Dr Ai Fang has been very professional, patient and detail-oriented during my consultations with her for my fertility issues. Her acupuncture skills are also excellent, as I hardly feel any sharp pain with her needles. Making appointments with the clinic has also been a breeze, as they are contactable via whatsapp. The treatment facilities are also private, clean and very relaxing too.

I had a really positive experience at this TCM clinic. The physician was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my condition before starting treatment. I felt very comfortable throughout the consultation, and the herbal remedies prescribed have been helping a lot.

What stood out to me was their excellent customer service—especially via WhatsApp. They were very responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions clearly, even outside of clinic hours. Booking appointments and follow-ups were smooth and convenient through WhatsApp too.

My go-to for fertility acupuncture in KL. Making appointment is a breeze via WhatsApp, with very friendly and helpful front desk team. Physician Ling is very gentle and experienced, pain-free acupuncture. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Came here for treatment under Dr Yuan Ting. She is very friendly and able to explain things in a details manner. I felt my overall health has also become better after a few visits. Highly recommend

We had a great experience at XI Fertility TCM with Physician Jacqueline. From the first consultation, she was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly understand my wife concerns, explain the treatment process, and provide personalized advice.

My first time being treated in the new M ward Sunway Velocity Medical Centre, the ward is clean, everything is still new, they serve good tasty hospital food. All the nurses here are very experienced, you can almost ask them about anything and they can answer you very well. Everyone is friendly and always have a smile on their face. Thank you for taking good care of me while i’m here.

We are truly grateful as our children, who were down with influenza, received such attentive care during the 4D3Nstay here. Special thanks to Dr. Lee Mei Ling and to every nurse, even if I may not know all your names, for your kindness and dedication. With your care, our kids are now well enough to be discharged. The hospital environment is clean and comforting, and even the meals were delicious.

I guess 2nd chances may change your first impression. Today I had to come again. This time the experience was much better, as it should have been from start. Waiting time was less than 10 min now. Doctor took time now to explain in detail the results. No extra payment for this follow up.

19 Sept 2025:

Worst experience ever. Make appointment but no appointment. Doctor late. You ask for one procedure, they push to do more. No guidance on what is done in what place. Slow service. Ignorance is the definition of their customer service. You tell them you need to be in 2 hours at a different place they couldn’t care less. A procedure that should take 30 min, took more than 2 hours. Better die than go to this place.

I’ve been undergoing physiotherapy for cervical pain over the past 3 months, and I’m truly satisfied with my recovery progress. My physiotherapist, Dalila, has played a significant role in this journey. She is extremely patient, gentle, and always attentive to my needs. She not only provided effective treatments such as laser therapy and ultrasound, but also taught me tailored exercises that greatly helped in reducing my discomfort and improving mobility.

Dalila is professional, caring, and always willing to accommodate my requests. Her compassionate approach made every session comfortable and reassuring.

The rehab centre itself is clean, well-equipped, and efficiently run. The staff are friendly and supportive, making it a positive environment for healing and recovery.

I highly recommend both Dalila and the centre to anyone seeking quality physiotherapy services.

Wonderful Experience with Health Screening at SMCV!

I recently scheduled a heart health screening for my parent at SMCV and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and assisted by staff members Ting Ting, Kong, and Pui Ling, who were incredibly helpful throughout the pre-registration and screening process. They were patient, attentive, and addressed all our concerns with care and professionalism.

A special mention to diagnostic staff Hafizah, who was precise and gentle during the ECG procedure, ensuring everything was done accurately and safely.

The session concluded with a highly professional consultation by Urologist Consultant Dato’ Dr. Selva and Dr. Leong Qi Wen. They provided a clear, detailed explanation of the results and gave thoughtful suggestions, all while showing great patience and respect when speaking with my elderly parent.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this clinic truly deserves it. My husband and I came here with different needs . I was seeking treatment for TTC while my husband needed help with his knee. From the very first visit, we felt such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from both the dr su, dr ahmad and the staff.

