Annie Wong is a highly professional and motivating trainer. Even though on zoom her session was very easy to follow and she kept giving us tips, answering the chats as well as conducting the e-invoice training all in her usual engaging and lively manner. Attended the e-invoice course conducted by FA advisory. The speaker Annie gives detailed explanation and plenty of examples. Saya ambil Comprehensive tapi tidak dpt diproses walaupun bayaran telah di buat,di suruh lagi tambah RM kerana alasan tersalah sebuharga…sepatutnya staff yg kena tambah sebab dia yg melakukan iklan yg salah. Saya terpaksa batalkan….Untuk mendapatkan RM semula agak sukar terpaksa tunggu masa 7-14 hari bekerja sehingga hari ni sudah 8 hari tapi masih belum menerima bayaran.

Your submission can be rejected and they will not appeal for you. They are good messenger.

My claim (Service Request Ref. No.: 86C1362C74544E30) was rejected with unfair justification. This company rejected my claim saying that my purchase is having 5 year warranty coverage. In fact, the product description clearly stated the warranty is only up to 1 year. For a consumer, we are referring to the product description as advertised. When I submitted the claim, You are adding your wishlist on top of the product original T&C which mislead us to buy the extension plan earlier. You are so scary and manipulate the truth.

I am having all proven records , evidences and escalating to the authority for reviewing.

WORST COMPANY. Dah buat bayaran utk car insurance tapi dia x proceed. Insurance lama dekat tarikh luput baru bagitau quotation salah suruh top up. Kesalahan bukan kat customer kenapa I have to bear the price difference? Last2 saya cancel order tapi kena kelam kabut cari insurance company lain. Refund process ambil masa panjang. Refund completed pun x bagitau. Memang worst experience ever! Harap2 semua janganlah tertipu oleh promo road tax murah depa!

Very disappointed with the service provided by PolicyStreet while renewing my Car insurance. The price and T&C are not clear and some charges are not listed in the receipt. Ask for the clarification from the agent and no clear answer given. Sometimes the customer just want a simple explanation and not keep on receiving sorry and sorry. I will suggest others to check all the price and T&C before make the payment. There are other better service providers out there!

This is an unfortunate but a review is in order; I spent a whole day checking insurance renewal rates and finally chose PolicyStreet for the first time (and probably the last time).. only to be contacted few hours later by their customer service asking to TopUp the difference of 17~18 rm because there were changes in the system..

Long story short.. the amount is little but the impact on your transparency and your potential customers is a lot. I hope it was worth it.

This company is a complete scam. I paid for their insurance, but they didn’t cover me at all. I’m clearly entitled to a refund, yet they keep refusing to return my money. They are thieves, liars, and a total disgrace better avoid them at all costs

Got cheap prices on payday with free road tax and very valuable for me. Also smooth and transparent for the price given, just wait for my policies to be email to me. Will be my choice platform after this to renew my others vehicles

I just received a phone call from Yanti, one of their customer service representatives. She thoroughly explained the entire refinancing process and how IBPO assists and advises clients. Unlike many salespeople I’ve encountered, Yanti wasn’t pushy. Despite being a complete stranger, she was incredibly kind and informative, demonstrating a deep understanding of the process.

In our 15-minute conversation, I gained valuable insight into IBPO and the nature of their work. While I haven’t entrusted them with my profile yet, I feel quite hopeful about registering with them in the future.

I’m incredibly annoyed by the constant spam calls from this company. They keep changing numbers, but it’s always the same company rep calling. I have no idea how they got my number, and they persist even after I hang up. It’s infuriating. This is a clear misuse of my information under PDPA.

They push financial solutions I never requested. It’s like trying to convince me to add a fifth wheel to my car, claiming it will make it go faster – completely unnecessary and irritating.

Tak perlu call banyak kali, boleh tak? Along berdaftar ke apa korang ni? Hidup aku dah aman dengan bank. Reduced loan sebab payment cantik tiap bulan. Ni korang call paksa nak merge semua loan. Gila ke apa?? Korang nak aku mimpi ngeri ke? Jangan sampai aku report ke bank negara

This agency offers to consolidate your loan and credit card. They called me about combining my credit cards into one payment. It sounds good because they help you figure out the details, but you should be sure about your money situation. The deal seems interesting, but think if combining everything is necessary. I decided not to because I think I can manage my payments in a short time. They offered me 7 years, and of course, need to do this and that for the documentation. The key is to be wise and know your own finances before deciding.

I received call from someone from this company a moment ago, the staff do not get my permission whether or not I am convenient to talk and straight away asking me so many questions. And the way he present his proposal to me make me stress and keeping asking my details such as my house location. I feel weird and I told him that I am not interesting to continue our conversation and I have my own solution to handle my House loan. But he not give up to explain and I told him politely want to terminate the call now as I have something to do. But he denied my request still talking and want to know my personal solution. He make me feel he is very pushy. This is the service and attitude that your staff have to approach customer?

The first person I spoke with last week was rather humble and tried his best to market the product. I made the time to listen to him and I told him I’ll find out more about the company and consider if I even need these services.

I get a call this morning by someone named Ridwan while I’m at work. He didn’t even bother asking if it was a convenient time to talk. I told him politely that I’m not interested but he became very pushy telling me that I should listen to what he has to offer. When I told him that I spoke to his colleague last week and after consideration, I’m not interested, he asked me why I’m not interested and he claimed that there was no record of any call being made to me prior to this. Although I appreciate persistence in employees trying to achieve their targets / goals, what I cannot accept is someone being so inconsiderate and rude in doing so.

And then there is the matter of data privacy and how they even got my number in the first place.

I feel very annoyed with all those phone calls. Btw they keep changing no with the same person speaking. First of all, I don’t even know how they get my no and keep pestering after I hang up the phone call. Nonsense.

The rates of exchange is very good. It may take a bit until it is your turn but Incan assure you this place offer the best rate of exchange (a note bring large dinominated bill like 100 USD to get a even better rate)

Used to like to use this site for car insurance renewal due to it’s competitive price….not anymore.Had a policy paid for but cancelled by system due to an error on 14th August.Was informed will get a refund within 10-14 days but no progress till now despite me reminding their customer service via email/WA chat.Now I need to waste of my time to raise dispute with my credit card provider.Will never patronise this company again!!

The WhatsApp Chat/Website information is contradict. When subscribe, the GO insurance WhatsApp chat reply Betterment and 24hrs towing included. But when call the call center to clarify, they said no. Ok Fine. First and last. The customer service is not polite as well.
