I've been coming here for car service for the past 6 years, and the service has consistently improved. The service advisors are pleasant and provide exact information. The facility offers adequate seating for visitors, a small play area for children, three office tables with complimentary coffee/tea, and breakfast service. Overall, things are doing well and please continue to improve.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic RS, and I wanted to commend Honda Sales Professional Rebecca Tee for making the experience so exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Civic RS, patiently answering all my questions and highlighting its features without any pressure. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to her, I felt confident and well-informed every step of the way. Received a call that my car is good for collection from service. But when I get there the entire team is out for lunch. Have to wait for 45 mins for them to get back. Really appreciate if can inform me upfront that no business can be conducted during lunch time. Unprofessional.

The staff are also very friendly and polite, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. 5 stars to SERVICE MANAGER 5 STARS TO FOREMAN i reached there without appmt (because honda malaysia asked me to go i assumed honda m will gaodim everything for me but didnt), luckily service manager accepted my request , and immediately call foreman to check my car, 100% grateful and gratitude. Foreman test my car meticulously , despite initial stages he couldnt feel anything (too jam and too pack la old klang road) so i believe nothing much can be felt. the most imporant thing is they replaced my steering rack within 24hours . BEST SERVICE MANAGER I HAVE ENCOUNTER (>>>USJ >>>>>WISMA HONDA worst of all), very humble very genuine, very helpful, can feel the sincerity that they commited to fix my car , even offered me to come back any time when i feel my car handling got issue (my problem happens intermittently)
