Used to like to use this site for car insurance renewal due to it's competitive price....not anymore.Had a policy paid for but cancelled by system due to an error on 14th August.Was informed will get a refund within 10-14 days but no progress till now despite me reminding their customer service via email/WA chat.Now I need to waste of my time to raise dispute with my credit card provider.Will never patronise this company again!!
The WhatsApp Chat/Website information is contradict. When subscribe, the GO insurance WhatsApp chat reply Betterment and 24hrs towing included. But when call the call center to clarify, they said no. Ok Fine. First and last. The customer service is not polite as well.
