Absolutely blown away by my experience at LifenFitness Bangsar Shopping Centre! I just felt compelled to write this review immediately after my workout session because WOW this place is in a complete league of its own. From the moment I walked in, the energy and vibe of the place just hit differently. It's super spacious, immaculately clean, and designed in a way that makes you feel motivated the second you step through the doors. It’s not just another gym, it feels like a lifestyle haven for those who truly want to level up their fitness journey in style and comfort. The layout is phenomenal. There's tons of space to move around without feeling cramped or like you're competing for machines. The equipment is all top-tier brand new, well-maintained, and placed thoughtfully throughout the gym. Every corner of the space is spotless, fresh, and inviting. You can tell right away that this is a gym that takes hygiene and cleanliness very seriously something I personally value a lot in a post-pandemic world. But let’s talk about the REAL game-changer for me the cold plunge. Yes. You heard that right. LifenFitness has an in-house cold plunge facility, and let me just say that was the MAIN REASON I signed up on the spot. As someone who’s been doing cold plunges as part of my health and performance routine, this blew my mind. NO other major gym in Bangsar offers this. NONE. And for me, nothing hits harder than a cold plunge to wake my body up before I lift. The moment I saw it, I knew I found my gym. I’ve been a long-time member of a popular 24-hour gym franchise (I won’t name them here, but you probably already know who they are), and while I always appreciated their round-the-clock access, I wanted a serious upgrade in both ambiance and amenities and I found that and so much more here at LifenFitness BSC. The 24-hour access here is a huge win for me too. I can still train on my own time, at my own pace, without compromising on quality or atmosphere. Now here’s a special shout-out you definitely don’t want to miss: If you’re considering joining, ask for Alisha. She is hands-down one of the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable people I’ve met in the fitness space. Alisha walked me through every detail, answered all my questions, and gave me the grand tour with so much enthusiasm and care that it made me feel right at home. She’s got this positive energy that makes you instantly feel like part of the LifenFitness family. If you’re a new member or thinking of joining, she’s the one to lookout for. To sum it up: LifenFitness Bangsar Shopping Centre is not just a gym. It’s an experience. Whether you're someone new to fitness or a seasoned athlete looking for a place to challenge yourself, reset, and grow this place has everything you need and more. Incredible space. Clean and luxurious. Ice-cold plunge. 24/7 access. World-class service. And a warm, welcoming team led by people like Alisha. Can’t wait to make this my new home base for all things training, recovery, and growth. 10/10 would recommend to anyone serious about health, wellness, and leveling up their life.

Pros: • The gym vibes are immaculate. The environment is motivating and welcoming. • The gym is clean and well-maintained. • There are plenty of machines available, so you rarely have to wait to use equipment. • The fitness coaches are approachable and helpful. Cons: One MAJOR frustration I’ve had is with the female shower room AC. It’s always turned off when I go in, and I have to ask staff to switch it on every single time. The usual excuse is, "No one used it earlier, so we turned it off." Honestly, I’m paying for the membership. I shouldn’t have to chase staff down just to get the AC turned on. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference, especially post-workout and this shouldn’t be my job to remind them every visit. Shoutout to the fitness coaches: I’ve trained with Alia and Azraai, and they’ve been incredible in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I started from zero, feeling weak, unsure. With their guidance, I’ve become so much stronger and healthier. They’ve helped me gain both confidence and proper knowledge in strength training. If you’re looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, and encouraging coaches, these two are top-tier!

I recently joined this gym and it has been an incredible experience so far. The weight equipment is top-notch, and the cleanliness is consistently impressive. From day one, the staff have been friendly and always ready to offer helpful advice. A special shoutout to Johan, whom I’ve had the pleasure of training with. His coaching style is excellent—especially valuable for me as I move into my golden years. His physique is truly inspiring, and something I hope to achieve when I reach his age. Thanks, Johan!

Life N Fitness truly excels in providing top-notch fitness services. The gym is well-equipped with high-end machines and maintains a clean, hygienic environment. As a member since last year, I have been impressed with their exceptional customer service. The facility is never overly crowded, even during peak hours, and they utilize the space efficiently, ensuring a comfortable workout experience. ps : their anniversary celebration was awesome and got tons of freebies 😀

I’ve never been someone who enjoyed exercising or working out, but since becoming a member of this gym, that’s completely changed. The environment is incredibly clean, the fact that it’s open 24/7 makes it super convenient, and everyone (especially the staff) is so friendly and welcoming. A big part of my positive experience has been thanks to my personal trainer, Caleb. He’s amazing at breaking down the why behind each routine and exercise, which has really helped me understand and stay motivated. His support has been a huge factor in not just reaching my fitness goals, but actually enjoying the process. I now look forward to working out (a sentence I never thought I’d say). Highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re just starting out or already love fitness.

Fantastic place to work out, not just equipped with all sorts of equipment but also with staffs who are amazing, as well as the community there - makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable in your own skin. Gym is top notch, very clean. Immaculate vibes. I’ve been training with Azraai, amazing guy. Taught me techniques on the exercises I never knew could target such area. Amazing experience. No regrets signing up for membership. Highly recommended 10/10 ⭐️
