I’ve been coming here for almost a year now for my monthly hair care, and it’s always a pleasant experience. My usual stylist, Vennica, is responsive, knowledgeable, and always gives helpful advice on what my hair needs—whether it’s treatment, a little pampering, or styling. So far, I’ve been really happy with her service and the results each time.

Thank you Caris for going the extra miles for me today, even if it's past your working hour. You always deliver satisfactory color and cut. I appreciate your guidance on which color that suits my need ie. easy maintenence for hair root growth.

Service was great! The assistant was super attentive and did a really good job at communicating with me on whether the hairdryer was too hot or if the water was too cold when washing my hair. Wind my stylist was also really great - he went over and double checked if the result was as how I wanted hair to look like and was super accommodating when I asked to make my hair shorter. He also gave helpful suggestions which I really appreciated. The receptionists were also nice! Overall, had a great experience and will definitely be coming back again ☺️

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I got a curtain bang haircut and had my roots colored, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The stylist was super professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and gave me great tips on how to style my new bangs. I've been visiting the salon for the past 3 years and have always been incredibly happy with my stylist, Carmen. She is not only professional and helpful but also takes the time to explain each hairstyle thoroughly. Every time, the result has been best, fresh, stylish, and even better than expected. Their scalp treatment is also a standout, it felt cooling, made my scalp feel lighter and cleaner, and was truly relaxing. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service and amazing results.

The services and overall experience were good but I wanted to highlight one point. I went for a haircut and later decided to add a hair colour service. While confirming the hair colour charges, the front desk staff initially informed me that my hair was short and quoted the short length price. However, at the time of payment, my stylist informed me that my hair was actually medium length and the charges were based on that category. Since the prices for medium length are much higher, this part felt a little unpleasant. I had specifically asked about the pricing beforehand for clarity, which is why this felt disappointing. I wasn’t expecting it from Number 76. The front desk staff should have clearer knowledge of the pricing guidelines or confirm with the stylist beforehand so customers receive the correct information from the start.
