I booked Devinaas for personal makeup for my daughter and myself for a half saree ceremony of my niece. We got a lot of compliments for the makeup and hairdo. The MUA really dolled up my girl like a bride. Moreover both thr MUA was very friendly and very humble people. For the first time I felt like my saree is draped tightly and I felt the confidence while walking with saree because it’s tight. Thanks sis for the wonderful service.

I had an excellent experience with Arafat at Naium Barbershop. He’s very skilled, pays close attention to detail, and really takes the time to understand the style you want before starting.

The fade was clean, the lineup sharp, and he made sure everything looked perfect before finishing. On top of that, he’s friendly, professional, and creates a comfortable atmosphere.

I dropped by Naium Barber Shop in Bukit Bintang for a quick cleanup — just a trim on the sides and top, plus a shower — all for only 45 MYR. The interior was clean and well-organized, with very comfortable chairs and a relaxing atmosphere.

The barbers were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole process was smooth, and I appreciated how tidy the place was. It’s also in a convenient location, easy to find and close to everything.

Definitely a great spot for a quick, affordable, and quality haircut in KL. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area!

I decided to get my helix and conch done whilst in Malaysia and was so glad I chose this place. The staff was professional and attentive, from me choosing my jewellery, aftercare instructions, down to the implantations. Roni was great in making me feel relaxed and his technique was great. They sterilised each piece of jewellery and roni even helped me choose the right size earring for my previous lobe piercing (unfortunately they only had one piece left). the team at spec body arts are really nice & welcoming. was quite nervous going in, even brought a friend to be my moral support but she couldn’t accompany me anyway to get the procedure done. but it didn’t matter anyway bcs the whole team was super friendly that i didn’t need to be held (lol)

did my industrial piercing with uncle ron. such a gentle giant rockstar. he talked me through the procedure, made sure i was okay with the placement bfre proceeding. tools & instruments used were new and sterilised. even gave me a cadbury after we were done! pain was 3/10. my ear was only red on the day of, was okay by next day. the other staffs (i’m sorry i forgot ur names ) explained thoroughly how to care for my piercing and answered any questions i had.

I came here with really high expectations because of all the positive reviews and the fact that their services are on the pricier side. Since they were running a promotion for men’s Korean perm, I decided to give it a try.

When I booked, I was a little unsure about the stylist assigned to me. His Instagram didn’t really show much of the styles I was looking for, but the salon reassured me that he specialized in men’s perms, so I decided to trust them and go ahead.

The salon itself was nice — good atmosphere, friendly service overall. But when it came to the actual consultation, it wasn’t what I expected. I thought the stylist would show me some image references or at least give me a clearer idea of what the end result might look like. Instead, he only explained verbally how he planned to cut and perm my hair. I asked again if he had any photos or examples, but his response was basically “just trust me.” There was also some serious language barrier, which didn’t help.

Since he seemed confident, I went along with it. The perming process itself was fine, but the result was honestly quite plain. It gave me the feeling that he wasn’t too invested in making sure I got a good, tailored outcome. When he said we were done, my first thought was, “Wait, that’s it?”

On the bright side, he did try hard to explain despite the communication issues, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to push me into buying extra treatments.

This was my first time going to a premium salon, so maybe my expectations were too high. My takeaway: make sure you and the stylist align with clear photo references, not just verbal descriptions.

That said, the end result was super average. Not terrible, but not great either. And if this had been a cheaper haircut nearby, maybe I wouldn’t have minded as much. But because I purposely chose a Korean-style salon — paid the premium price, travelled far, sat through traffic, tolls, and parking — I was really hoping for something noticeably better. Instead, it just felt underwhelming and not worth it.

The best ever head spa. They have 3 type of head spa depend on your budget. I took the premium plus head spa. While you having your head spa.. they will do medicure, hand and shoulder massage. They got other services too. Like hair cut, coloring, perm and other treatment for your hair. The place very cozy. They give free drink. I get myself a latte. From the get go Tattoo Family were very accommodating. The reply to the query form was very fast and friendly. We attended our consultation with very vague ideas of what we wanted and they whipped up some great designs. On tattoo day they were on time and did a great job, my two tattoos were very different styles and Kaiwe applied them perfectly. Highly recommend for tattoos in KL.

I got a tattoo, as did my brother and his partner, from here on the same day. They were meticulous in the designing and set up, trying multiple stencils till we were happy and even making me a diy cotton pad bra because my tattoo required me to be topless.

And the actual tattooing was so professional and the work was beautiful on all of us. My tattoo was done by Kai so special shout-out to him, while another artist did theirs. His work was also really nice and he was having fun with my brother while doing the tattoo which was sweet.

I arrived at Tam Nails Shop quite late, but Tam (the lovely owner) and Aris still welcomed me with such kindness and professionalism. We started my session at 7 PM and finished around 11 PM — and not once did I feel rushed. They both took their time, made me feel so comfortable, and gave their full attention to every detail.

Tam worked her magic on my nails with her expert touch and helped me choose the perfect colors and styles. Aris was just as incredible — from the gentle pedicure to the relaxing facial and massage, she made the whole experience feel like a luxurious treat.

me and my mom had a makeup class with Jamie today and we had a pleasant experience with her. she taught us hacks and skills to change our face-shape as well as things to do that suits our features best. she is very patient with us when teaching us the specific steps and also correcting our mistakes.

She taught me in detail what products to use and how to apply them. I really enjoyed my session and had a great time learning the technique. I totally recommend Jamie for anyone learning to do makeup or to get ready for any events

Had a personal make up class with Jamie who taught me how to do both a soft daily and glam event look, she also advised me on what I can do to make my face more symmetrical, elongated etc. Jamie also quickly adapts to different requests, and is able to provide alternatives for more westernised or Asian looks. I learnt a lot during this session and can say that it is definitely worth it if you are a beginner/novice in makeup.

I had a fantastic experience with Miko! I usually don’t wear makeup (just a bit of lip balm if that counts). So I’m very particular about keeping things minimal and natural. Miko was professional, attentive and truly understood my preferences. The makeup looked effortlessly natural and stayed throughout the day. Elaine did my bridal makeup and a very elaborate, complicated traditional Chinese updo with hairpieces. She is simply amazing. She arrived at my hotel on the dot, absolutely on time. Just nic i said i want burst fade he said the haircut doesnt suit my face actually it is my signature haircut. my first time with him he did mid fade even though i want burst fade but very neat like engineering touch.
