Had the BEST experience here! The staff were so kind and professional. I tried out the headspa experience and also added on to that with the hydro facial. This experience have been better than anything I’ve ever tried! And I've tried spas all across the world! I would definitely recommend this experience! The price was also super budget friendly! Besides this, you also get several complimentary benefits like a manicure and free drinks. I give it all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I was truly amazed by the service here! Not only is it attentive, but the hairstylists are all very professional. I also love the environment—it’s not only comfortable but also spacious. I didn’t expect my first visit here to be such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend trying their head spa because it’s just so incredibly relaxing!

Today is the first day I came to Walking On Sunshine to try the viral Head Spa from them. I have a lovely and beautiful staff, Fiona, who serves me their Head Spa Premium Plus. Overall experience was 10/10 and would definitely come back again with my mom from the booking process, to waiting, to the head spa and payment process—everything went incredibly smooth. They also provide drinks where you can choose some menus they provided. Thank you Walking On Sunshine! Really recommend for first timer p/s: Suggestion to have a student discounts or promotion from time to time. Really love their service but as a student, it will be once in a while experience

Since they were running a promotion for men’s Korean perm, I decided to give it a try. When I booked, I was a little unsure about the stylist assigned to me. His Instagram didn’t really show much of the styles I was looking for, but the salon reassured me that he specialized in men’s perms, so I decided to trust them and go ahead. The salon itself was nice — good atmosphere, friendly service overall. But when it came to the actual consultation, it wasn’t what I expected. I thought the stylist would show me some image references or at least give me a clearer idea of what the end result might look like. Instead, he only explained verbally how he planned to cut and perm my hair. I asked again if he had any photos or examples, but his response was basically "just trust me." There was also some serious language barrier, which didn’t help. Since he seemed confident, I went along with it. The perming process itself was fine, but the result was honestly quite plain. It gave me the feeling that he wasn’t too invested in making sure I got a good, tailored outcome. When he said we were done, my first thought was, "Wait, that’s it?" On the bright side, he did try hard to explain despite the communication issues, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to push me into buying extra treatments. This was my first time going to a premium salon, so maybe my expectations were too high. My takeaway: make sure you and the stylist align with clear photo references, not just verbal descriptions. That said, the end result was super average. Not terrible, but not great either. And if this had been a cheaper haircut nearby, maybe I wouldn’t have minded as much. But because I purposely chose a Korean-style salon — paid the premium price, travelled far, sat through traffic, tolls, and parking — I was really hoping for something noticeably better. Instead, it just felt underwhelming and not worth it.

My stylist KT really listened to what I wanted, offered professional suggestions, and executed the cut/colour perfectly. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and loving my hair! The attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly sets them apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both great results and a relaxing salon visit.

The best ever head spa. They have 3 type of head spa depend on your budget. I took the premium plus head spa. While you having your head spa.. they will do medicure, hand and shoulder massage. They got other services too. Like hair cut, coloring, perm and other treatment for your hair. The place very cozy. They give free drink. I get myself a latte. I walked into Walking on Sunshine not really sure what I wanted, but they totally worked their magic! The team was super friendly and helped me figure out the perfect look. I left feeling like a million bucks — my hair looks amazing and healthy. Definitely my new fave spot! ☺️
