The Bike Artisans

One of the best experiences of visiting a bike store. Their bike collection is superb and classy for those who understand about bikes! I am a cyclist on a holiday who happened to be walking past this store. Just came in without any intentions of buying anything. But Kai greeted us and chatted a lot. I ended up buying their signature blacksheep jersey & bidon for a discount price. Even my kids love this place because one of their staffs accompanied them playing around.

Prob the best place to go in KL for top end bikes and components. Wonderful couple, and I absolutely love their shop. It's a candy shop. Just don't take your credit card! And never let the other half see the receipts!

I had a great experience with The Bike Artisans. I had my bike packed by them to be transported on a plane. The staff there was very helpful and helped me with ordering a Grab Taxi to the airport with the packed bicycle. I highly recommend using their services.

The Bike Artisans is a MUST visit if you’re in KL. The bicycle selection is curated and beautiful. Normally you would expect such high end bicycles to come with an intimidating environment, but it couldn’t have been more the opposite. The whole team there were kind and welcoming. I will be stopping here every time I’m in KL.

Staff services are off the roof the minute you step in front of the door they will smile and greet you as if you have already been there (very positive vibes), I even get a free service of replacing my old saddle to the new one (shout out to the repairman) Price i would say it's a general price for items that you want/need, and it's almost complete for road bike community Ambiance is very comforting, and drinks are available and chair to sit and discuss

Thank you The Bike Artisans for the excellent customer service. We flew from the Philippines and had our bikes assembled and packed here with Melvin (a fellow Filipino) as our mechanic.
