Their hard sell is super pushy. They will bring you to another room alone, to persuade you in signing expensive package, and the duration can be over 30minutes and they do not allow you to stop them. Also their service quality deteriorated significantly once you have signed the package, had the treatment for several times and didn’t continue to sign for new packages.

Ms.Yumi are warm and friendly, the massage was truly relaxing, and my skin felt amazing after. You can feel the love in their service. Highly recommended!

Was my birthday today and wanted to treat myself to a few different treatments. Based on the reviews I decided I wanted to go. As soon as I walked in all 3 members of staff were sitting down playing on their phones.

Saw the offer for manicure + pedicure on big poster outside shop and was told that offer is no longer available. I asked “why is it still up then?” Seems like a scam. You either want the customer to pay extra for an offer that’s currently available or you want to scare customers away. Anyway one of the staff said she couldn’t understand what I was saying then they laughed at me. I walked out.

It’s unprofessional and bad practice. Whoever owns this establishment needs to honour the offer to the customer if the promotion is up for everybody to see. No offer establishments behave this way. There were no customers in store so take the poster down instead of being lazy, sitting around playing on phones. I was prepared to spend around 500RM for my birthday treatments but left unhappy as I read good reviews about this place.

I walked in on Friday, a couple of days before Raya and thankfully they had a spot for me. Veer attended to me and she was very detailed and gentle with her work. I did a gel manicure which took about 45 minutes; as promised, might I add, because I came in at 6pm and was worried I wouldn’t have enough time for iftar. This set me back to RM60, which I am happy to pay as it’s only RM10 more than what I’m used to paying at Sungei Wang. Overall am satisfied with her work, and wouldn’t mind coming back to try their pedicure service.

First time try, alhamdulillah consultation jelas. Setiap jenis facial staf akan terangkan untuk masalah kulit apa. Staff pun friendly, especially Cynthia.
After session, my skin rasa lebih ringan and less congested.
I recommended at least try diorang punya Hydrofacial, memang keluar habis whitehead blackhead semua.

I also beli their skincare sebab pernah try the Gentle Cleansing Milk dulu – memang best untuk dry skin.

I came here with a trial promo for their brazilian waxing and the entire treatment and customer service was really good. My therapist Yu, was so patient throughout the process and handled the process with a high level of care. This was my second visit and I have to agree with other reviewers who mentioned that Bubble Gum Wax is too pushy when it comes to offering promotions or different treatments than what the customer originally booked.
It’s honestly frustrating. I would understand if it happened during my first visit, but this is the second time and they’re still insisting on offering treatments I didn’t ask for. I came for a waxing session, but they kept trying to push laser treatments on me, even after I politely declined several times. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Please respect your customers’ choices and focus on the service they came for.
That being said, the waxing was actually fine. The process was quick and not too painful. Nothing to complain about in terms of the treatment quality, just the aggressive upselling needs to stop

Normally the process is just hair removal followed by laser and that’s it, but she took the time to carefully check the condition of my underarms and even helped to clean out blackheads. The whole process was done so gently and attentively, it really made me feel at ease.

Just bought my package and i think this the 2nd session and i decided to do it here. The therapist i think is new. Nofya i think her name. She is kinda pushy during my session, she ask me to convert my waxing to laser session and said its okay can pay by installment. I’m like yea i know can pay by installment but i still prefer waxing. The whole session is fast but she is not friendly at all. No talking about other thing but just want me to convert to IPL. Its like never study customer profile properly. I have products like scrubs and whitening lotion for free also she dont know. After service, i went out and she just said bye to me?! Without any pit stop at the counter to book my next appointment? I have to patah balik from the glassdoor and said “eh i wanna book for next appointment.” I was thinking normally the staff will ask the customer when would you prefer. But she does not do that! She said when do you wanna book and without open the calendar for me. I have to belek the calendar myself. This is so rude to me. I feel so unappreciated as a customer. Next session she even ask me “you wanna do it in USJ?” Hello. I am here at Plaza Damas. Why suddenly ask me if i wanna do it in USJ? You dont want me as a customer is it? Is it because you only do redeem session with me? So you are not satisfy? I’m furious! I dont wanna do with Nofya anymore!

– Reception, pakai tudung, pregnant, kulit sawo matang. Muka sombong, tak welcoming langsung, macam nak gaduh dengan orang muka macam tu
– Therapist kurang friendly, nada cakap agak kurang okay macam tak puas hati. Waxing okay, sakit juga untuk Brazilian, boleh faham la sakit sikit sebab wax. Waxing cepat juga siap. Boleh terima lagi la asalkan bersih dan kemas. Bukan suruh friendly tanya or share pasal personal life. Tone tu boleh cakap lebih baik

Tapi servis daripada staff kurang memuaskan. Lagi2 yang perempuan receptionist Melayu tu. Dari masuk pintu depan reception tu rasa tak best, tak welcoming. Kita ni first time datang outlet sini, tak best langsung, lepastu masa dah bayar nak jual package baru muka nak senyum sebab nak jual package.

Pernah pergi waxing parlour brand lain di Taman Desa, servis lebih bagus memang tip top. First time pergi situ rasa welcoming, daripada rasa takut tu terus macam lega sikit sebab layanan staff situ memang jaga customer supaya kita tak rasa awkward

Overall, Untuk first timer nak wax kalau sesiapa nak cuba boleh cuba outlet lain ataupun ikut nasib la deal dengan siapa di outlet plaza damas. Cuma kalau deal dengan staff yang tak okay rasa macam bad experience, mungkin ada rasa menyesal cuba waxing. Tapi di luar sana ada banyak lagi staff/tempat lebih baik untuk first timer. Kita bayar bukan dapat free, mesti lah nak servis bagus.

I tried waxing here and it was amazing. Loved the way the therapist – Ms Maya – did some small talk to distract me from the pain. A note: do come early and allow ample time for the procedure, and the therapist will do you good.
