I had a toilet issue, and their staff — Mr. Kim Seong, Yasir, and Hasan — showed up and handled everything within 1 hour, no fuss.

The pricing? Absolutely fair and transparent — so good that I didn’t even feel the need to bargain. It’s rare to find services where you feel this level of satisfaction, both in quality and cost.

The whole process was smooth, clean, and done with a professional attitude. Highly recommend – book these guys, you won’t regret it. Trust!

Electrical and plumbing for my washing machine. The technicians were very helpful, they answered my questions and consulted on the best way and place for installation. They also cleaned up all the dust and dirt after work is done. I now have full functioning washing machine.

Hassan and team arrived on time and started work immediately. They carried out the job professionally and efficiently. The water jet pump pressure was strong and it got rid of the dirt effectively aided by cleaning chemical. The teamwork was good and they kept the floor dry at all times. Hassan did a good job troubleshooting one of the wall units. Will be calling on them to finish with the repair of the wall unit.

Reliable & Consistent Air-Con Service
I’ve used this shop for my air con servicing many times, and they’ve always done a great job. The team is punctual, friendly, and works efficiently. The cleaning is thorough, and I can feel the difference in cooling after each service. I appreciate their consistent quality and good service—it’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommended.

After FIRST Service last week 23/6/2025, somehow the AC suddenly stop working after few days ie within one week!
Naturally I had presumed the aircond problem is not properly fixed. Text and videos sent as proof to the Admin’s Mobile No. is IGNORED!
Luckily I have mobile No. of the same technician who Serviced the AC. Hassan promised to come back next week ( Today 30/6/25) the Team of technicians came and troubleshooted that AC was NOT the issue But it was my remote control !

Again I like to emphasize IF you want good AC Service, YES AC Cool technicians are GOOD. Just need to bear with the RUDE Admin lady who is so reactive and once received complaints; she deliberately IGNORE your calls or texts.

Initially ( BEFORE became customer) she would reply because they want new clients.
But once got issue ( last week as explained above ) ; she IGNORED. So I wrote a NEGATIVE Comment against her ! She then defended in COMMENT that I demanded Schedule at my Requested Time. WRONG
At least she could have acknowledge instead of NO REPLY. Or explained that there are ONLY TWO SAME technicians working.
I kept calling Office Admin as per Pho No listed… because I needed Admin to schedule appmt to fix the aircond ( already paid ) . I assumed the Company has a few other technicians ie NO NEED same technician ( Hasan); IF he was fully booked.

The main issue is I can accept ANY technician. who is available to fix my AC ; ASAP due to HOT SEASON since May.

Last week, since the Admin REFUSED to reply, so I texted the same technician again. And I had agreed to his free schedule ie Today (30/6/25). He had RESOLVED my AC issue ie remote control.

BUT I am Sorry to comment :- the Admin or the Receptionist Staff who liaised between clients and technicians is LOUSY.

Bilal, Haji & Ghulam did a fantastic job. Great having them servicing 5 air conds. Great job !

Very reasonable price for general cleaning. They were quick in completing the checks and most importantly were not pushy to sell other services.
Be sure to leave flexible time in case they are held up by other prior appointments or traffic jams.

aircond installation price is a bit cheaper than others however, the workmanship and quality are very low (pictures here are taken 3 months after installation).

they will ask you to leave a review once they complete the work, hence why you can see the review is very high.

My experience with Global Aircon is not positive. While they did manage to identify and fix the issue (loose nut causing gas leak), the overall experience was very negative.

First, despite setting time, they last minute changed to a later time. Next, it was a struggle to get them to park in the correct designated parking space for visitors. The technician was stubborn and tried to lie that there were available visitor spaces elsewhere – there aren’t, visitors are assigned specific parking spaces at my condo – and even tried to drive against traffic flow – I had to stop him.

After cutting the tape to tighten the nut, they did not tape it back – despite my request. They also left the cut tape on the floor without cleaning, and dirty marks on the air conditioner and wall.

The technician also dropped a screw which I found 5 days later on the floor – will come back to this later.

At the end of rushing through the service, they were thick face enough to ask for a Google review, at which point I pointed out they did not clean the tape on the floor, nor the dirty markings on the air conditioner and wall. Only then did they request a broom to sweep the tape – which they left in the dustpan, did not even empty into the bin, and tried to lie that the black markings on the air conditioner and wall were just water and will dry away (I had to clean these myself 5 days later). Nonetheless, a few half-hearted taps with a dirty cloth and they were on their way.

5 days later, while vacuuming, I found a screw that the technician dropped. When I messaged him about it, instead of apologising he tried to lie again and claim that it is an ‘extra screw that he brought’ and not a screw from my air conditioner.

I already planned to use a ladder to clean the dirty marks, and lo and behold indeed it was a missing screw from my air conditioner. I do not appreciate being lied to several times due to laziness of the technician for such simple matters.

It is the principle and ultimately the service level was appalling. I am not sure why this company has such a high Google review rating. My personal experience was far from satisfactory. I found the service to be rushed, without attention to detail (leaving dirty stains, tape cuttings on the floor, screw from air conditioner on the floor), and disrespectful (being lied to several times).