For me, the journey of trying to conceive was not easy. I had tried many things before, but the support and treatment here gave me so much hope and reassurance. The doctor was patient in explaining every step, listened to all my concerns, and guided me with kindness. Alhamdulillah, after following their advice and treatment, I am now pregnant. Hi, I would like to share my pregnancy journey with Klinik Ayana (Dr. Su). On my first appointment, Dr. Su was very kind, supportive, and always gave me positive advice with many tips on conceiving. After trying for about 1 year 5 months, I decided to do a Hyfosy treatment to check my fallopian tubes, whether they were blocked or not. Thankfully, the results were good and my tubes were clear. Surprisingly, in the same month after the Hyfosy treatment, I got pregnant! This treatment can help flush the fallopian tubes which allowing better chances for sperm to reach the egg. For those who are trying to conceive, I truly recommend the Hyfosy treatment, it might increase your chances of getting pregnant.

I came to this clinic for treatment of my frozen shoulder, and I’m very happy with the care I received. On the day of egg retrieval, I stayed at the hospital for half a day, and I really appreciated how they helped ease my anxiety with their warm care while I rested on a clean bed.
Now that I have been blessed with a baby, I will always feel grateful to this hospital.

This was our first time undergoing fertility treatment and doing it at Sunfert was the best decision we made.

Dr Sumithra was thorough and her advice and decision making was always with our best interest in mind. From detecting I had fibroids that should be removed, and even advising to postpone a cycle when my husband was ill – Dr Sumithra always wanted to ensure we had the best results. We always felt the whole process was curated specially for us. Each step of the process was also made comfortable at Sunfert with caring and attentive nurses and embryologists.

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction following a recent consultation my wife and I had with Dr. Sumithra, one of your fertility specialists. Our experience during the session was not only disheartening but also offensive on both personal and religious grounds.

From the very beginning of our meeting, we felt unsettled by the unprofessional tone and insensitive remarks made by Dr. Sumithra. In particular, we were hurt by a comment she made regarding a religious symbol my wife’s Thali, which is a sacred gold chain blessed during our Christian wedding. This holds deep religious and cultural significance for us as Indian Christians. Shockingly, Dr. Sumithra suggested that my wife should “sell it” and just wear a yellow string instead if she wants to proceed with IVF. This statement was highly inappropriate, disrespectful, and dismissive of our faith and traditions.

Furthermore, her attitude during the consultation came across as arrogant, self-important, and lacking in empathy. While we respect her medical expertise, no professional especially in the delicate field of fertility should make patients feel belittled, judged, or discriminated against. Patients come to Sunfert with immense trust and hope for building families, and such behavior can easily break that trust.

Let me be clear: no doctor, regardless of their experience or success rate, should allow pride or ego to cloud their responsibility to treat every individual with humility, compassion, and respect. Patients deserve to be seen not just as medical cases, but as human beings with emotions, beliefs, and dignity.

I sincerely urge the management to look into this matter seriously. This is not merely about one negative experienceit is about ensuring that all patients at your center feel respected, valued, and supported during what is often a very vulnerable time in their lives.

I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that this kind of conduct does not repeat itself. I strongly recommend that Dr. Sumithra be reminded of the importance of cultural sensitivity, humility, and professionalism when dealing with patients from diverse backgrounds.

My husband and I had been trying to conceive for 4 years before we finally decided to go for IVF. From our very first visit, everyone at the centre made us feel so welcome. The nurses and staff were always kind, friendly, and super patient even when we had tons of questions.

The place is really clean and comfortable, which helped us feel more at ease during the whole journey. What stood out the most was how warm and supportive the whole team was. Every visit felt like we were being cheered on by people who genuinely cared.

I want to especially thank Aniesya, Durra, Azwa, Dania, Ros, Zahra, Aida, and all the other lovely nurses and staff we met along the way. And of course, the biggest thank you to Dr Haris for helping us achieve a successful pregnancy. Alhamdulillah, we’re so grateful.

