Johnny had the royal treatment, haircut and traditional shave at *Truefitt & Hill*, the *oldest barbershop in the world*, established in *1805 in London*. The experience was absolutely spectacular a perfect mix of heritage, class, and comfort. We had the pleasure of meeting *Mr. Fuad*, the owner a true gentleman from Lebanon, incredibly warm, welcoming, and passionate about maintaining this iconic legacy. A special thank you also to Mary and Lana for their professionalism and kindness. They made the whole visit even more memorable! From the elegant vintage décor to the refined grooming service, everything speaks of timeless British tradition. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Mr.Elias, and I must say, it was more than just a haircut, it was a luxury experience. The ladies at the front reception were absolutely outstanding, so warm, welcoming, and attentive, they instantly made us feel at home. Elias was amazing. A sudden decision to have a wee shave and face massage between flights from Japan to Australia. Could not have relaxed more and the treatment was fantastic. Best decision I have made and I know my wife will be impressed. Thanks Elias and all the staff - well done

I would give zero stars if i can. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your barbershop. I had a clear agreement with the barber regarding a specific beard style, which was completely disregarded without my consent. Instead, he opted for a different style and justified it by saying he "thought it looked better." This is unacceptable, as no changes should be made without client approval. Additionally, the barber’s technique with the clippers was extremely harsh, causing discomfort and skin irritation. And his excuse was "you have a zit underneath the hair" i have been getting my beard done for 15 years and no sir i know when someone is being rough with the machine. As a result of this mistake, I’ve incurred significant financial loss. I had scheduled a laser treatment in Singapore that now must be postponed, as the incorrect beard style and shaping make the treatment impossible. Rescheduling my flight and accommodation has cost me approximately $2,000. I expect a formal acknowledgment & solution to this complaint.

I had a great experience with Jeff for my beard trim. He was very precise, took his time to shape it perfectly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Really appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing hot and cold towel treatment . it made the whole service feel premium. Highly recommend Jeff if you’re looking for a clean, sharp beard trim with excellent service.
