Their hard sell is super pushy. They will bring you to another room alone, to persuade you in signing expensive package, and the duration can be over 30minutes and they do not allow you to stop them. Also their service quality deteriorated significantly once you have signed the package, had the treatment for several times and didn't continue to sign for new packages.

Ms.Yumi are warm and friendly, the massage was truly relaxing, and my skin felt amazing after. You can feel the love in their service. Highly recommended!