Since he did manage to identify and fix the problem (loose nut due to poor installation by the developer), I added one star to make it a final 2- star rating.

EDIT: After reviewing I read some of the other reviews and see the low ratings seem to be more genuine. They are similar to my experience – late, ignoring customer request, leaving dirty air conditioner. Advise to avoid.

EDIT 2: Not too long later discovered the issue was not really fixed properly, just half-measure and the problem recurred.

These guys are awesome, quick, quality work and reasonably priced. would defs reccomend.

Very bad experience with this company. They were several hours late, identified problem with leaking, refilled gas, but it didn’t give any effect. After visit I sent them video with the issue, we scheduled another master visit, but… it was postponed multiple times until they withdraw into total silence.
In the result, the problem hasn’t been solved, charged the money and showed total incompetence in communication.

Guys if u looking for a professional people to service ur aircond, dont use them, they make all the way dirty and crudeness (kerja macam lembu saje buka barang kuat kuat) ,simplay clean only really not deep clean.

Highly recommended, job was done quickly on my inverter A/C. Team leader of 3 explained to me how it works and other details.
Price was very competitive and more A/C’s you have the better the rate.

Their contact person through WA was online 24 hours! Great as I could do the booking anytime.

Overall a pleasant experience and will hire again in future.

Really impressed with their service! The team was fast, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. My aircond was up and running in no time, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

One thing to note — they seem to be quite busy (which is a good sign of demand!), so there might be some light cleanup needed after the job. Either be ready to do a quick clean yourself or have someone on hand if that’s an option.

This is my second time using this company for air conditioner chemical cleaning. I was very impressed at how fast Hassan and his team arrived at my place (within less than an hour of my service request) and how fast and professionally the team cleaned my air-conditioners once they arrived – all units were cleaned within less than an hour of the team’s arrival. I recently had my 3 split-type air conditioners serviced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technicians arrived on time, were professional, and handled each unit with great care. They performed a thorough cleaning, checked the refrigerant levels, and made sure all parts were functioning smoothly. I immediately noticed improved cooling after the service.

I had a really bad experience with this AC washing service. The staff did not even clean my outdoor compressor unit — they just sprayed the indoor part and called it a day. When I asked them about the outdoor unit, they expected me to somehow climb outside a 26th-floor wall to check it myself. Seriously?

Look at the photo — one side of the compressor is still filthy, clearly untouched. That’s not just lazy work, it’s dangerous negligence.

I contacted their customer service and was referred to the manager. Thought it couldn’t get worse — but the manager was even more dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no accountability. Just excuses.

Overall, a completely unprofessional, careless, and frustrating experience. I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

Oh, you’ve explained the condition thoroughly? That’s adorable. Unfortunately, what you call an explanation doesn’t magically clean the completely untouched outdoor unit you conveniently ignored — on the 26th floor, no less.

If you consider brushing off responsibility and deflecting questions as “thorough,” then yes, I suppose you did a fantastic job — just not with the actual cleaning.

Great experience from this ac service company. Their customer service is responsive, and their technicians were great, too. The charges for a 1hp ac are reasonable. After done the next day, their admin will reach us for a follow-up check on our satisfaction, and surprisingly, they even send you the photo of the servicing progress. Great one.

I am very skeptical but still I ordered a service for 3 units for 9/24 and 9/25, they are very accommodating with all the request and their staff are really polite, friendly and very professional, because they were fast and focus in completing the service at the same time they maintained the cleanliness of the area before leaving. They also taught me how to read the PSI.

very rare and honest servicemen, the boss himself will climb up, check, diagnose and clean the aircond compressor himself; any works proposed are clear and up front with costs and serviceability before works begin. Well done for being there very few trustworthy servicemen in the field.

Bad, unreliable, and rip-off service from this owner:-

a. Not on time as per scheduling, keep delaying without informing early.
b. Unprofessional act – littering, disposing trash on the roof during servicing, no cleaning up.
c. Service 3 units, 2 of the main connector covers were missing (see photo), call them up about this, they didn’t really bother and follow up, no action at all, very bad post service.
d. The owner over-charged (RM80 ) me just for the change of a small copper nut (see photo) replacement, I found out this thing only cost around RM5-RM10 market price. Total rip-off this from owner.

My advice is to stay away from this owner, take it at your own risk.

I had a pleasant experience engaging Up Your Home to service my home airconds. The customer service person and technicians were all very professional. As the technicians were checking my aircond, I was being updated constantly by the customer service about possible issues and cost of repair. Wonderful.

Essentially they’ve got good workers and can do the job but I felt cheated by the company/admin that I dealt with on whatsapp. Long story short, they promised one price, made a mistake on their end, and I end up having to pay a higher price. Only after invoice came out they start trying to add terms and conditions that were not communicated. Full story I copy and paste from the whatsapp chat I sent to the friend who recommended this company to me:

I’ve been using UYHS for around 5 years both for at home and business for AC installations, electrical and plumbing jobs. The team is fantastic and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!
