Despite being located in the heart of KL city centre, the place feels surprisingly calm and quiet. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are well-qualified, offering recognised treatments that make you feel in good hands. Mimie provided a great explanation before the session, which I truly appreciated. During the treatment, a bit of foam dripped onto my eyes — thankfully, they were closed, so it only caused brief stinging. Overall, it was a somewhat positive experience, and I would definitely return for more sessions. I believe this place can really help with fixing, maintaining, and caring for my hair in the long run.

The experience was great. Any issues that I had regarding my scalp or hair was answered well. They were kind enough to even provide additional advice on how to take care of my hair! Definitely recommend coming here for any hair or scalp issues!

Customer service is great. Until they try to sell a package to you. Mine started at 13k? For 30 treatments for dandruff LOL. When I said I couldn't afford it, it went down to 4.1k. When my card couldn't go through, it went down to 2.7k, then 1k then any amount of "deposit" I can pay to "lock" this package that is ending in a few days. I ended up saying I am not comfortable paying then going to a dermatologist. He said my dandruff is just mild and prescribed Pristine shampoo, to be bought at a pharmacy. Didn't even try to sell me antihistamines for the itchiness as I said I already had some at home.
