and was given a warm welcome. I was extremely impressed by the hygiene due to the ban on shoes, but also by Riad’s extensive knowledge of holistic transformation. Unfortunately, it is not intended as a day studio, but it is a very, very good gym. It has everything you need and even more. There is nothing missing. In my opinion, it is the most exclusive and best studio in all of Kuala Lumpur. Anyone who wants to change physically and therefore mentally is in the right place here.

From the moment I walked in, the energy and vibe of the place just hit differently. It’s super spacious, immaculately clean, and designed in a way that makes you feel motivated the second you step through the doors. It’s not just another gym, it feels like a lifestyle haven for those who truly want to level up their fitness journey in style and comfort.

The layout is phenomenal. There’s tons of space to move around without feeling cramped or like you’re competing for machines. The equipment is all top-tier brand new, well-maintained, and placed thoughtfully throughout the gym. Every corner of the space is spotless, fresh, and inviting. You can tell right away that this is a gym that takes hygiene and cleanliness very seriously something I personally value a lot in a post-pandemic world.

But let’s talk about the REAL game-changer for me the cold plunge. Yes. You heard that right. LifenFitness has an in-house cold plunge facility, and let me just say that was the MAIN REASON I signed up on the spot. As someone who’s been doing cold plunges as part of my health and performance routine, this blew my mind. NO other major gym in Bangsar offers this. NONE. And for me, nothing hits harder than a cold plunge to wake my body up before I lift. The moment I saw it, I knew I found my gym.

I’ve been a long-time member of a popular 24-hour gym franchise (I won’t name them here, but you probably already know who they are), and while I always appreciated their round-the-clock access, I wanted a serious upgrade in both ambiance and amenities and I found that and so much more here at LifenFitness BSC. The 24-hour access here is a huge win for me too. I can still train on my own time, at my own pace, without compromising on quality or atmosphere.

Now here’s a special shout-out you definitely don’t want to miss: If you’re considering joining, ask for Alisha. She is hands-down one of the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable people I’ve met in the fitness space. Alisha walked me through every detail, answered all my questions, and gave me the grand tour with so much enthusiasm and care that it made me feel right at home. She’s got this positive energy that makes you instantly feel like part of the LifenFitness family. If you’re a new member or thinking of joining, she’s the one to lookout for.

To sum it up: LifenFitness Bangsar Shopping Centre is not just a gym. It’s an experience. Whether you’re someone new to fitness or a seasoned athlete looking for a place to challenge yourself, reset, and grow this place has everything you need and more.

Pros:
• The gym vibes are immaculate. The environment is motivating and welcoming.

• There are plenty of machines available, so you rarely have to wait to use equipment.
• The fitness coaches are approachable and helpful.

Cons:
One MAJOR frustration I’ve had is with the female shower room AC. It’s always turned off when I go in, and I have to ask staff to switch it on every single time. The usual excuse is, “No one used it earlier, so we turned it off.” Honestly, I’m paying for the membership. I shouldn’t have to chase staff down just to get the AC turned on. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference, especially post-workout and this shouldn’t be my job to remind them every visit.

Shoutout to the fitness coaches:
I’ve trained with Alia and Azraai, and they’ve been incredible in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I started from zero, feeling weak, unsure. With their guidance, I’ve become so much stronger and healthier. They’ve helped me gain both confidence and proper knowledge in strength training. If you’re looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, and encouraging coaches, these two are top-tier!

PT sessions with Kat are amazing!
I’m someone who needs a little (okay, a lot) of push — and Kat patiently taught me how to find that drive. She’s both technical and tactical, always making sure I’m pushing my limits safely. She’s attentive to form and technique, which means I’m learning the right way without risking injury. I never used to understand why people go to the gym, but now PT with Kat is my reason. She’s an incredible coach, and I joined Union because of her!

The gym staff are super friendly, the toilets are always clean — though the lockers can get a bit full at times.

CF Fahrenheit88 is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang accoss from Pavilion and beside LOT 10.

I am someone who has never ventured into a gym of this magnitude and yet here I am telling you that for a beginner, it has given me a different view.

I encourage all of you to come and see for yourself, as I have learned that fitness helps maintain a healthy lifestyle and though you may be our of your comfort zone, there are highly qualified Personal Trainers here at CF who will help and guide you through out your journey to a healthy life.

Although, the journey may be tough and rough and at times giving up seems like a good idea, (“trust me, I know”) don’t worry, we are here to encourage and support you.

Classes are available if you’re interested in dancing or if you’re looking for a more vigorous style, there’s body combat as well. For those, who are interested in a more Zen approach, there are also yoga classes as well..

So with that being said, I encourage one and all to come down to Celebrity Fitness Fahrenheit 88, sit down with our Member Consultants and get a full experience.
