Marshall is by far my favorite car wash shop because of the incredible dedication shown by the workers, and what impresses me the most is that every time I bring my car in, they manage to make it look absolutely brand new, shining like it just came out of the showroom!

Just did full 3 layer polishing plus mirror coating today..I was very satisfied with the solid workmanship..the workers even work beyond their working hours to finish the details of my car..exceeded my expectation! Customer Service was also tip top..boss even offered to send us back home which was near by when we had to leave our car for the polishing..will definitely return back! Well recommended

Wash/polish/coating, it is awesome and super B from team Marshal Auto. The leader is very responsive, even provide the service to send me home while waiting the car to be done. Highly recommended to this shop if you looks for quality work.

Decided to give this car wash a try based on the many good reviews I read online. I opted for a normal car wash along with a single layer of wax application. As is common practice in Malaysia, I expected a basic package to at least include a proper exterior wash, interior wipe-down, and vacuuming. Unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing. After the wash, I noticed several stains and insect marks still visible on the car roof, windscreen, and bonnet. I requested for car top to be cleaned again, but the results remained unsatisfactory. Once inside the car, it became obvious that the dashboard and interior had not been cleaned at all. Given the overall lack of attention to detail, I didn’t see the point in requesting further cleaning. The waxing process was also far from professional, despite the number of certificates displayed on the wall. The wax appeared to have been left on the paintwork too long before being buffed, resulting in visible residue and uneven patches that created darker spots on the car’s surface. Multiple areas had wax build-up, and the rooftop didn’t seem to have been waxed properly at all. This review reflects my honest experience. I had higher expectations, especially considering the positive feedback from others, but unfortunately, the service fell short.

Discovered this carwash through google. My favorite place to wash my car since 2023. Wouldn’t mind to wait a while during peak hours, because I know my car will be perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

I'm a repeated customer here, i chose to come here for car wash despite staying 4km away simply because of their quality of work. You just need to give them ample of time to get it done properly. Highly recommended without regrets