I had a very upsetting experience at this fertility clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and showed no basic sense of courtesy. There was no smile, no greeting—just cold stares and dismissive behavior.

Things only got worse after they found out I was a foreigner. Their tone changed to even more unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt judged and unwelcome. It was shocking to see this kind of attitude in a medical setting, especially at a fertility clinic where people come with so much hope and emotion.

Healthcare professionals should treat every patient with kindness, regardless of nationality. I left the clinic feeling hurt.

I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone—especially foreigners—until they learn to treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Visited on 30/05/2025 at 8:59 AM and was quite disappointed with the first impression. The admin cum receptionist on duty could really benefit from basic customer service training—a little more politeness and professionalism would go a long way. When you’re the first point of contact, attitude matters. Hopefully, the management takes note and provides the necessary training.

The environment is comfortable and clean. The receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Replies on appointment via WhatsApp are prompt as well. The doctor is knowledgeable and able to provide best advice to the patients. The prices of vaccine, blood test, medicines and other services are reasonable.

This is the best clinic in Malaysia. Staffs are so friendly, helpful. The Doctor is incredibly efficient and competent. I told him im afraid of injection and it was the first time I didn’t feel any pain when he was taking blood from my hand. such an amicable doctor. Strongly recommend this clinic

I truly agree with the 1 start review.. I’m 2m postpartum walking in with pain and infection plus a sick baby at home, and the way the old lady front desk is very rude, the clinic obviously there’s no one and she keep saying I need to let other patient since I’m walk in. Not that I don’t want to make an appointment, I’m in pain! The way she talk like I owe her.

I had my worse Gyne experience in this clinic. I never meet such a terrible Doctor giving us nonsense and childish advise. He is Dr Aldrin. we want to have a birth control for next 1-2 years because we not ready to have another kid. Me had my control pills for the pass few years, and thinking of shift to IUD because dont want take so much hormone pill , scare of long term effects. When we told Dr Aldrin we plan to do IUD. He questioned my husband why dont use condom. He say Condom is the best solution. He questioned my husband like school principal to student : WHY YOU SO SELFISH , ASK YOUR WIFE DO IUD, WHERE YOU CAN PUT ON CONDOM. My husband no argue wt him, we jus nod and listen then leave.
Literally we go to his clinic for some advise that i think chatgpt can give better advice. He did not even listen to pur pov. No listening at all. Nightmare experience for us. And he charged us hundred over for his consultation. Kena robbed

I give 1 star to the front service line especially the Chinese old lady who was so rude and trying to insult us as a walk in patient. We know that there’s procedure, truly understand that, we are not sure whether my mom is suffering from vaginal infection or any other reason that can cause bleeding in urination. The old lady of the counter was making joke that we think that hemorrhoids are our ladies’ reproductive problem, especially there’s other patients waiting there.. It would be good if she replied that “you may consult the doctor for further explanation” instead of making fun of us. I’d rather give 5 stars to Medilove Kepong Baru for their good front counter service. Don’t ever humiliate others as you don’t even know when will be your turn. Truly I’ll not recommend this TMC no matter how professional is the medical team.

He said nothing to worry , and not necessarily to consume any drugs due to m virginal looks like recovery stage .

Yes , refer XHS ( 小红书）, there’s many supplements to prevent Viginal infection , I asked Dr Yong for opinion , he said “don waste ur money , Jz go pharmacy and said u wan Probiotic for female will do “.

Before leave , nurse (Ms Pang ) talked to us about 10 mins how to avoid + suggestion .

Fees is reasonable & worth .

