I had an excellent experience with Arafat at Naium Barbershop. He’s very skilled, pays close attention to detail, and really takes the time to understand the style you want before starting.

The fade was clean, the lineup sharp, and he made sure everything looked perfect before finishing. On top of that, he’s friendly, professional, and creates a comfortable atmosphere.

Naium bar bar is the best barbar shop at Bukit Bintang. The service was so good and all staff so kind and friendly. I dropped by Naium Barber Shop in Bukit Bintang for a quick cleanup — just a trim on the sides and top, plus a shower — all for only 45 MYR. The interior was clean and well-organized, with very comfortable chairs and a relaxing atmosphere.

The barbers were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole process was smooth, and I appreciated how tidy the place was. It’s also in a convenient location, easy to find and close to everything.

Definitely a great spot for a quick, affordable, and quality haircut in KL. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area!

Quite happy with my haircut, beard trim and shave at Naium. They were having a little reno work, so the shampoo station was closed. Nice place, friendly barbers, felt comfortable and very good pricing.

Nic cut my hair better than the other barber. the other staff like try and error, try and error. nic his artwork nmpk kemas lagi. Just nic i said i want burst fade he said the haircut doesnt suit my face actually it is my signature haircut. my first time with him he did mid fade even though i want burst fade but very neat like engineering touch. Ameer also a good barber but can try more, he is friendly person. Nic 8.5/10 & Ameer 7.5/10. I went to Huuk Lot 10, moji give me a very excellent burst fade. But all of them is my fav. ✨ dilemma :’)

Worth every penny. Got my haircut from Ameer. A very friendly guy, service was superb and the vibe feels very comfortable, I enjoyed every second of the haircut session & having conversation with him. Definitely gonna come again next time. Brought my brother to get his haircut at Nimroc Maluri once, and eventually, we became regulars. I even recommended their service to more of my family members, and they were also pleasantly surprised with the results. Great service was provided by our personal favorite barber, Aniq. So basically this is my favourite shop ever since 2023. I’m from Singapore so whenever I’m in KL I will go down to this shop to get my haircut. Today’s barber was Adam. He has been very thoughtful and detailed in his work as to how he cut my hair. Astonishing work he put in to create a beautiful piece of work. Kudos to the whole team for always greeting hi & bye to clients. Little details do matter & to me this is the best one yet.

Very friendly staff, service is very good. Although waiting time is quite long (around 1 hour), it is acceptable.
Price is cheaper compare to other babershop.

Update: the second time come here. I told him to cut Chinese style but he cut too short, look like Malay style, too short, feeling very stress after the haircut, he nearly destroyed my hair. So 5 stars to 2 stars as staff skills are different.

Located on the top floor of La La Port mall. I came with my partner on a Thursday around 2pm without an appointment. They were able to work on my partner right away and I would have to wait until 3pm but actually only had to wait about 30 minutes for my turn. Both barbers spent a lot of time and detail on our heads. They were pretty meticulous. My barber didn’t speak much to me but my partner had a barber that did. It’s likely because of the language barrier but we were both very happy with our hair cuts. They do excellent fades. We also got a wash and they accept credit card payments too. I would definitely come back here.

You have a great barber which is Amad (Seat No. 2). He’s kind, friendly, and a truly talented barber. Every haircut he gives is always satisfying and matches exactly what I expected. I’ve had my hair cut by him many times, and I’ve always been very happy with the results, no matter what hairstyle I go for.

Every time I come to Joe Barber Wangsa Maju, I always choose him to cut my hair because he has been my preferred barber since early last year. Big salute to him — he definitely deserves a raise or bonus for his skills that consistently keep Joe Barber’s customers happy.

The barbers are hit or miss. You’ll either get a barber who takes care of you really well or you’ll end up with a barber that completely ruins your hair. The barber I got rushed through the haircut, ignored the reference photo I provided which was a middle part and also did not mention that my hair was not long enough for a middle part but said “boleh bro” only to then tell me my hair is too short for it after cutting most of it off. Every barber there has an aesthetic to them but only some actually know how to cut hair. Don’t let their trendy clothes fool you, some of these kids do not know how to use a scissors properly.

