Mak Women & Fertility Center Specialist

Dr Mak is a very friendly, professional and approachable doctor. He explains well and will also patiently hear us out. He has successfully delivered my 2 babies and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for fertility and obstetrician.

Would like share my experience. Dr Mak is real experience fertility specialist. I like him begin very positive ways of communicating to patients - no drama and straight forward approach. in the past, I met few other fertility doctors which scare you like hell. At the end, my wife and I successfully IVF with twins under Dr Mak. highly recommend.

Dr. Mak and his staff are very friendly. He is very patience in listening to questions from his patients. The clinic might reject husband to accompany the wife into the clinic as they want to reduce the crowd inside clinic.

Highly recommend ! Feel comfortable with Dr.Mak. My first, second, and third pregnancies (Caesarean) are also the same doctor. A very experienced, friendly, helpful, and caring doctor. No matter what question we ask, he explained it clearly. Staff are nice and friendly. Thank you so much, Dr. Mak.

My second pregnancy. Came here for my check up and scan. Dr Mak is polite and professional. Im always excited for my obs appointments because I can't wait to see how my baby is doing through USS scan. Dr Mak spent time to scan and explained how my baby is doing inside me,giving me enough time to look at my baby through the scan which really means a lot to me. Dr Mak also has a great USS machine that allows me to see my baby clearly. I didn't get to see my first pregnancy properly as my previous obstetrician has an older machine. I anticipate my next appointment.

A big regret to have my first pregnancy done here. Y? 1. Deliver at Tmn Desa Hospital which charged much higher than other better hospital (e.g sunway medical) and offer very old and basic environment & facilities. Nurses not helpful and not patiently guiding on breastfeeding. 2. Paid hospital bill for hock include doctor chargers but yet doctors ask for personal transfer of few thousands. 3. Dr encourage csec more than natural. Reasons will be given to frighten the parents to choose csec over natural. 4. Monthly review also charge much higher than others for only average of 5mins of checking and consultation. 5. Poor sewing on wound and took longer time to heal, compared to my second pregnancy now.