Dr. Aldrin gave words of encouragement on my endometriosis and I felt reassured as most people I come across have never heard of it and most gyneas I’ve seen, gave a bleak picture of my condition. It was comforting that Dr. Aldrin continues to provide optimism while he delivers facts about my condition during my check-ups. My husband and I considered IVF and when we suddenly had our miracle baby though natural conception, I only trusted Dr. Aldrin to deliver my baby. The whole birthing process was pleasant and the team was wonderful, calm and assured me all the way. It has been 3 years since, and I am eternally grateful to have found a gynea who listens and respects the patient, more importantly, give encouragement as the Dr knows our condition sometimes even more than we ourselves do.

Dr Mak is a very friendly, professional and approachable doctor. He explains well and will also patiently hear us out.

My second pregnancy. Came here for my check up and scan. Dr Mak is polite and professional. Im always excited for my obs appointments because I can’t wait to see how my baby is doing through USS scan. Dr Mak spent time to scan and explained how my baby is doing inside me,giving me enough time to look at my baby through the scan which really means a lot to me. Dr Mak also has a great USS machine that allows me to see my baby clearly. I didn’t get to see my first pregnancy properly as my previous obstetrician has an older machine. I anticipate my next appointment.

1. Deliver at Tmn Desa Hospital which charged much higher than other better hospital (e.g sunway medical) and offer very old and basic environment & facilities. Nurses not helpful and not patiently guiding on breastfeeding.
2. Paid hospital bill for hock include doctor chargers but yet doctors ask for personal transfer of few thousands.
3. Dr encourage csec more than natural. Reasons will be given to frighten the parents to choose csec over natural.
4. Monthly review also charge much higher than others for only average of 5mins of checking and consultation.
5. Poor sewing on wound and took longer time to heal, compared to my second pregnancy now.

The dirtiest clinic i ever visited it is too dangerous for new born babies because too much germs. DBKL and Health authorities closed their eyes on such dirty clinics and put the people lives in danger. For God sake visit this Choudhry Clinic and do advised them to be hygienic and clean the clinic because new born babies immune system is weak so its to dangerous for new babies health

Came here to get my 2nd booster which I booked through MYSJ. Overall experience was good, staff were professional. Doctor gave a thorough explanation regarding the vaccine and side effects to be expected as well as what to watch out for. Slightly difficult to find parking in the area, but there’s a private parking space on a small hill nearby.

They too greedy for money , doctor chaudary treats you like she doing social services but end of the session she charges you more $$$.

During consultation she don’t even listen when patient problem, she always in rush . She just talks < then 10 mins and charges u $$$ high .. And most panic part is waiting time , if your appointment 2,pm you must wait nearly 3to 4 hours , then you will be calling . The doctor don't even say sorry for the delay, if you ask any query she will be angry to you. What a funny. You loose money, you loose patience, you loose time, then you get slap from her angry. Pay money for getting angry from her. She is not all qualified, very unprofessional doctor. This review is based on our personal experience . Stay away from this clinic.

My appointment was at 4.15pm. I arrived at 3.50pm to escape the Friday jam.
After 3 hours of waiting, and numerous patients asking where is the doctor, one at the reciption says the doctor is not even in the clinic. The doctor went out. Very unclear explanation and we were not notified.
I am still waiting. I am not impatient but we also have things to do. Waiting for 3 hours and more is absurd. At least stop taking in more patients…. Your doctor is not in. Don’t be greedy.
Why did you set appointment when the doctor is not in…?????
This place is very expensive too.

Still waiting.. And it will be my last visit.

Wrost staff & poor management, especially money minded doctors. Too much waiting to just consult doctor and fourced to go for unnecessary tests to get extra money. You have to be ready to spend whole day in hospital, pachtic experience with handling small kids. Irresponsible staff sit in reception, staff don’t know minimum knowledge on medication. No meaning of appointment, very less patients but you have to wait, wait and
wait and sleep. Not recommended guys

Really good hospital and experienced doctors.
The only issue is Waiting time.
On a normal day, the wait time will be super long.
Better make sure, Hospital visit is the only plan for that day and no other plans for the rest of the day.
If your kids are tagging along with you to the clinic, plan for their entertainment.
