As a first timer, i Was just 15 minutes late to appointment, and the therapist literally asked me to reschedule. She was so cocky and she was bit rude saying that "tu la kena tepat masa". Come on la its business, not school to be on time. Some of us are from another location to drive here, please be considerate that hartamas can be terrible jam at certain times. Even to book the slot also the staff had to confirm me and cancel me again. Please know what u are you doing ya. Im very disappointed. Im taking my waxing business elsewhere.

Just bought my package and i think this the 2nd session and i decided to do it here. The therapist i think is new. Nofya i think her name. She is kinda pushy during my session, she ask me to convert my waxing to laser session and said its okay can pay by installment. I'm like yea i know can pay by installment but i still prefer waxing. The whole session is fast but she is not friendly at all. No talking about other thing but just want me to convert to IPL. Its like never study customer profile properly. I have products like scrubs and whitening lotion for free also she dont know. After service, i went out and she just said bye to me?! Without any pit stop at the counter to book my next appointment? I have to patah balik from the glassdoor and said "eh i wanna book for next appointment." I was thinking normally the staff will ask the customer when would you prefer. But she does not do that! She said when do you wanna book and without open the calendar for me. I have to belek the calendar myself. This is so rude to me. I feel so unappreciated as a customer. Next session she even ask me "you wanna do it in USJ?" Hello. I am here at Plaza Damas. Why suddenly ask me if i wanna do it in USJ? You dont want me as a customer is it? Is it because you only do redeem session with me? So you are not satisfy? I'm furious! I dont wanna do with Nofya anymore!

Treatment here ok you get the result but therapist is pushy after few treatments always suggesting one particular ipl type get weirder over time make customer feel odd. Colourful personality? Name jaja**

Muka sombong, tak welcoming langsung, macam nak gaduh dengan orang muka macam tu - Therapist kurang friendly, nada cakap agak kurang okay macam tak puas hati. Waxing okay, sakit juga untuk Brazilian, boleh faham la sakit sikit sebab wax. Waxing cepat juga siap. Boleh terima lagi la asalkan bersih dan kemas. Bukan suruh friendly tanya or share pasal personal life. Tone tu boleh cakap lebih baik Tapi servis daripada staff kurang memuaskan. Lagi2 yang perempuan receptionist Melayu tu. Dari masuk pintu depan reception tu rasa tak best, tak welcoming. Kita ni first time datang outlet sini, tak best langsung, lepastu masa dah bayar nak jual package baru muka nak senyum sebab nak jual package. Pernah pergi waxing parlour brand lain di Taman Desa, servis lebih bagus memang tip top. First time pergi situ rasa welcoming, daripada rasa takut tu terus macam lega sikit sebab layanan staff situ memang jaga customer supaya kita tak rasa awkward Overall, Untuk first timer nak wax kalau sesiapa nak cuba boleh cuba outlet lain ataupun ikut nasib la deal dengan siapa di outlet plaza damas. Cuma kalau deal dengan staff yang tak okay rasa macam bad experience, mungkin ada rasa menyesal cuba waxing. Tapi di luar sana ada banyak lagi staff/tempat lebih baik untuk first timer. Kita bayar bukan dapat free, mesti lah nak servis bagus. Ambience: 4/5 Service: 2/5 Price: 3/5

I tried waxing here and it was amazing. Loved the way the therapist - Ms Maya - did some small talk to distract me from the pain. A note: do come early and allow ample time for the procedure, and the therapist will do you good.

The service here is very good, the consultant will not make hard sales, and the boyzillian has done a few times to reduce the hair a lot. I will recommend friends who want to remove hair to come here for treatment. Very responsible therapist with high confident level of explanation before client subscribe any treatment/package. Been purchased treatment for 9 sessions with up to 60% discount! overall everything are positive, result are quite good, the whole process of the treatment would not make me feel pain or itchy, even if after the treatment there is no discomfort at all. Impressive work!
