I came here with a trial promo for their brazilian waxing and the entire treatment and customer service was really good. My therapist Yu, was so patient throughout the process and handled the process with a high level of care. She also got it done quite quickly and gave me care advice before I return for the next appointment. I definitely will be coming back. The location also is very convenient as they have many roadside parking so you don’t have to park in the building itself

I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well and had been quite sick and sensitive for a while, but she never hesitated for a second. She was so gentle and thoughtful the whole time. Truly appreciate her she made me feel safe, seen, and cared for.

Services are very good. Staff is so carey. The service are pricey. I thimk there should be flexibilty in prices. Rest the services are awesome.