The service was okay and fast but it’s not worth RM30 for a haircut. The way it was cut its not detailed and proper, doesn’t turn out nice and there’s a lot of hair residue after the hair cut, which is not what I expect from a RM30 haircut.

The toilet also super dirty, too dirty to be used for customers.

Now, they have a QR queue system. So u just have to wait for your number to be called up. Kudos to Che Mad for his understanding of my request and hospitality.

I got a haircut from Brochol at Joe’s Barbershop, and it was great. He made sure to listen to what I wanted and gave me a really clean, sharp cut. When I came back to KL I returned here for a haircut with the request so change my haircut so it would cover up my receding hairline. Ended up with Yusry Zack and he has been amazing everytime I came back. Very friendly and honestly communicating about some parts having to grow longer before it can cover.
Just now after my last haircut here he even gave tips on what to tell other barbers to keep this hairstyle and get it cut right.

Good haircut but got completely scammed by them in the end.

Despite constantly asking about the price of each additional service, they kept avoiding the question, asking me to trust them instead.

By the end of it, they charged me MYR400 for a haircut, which is multiple times more than I was expecting.

There are a lot of good reviews on here, but I presume a lot of them are done prior to paying (as they initially made me do).
Based on my experience, there are many other barbers out there who could provide a good haircut without scamming you and ruining your day.

I had a great experience at Classic Barber Shop. Loyd, who cut my hair, was incredibly professional and genuinely a nice person. I initially wanted to go for a curly hairstyle, but he thoughtfully suggested a style that would suit my face better. His advice was spot on, and I absolutely love the result. He really knows what he’s doing and pays attention to what works best for the customer. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a barber who puts effort into making you look your best!

I was going to 5 different businesses today and giving each of them that are honest with their pricing and systems 500 ringgit and I thought Mohammed would be the third recipient (I do social media with multiple millions of views a week and was preparing to give them a shoutout too)

Before going I confirmed on WhatsApp the pricing-
40 ringgit to shave my head (I’m bald and had a little stubble on top) and the finished product also left me with remaining stubble and not that clean shaved feeling…. Also the neck hairs weren’t touched. So that was disappointing.

40 ringgit to trim my beard, I was happy with the beard cut hence why I didn’t give 1 star.

I was then offered to wax the little hairs off my face and ears, I intentionally didn’t ask for pricing as I’ve done this hundreds of times and know it’s a cheap service that only takes 5-10 minutes (I said it was my first time doing it to test their honesty)

Given the WhatsApp price was 80 ringgit total, I expected an additional 20-30 ringgit for the quick wax. But no, “150 ringgit” and then as I was paying card in their neighbouring shop they charged another 5 because they were using “a different shop and bank” of course I paid and didn’t complain but I think this is dishonest, scammy and they ultimately didn’t get their 500 ringgit bonus that I had prepared.

It sucks as I genuinely think Mohammed was a good guy, but tried to take advantage. It’s a shame to my middle eastern community that care so much about looking after each other and sharing the love.

My advice would be, put a pricing board up and be honest. People will return as customers if they have a good experience.
Stop asking people to leave a review before they pay, let them pay first.

Lyod did my hair, he was very experienced, he took a look and pointed out what he needed to do to make my hair look much better than before. Very impressive and funny at the same time. I would give zero stars if i can. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your barbershop. I had a clear agreement with the barber regarding a specific beard style, which was completely disregarded without my consent. Instead, he opted for a different style and justified it by saying he “thought it looked better.” This is unacceptable, as no changes should be made without client approval.

Additionally, the barber’s technique with the clippers was extremely harsh, causing discomfort and skin irritation. And his excuse was “you have a zit underneath the hair” i have been getting my beard done for 15 years and no sir i know when someone is being rough with the machine.

As a result of this mistake, I’ve incurred significant financial loss. I had scheduled a laser treatment in Singapore that now must be postponed, as the incorrect beard style and shaping make the treatment impossible. Rescheduling my flight and accommodation has cost me approximately $2,000.

I expect a formal acknowledgment & solution to this complaint.

I had a great experience with Jeff for my beard trim. He was very precise, took his time to shape it perfectly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Really appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing hot and cold towel treatment . it made the whole service feel premium.
