Good customer service, great outcome on my car. First arrive they will consult you, looking at your car interior and exterior, then suggest the service they want to do. For my car, as the last wash I did for it was like 2 years ago, so it is quite dirty inside and outside. So they suggest to do interior surface cleaning which was very thorough, even take out all seats, clean everything and do pest control because of the small cockroaches. First they recommend to do deep wash interior cleaning but need to left the car for 2-3 days for the service so can't commit for it. But the interior surface cleaning is really clean. Really satisfied. And for exterior they do the exterior basic polish where my car become shiny again after 2 years of being dirty. Overall, really happy and satisfied with their service at a reasonable price. Recommended!

Nak cerita sikit pengalaman saya, harap boleh bantu korang yang tengah cari servis cuci kereta, terutama bahagian dalaman. Saya pernah alami masalah besar dalam kereta: tumpahan minyak makanan dan sisa makanan. Bau dia memang kuat dan kesan minyak tu memang degil. Saya dah cuba cuci sendiri, tapi hasilnya... tetap rasa melekit, dan bau masih menusuk. Mula-mula saya pilih satu servis lain yang lebih murah, sebab katanya boleh siap dalam sehari. Dalam hati saya fikir, "Okaylah, jimat masa dan duit." Diorang datang ke rumah dan buat ‘deep clean’. Tapi lepas beberapa hari... bau makin kuat, dan bahagian yang kena minyak tu masih rasa berminyak bila sentuh. Bila tanya, mereka cuma kata "kena tunggu kering sepenuhnya" tapi jelas sangat kerja tu tak betul-betul menyeluruh. Akhirnya saya buat keputusan untuk cari balik Jupiter Car Detailing antara nama yang saya pertimbangkan masa awal dulu. Saya contact mereka dan terus bercakap dengan Aiman dan Owen. Dua orang ni memang best sangat teliti dan tak lokek ilmu. Mereka terangkan kenapa bau dan minyak tu susah nak hilang, dan apa langkah yang diorang akan ambil untuk betul-betul ‘selesaikan’, bukan sekadar lap permukaan. Saya setuju, walaupun harga sedikit tinggi, sebab saya dah serik buang duit dekat tempat yang tak hasilkan perubahan. Proses bersama Jupiter memang memuaskan: ✅ Diorang bagi gambar & video progress sepanjang kerja. ✅ Terangkan apa yang dibuat dan kenapa. ✅ Dan paling penting—masalah selesai sepenuhnya. Tak ada lagi bau pelik, tak ada rasa melekit, dan dalaman kereta memang rasa bersih dan segar. Kalau korang tengah pening dengan masalah bau, kotoran degil, atau tumpahan minyak dalam kereta—serius, saya sangat syorkan Jupiter Car Detailing. Diorang memang tahu apa yang diorang buat. Bukan cuci-cuci lepas tu siap, tapi betul-betul cari punca dan selesaikan. Memang puas hati.
