1st time buat full detailing after 8 yrs kereta ni. Buat pun sbb anak lipas dh start ada. Kereta saya bukanlah kotor sgt but nevertheless service was great, siap dtg rumah apa semua, siap within the day. nak buat appointment pun senang je. kereta mmg bersih, sampai mak tegur very clean and adik tegur dashboard nampak cantik. haha. anyway, thank you, recommended.

I bought this car since 2020, haven’t sent to detailing before then found out that my car got lots of cockroaches appearing.
Finally I found a trustable detailing car wash service which is Mel Detailing where they provide excellent service of cleaning and detailing the car.
Contacted them yesterday and they can arrange to come over my house the next day which I don’t need to sent my car over to them because they provide home to home service.
They are very on time, very professional in cleaning include extracting all the seat in the car to deep clean. Much appreciated for their professional and excellent service. I love the condition of my car now as they look new!!

After sending my car to many so called “detailers” that did not practice any proper detailing techniques.

Sensha Car Spa definately get the techniques right with affordable pricing. From double bucket to top down washing and almost every nook an cranny cleaned. A job that usually takes 6 hours for me do alone at home, done in an hour.

Also props to the boss, Mr Kenny who will detail, supervise and monitor the work of his team! Will surely repeat for a wash.

Came here to Sensha to get my car seats cleaned on 26th April. It was my first time here and the owner, Kenny was very helpful with removing my cat pee and stains from the front seat for a good price! Marshall is by far my favorite car wash shop because of the incredible dedication shown by the workers, and what impresses me the most is that every time I bring my car in, they manage to make it look absolutely brand new, shining like it just came out of the showroom!

Just did full 3 layer polishing plus mirror coating today..I was very satisfied with the solid workmanship..the workers even work beyond their working hours to finish the details of my car..exceeded my expectation! Customer Service was also tip top..boss even offered to send us back home which was near by when we had to leave our car for the polishing..will definitely return back! Well recommended

Decided to give this car wash a try based on the many good reviews I read online. I opted for a normal car wash along with a single layer of wax application. As is common practice in Malaysia, I expected a basic package to at least include a proper exterior wash, interior wipe-down, and vacuuming.

Unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing. After the wash, I noticed several stains and insect marks still visible on the car roof, windscreen, and bonnet. I requested for car top to be cleaned again, but the results remained unsatisfactory. Once inside the car, it became obvious that the dashboard and interior had not been cleaned at all. Given the overall lack of attention to detail, I didn’t see the point in requesting further cleaning.

The waxing process was also far from professional, despite the number of certificates displayed on the wall. The wax appeared to have been left on the paintwork too long before being buffed, resulting in visible residue and uneven patches that created darker spots on the car’s surface. Multiple areas had wax build-up, and the rooftop didn’t seem to have been waxed properly at all.

This review reflects my honest experience. I had higher expectations, especially considering the positive feedback from others, but unfortunately, the service fell short.

Experienced cat stain on my bonnet which is hard to remove. I have gone to few shops which is unsuccessful. Trying my luck to this shop and mr suria successfully removed the stain. Good customer service, great outcome on my car. First arrive they will consult you, looking at your car interior and exterior, then suggest the service they want to do. For my car, as the last wash I did for it was like 2 years ago, so it is quite dirty inside and outside. So they suggest to do interior surface cleaning which was very thorough, even take out all seats, clean everything and do pest control because of the small cockroaches. First they recommend to do deep wash interior cleaning but need to left the car for 2-3 days for the service so can’t commit for it. But the interior surface cleaning is really clean. Really satisfied. And for exterior they do the exterior basic polish where my car become shiny again after 2 years of being dirty.

Overall, really happy and satisfied with their service at a reasonable price. Recommended!

Nak cerita sikit pengalaman saya, harap boleh bantu korang yang tengah cari servis cuci kereta, terutama bahagian dalaman.

Saya pernah alami masalah besar dalam kereta: tumpahan minyak makanan dan sisa makanan. Bau dia memang kuat dan kesan minyak tu memang degil. Saya dah cuba cuci sendiri, tapi hasilnya… tetap rasa melekit, dan bau masih menusuk.

Mula-mula saya pilih satu servis lain yang lebih murah, sebab katanya boleh siap dalam sehari. Dalam hati saya fikir, “Okaylah, jimat masa dan duit.” Diorang datang ke rumah dan buat ‘deep clean’. Tapi lepas beberapa hari… bau makin kuat, dan bahagian yang kena minyak tu masih rasa berminyak bila sentuh. Bila tanya, mereka cuma kata “kena tunggu kering sepenuhnya” tapi jelas sangat kerja tu tak betul-betul menyeluruh.

Akhirnya saya buat keputusan untuk cari balik Jupiter Car Detailing antara nama yang saya pertimbangkan masa awal dulu. Saya contact mereka dan terus bercakap dengan Aiman dan Owen. Dua orang ni memang best sangat teliti dan tak lokek ilmu. Mereka terangkan kenapa bau dan minyak tu susah nak hilang, dan apa langkah yang diorang akan ambil untuk betul-betul ‘selesaikan’, bukan sekadar lap permukaan.

Saya setuju, walaupun harga sedikit tinggi, sebab saya dah serik buang duit dekat tempat yang tak hasilkan perubahan.

Pekerja ramai locals . Time buka 9am tulis nya tapi ada kala lewat mula kerana baru nak setting up. Sebaiknya datang 20 minit awal & start cuci 9am. Saya suka BHP TTDI & Maju Sokmo saja tempat I cuci car.

Great service, thoroughly cleaned the car with reasonable price. Regular car wash inside out costs RM20. With wax RM40. Each car will take around 30-60 minutes. It’s located tucked in alley way. The only drawback: there was a construction ongoing next to it, hence super noisy. Can wait at the cafe/ restaurant nearby instead.

From top to bottom, every inch of the bike was cleaned, polished, and protected with real care and attention to detail. The chain, wheels, engine bay, and body panels were spotless, and the finish was so glossy it looked like it just rolled out of a showroom!

店舗が大通りに面していないので、入口を見つけるのに少し苦労しました。普段カーナビとしてはWaseを使ってますが、GoogleMapも併用してなんとかたどり着いた感じです。常連客が多いのかもしれません。
CUCIはマレー語でwashという意味だそうで、メニュー表がほぼ英語で記載されているだけに、肝心の部分がマレー語なので惜しいなと思いました。
とはいえ利用客のほとんどがローカルの方のように見受けられましたので、特に問題はないのでしょう。
“nano mist”が何をするのか聞いたところ、perfumeということでした。しかし特に香りがしなかったので、もしかしたら無香料の消臭剤のようなものかもしれません。
費用的には、安くて少し心配になるくらいです。ここは通おうと思います。
