It was an amazing experience.Melcon and his team are very professional. Good service for the price. I went for their cut + c curl + treatment promotion package (RM272). Things to consider if you prefer a more premium experience: 1) the staff are mostly trainees, they are attentive and friendly, albeit not as professional as you might expect, 2) noisy environment from the mall, but that can't be helped, 3) it's a mall, so there is no washroom inside the shop, but it's within reasonable walking distance. All of the above aside, I still like the final look and feel of my hair, and you get what you pay for.

Initially, I planned to do the c curl perm. After assessing my hair condition, Malcolm advised me against it as my hair was far too damaged to perm and suggested rebonding instead. He then taught me how I could still style my hair temporarily. I appreciated his honesty and I paid a fair price for the service including hair cut and treatment. Will definitely come back
