Saya pergi ke cawangan az e-bike Sungai Buloh untuk beli e-bike yang company nak untuk (lucky draw), tapi tak ada stok. Lepas itu saya call cawangan Wangsa Melawati, tapi masa angkat call, Kevin (branch supervisor) cakap dengan saya secara kurang ajar. Dia kata ada model basikal yang company saya nak, tapi bila sampai sana, model tu tak ada dan kena order dari HQ. Memang menyusahkan bila datang jauh tapi barang tak ada langsung. Company AZ e-bike patut buang je Kevin tu sebab tak berguna langsung.

Horrible. Wanted to buy something. They said got no stock and need to wait to stock it from HQ. They said can speed it up if i spend extra RM100. I went to another branch AND THEY SAID THE SAME EXACT THING. Also i didnt just go in and ask. I called them and they went and said that got stock??? Absolute liars.
Good service from brother chan ho nam...fast aproval..sgt detail dlm penerangan...1 per 1 dia akan terangkan berkenaan az ebike...very recomanded..
