Hassan and team arrived on time and started work immediately. They carried out the job professionally and efficiently. The water jet pump pressure was strong and it got rid of the dirt effectively aided by cleaning chemical. The teamwork was good and they kept the floor dry at all times. Hassan did a good job troubleshooting one of the wall units. Will be calling on them to finish with the repair of the wall unit. Keep up the good work

All the Technicians are friendly. Even on Second "Remedy Service". After FIRST Service last week 23/6/2025, somehow the AC suddenly stop working after few days ie within one week! Naturally I had presumed the aircond problem is not properly fixed. Text and videos sent as proof to the Admin's Mobile No. is IGNORED! Luckily I have mobile No. of the same technician who Serviced the AC. Hassan promised to come back next week ( Today 30/6/25) the Team of technicians came and troubleshooted that AC was NOT the issue But it was my remote control ! Again I like to emphasize IF you want good AC Service, YES AC Cool technicians are GOOD. Just need to bear with the RUDE Admin lady who is so reactive and once received complaints; she deliberately IGNORE your calls or texts. Initially ( BEFORE became customer) she would reply because they want new clients. But once got issue ( last week as explained above ) ; she IGNORED. So I wrote a NEGATIVE Comment against her ! She then defended in COMMENT that I demanded Schedule at my Requested Time. WRONG At least she could have acknowledge instead of NO REPLY. Or explained that there are ONLY TWO SAME technicians working. I kept calling Office Admin as per Pho No listed… because I needed Admin to schedule appmt to fix the aircond ( already paid ) . I assumed the Company has a few other technicians ie NO NEED same technician ( Hasan); IF he was fully booked. The main issue is I can accept ANY technician. who is available to fix my AC ; ASAP due to HOT SEASON since May. Last week, since the Admin REFUSED to reply, so I texted the same technician again. And I had agreed to his free schedule ie Today (30/6/25). He had RESOLVED my AC issue ie remote control. BUT I am Sorry to comment :- the Admin or the Receptionist Staff who liaised between clients and technicians is LOUSY.
