I had such an incredible 2 days tour with Mr. Eunes. On my arrival to Malaysia, I contacted him and he was so quick to reply and recommend some tours. He had an amazing and thorough knowledge of the history of Malaysia. The tour brought me back to old times where you have an insight of what cud have happened.

He is also very accommodating if you want to see something which is not in the tour. Very flexible and will go far beyond to exceed your expectation.

Full of surprises during the tour where you can get to taste little treats of Malaysia. But I’ll leave the surprise and not disclose too much. Come and discover yourself. You will be fully satisfied and in awe.

Also I am a vegetarian. He made sure that everywhere I had the right food. I am very grateful for this fabulous tour. Really deep from my heart I fully recommend Mr. Eunes and his company.

I’ve been on many holidays, but this was the best one, thanks to our incredible tour guide mr eunus. He showed us amazing places, prioritized our enjoyment, and let us explore freely. He took us to the best spots to eat and i experienced things i never have before. His knowledge of the history and culture made the trip even more enriching. If you ever visit Malaysia, I highly recommend him. He felt more like a close friend than just a guide. I’m returning to Australia with wonderful memories, all thanks to him.

そしたら、口コミで皆さんが素晴らしいガイド！と褒めているEunus（ユヌス）さんからすぐに返事がきました。
最初に大量のクアランプール観光情報を一気に送信してきたので、少し驚きましたが…。ランカウイやシンガポールにいく高速バスが便利でコスパ良い、ランカウイ島などより東海岸の方が海が綺麗で安い宿が多い、などガイドブックにはあまり書かれてない情報をYou Tube動画と共に教えてくれるので、とても参考になりました。
むしろ旅行プランを決める前に、彼に相談すべきだったなと思いました。
実際ツアーを申し込んだ後も、まめに連絡をくれたので、安心できました。
本当は蛍のツアーを申し込むつもりでしたが、ラムダンの時期は交通事情も読めなくなるので無理だと断られたため、クアランプール観光ツアー（約６時間）に申し込みました。
ガイドブックにあまり取り上げられてないスポットも組み込まれていて、効率よく観光できて充実したツアーでした。
ユヌさんはマレーシアなまりはありますが、だいたい問題なく聞き取れました。モスクではイスラム教について詳しく教えてくれて、とても勉強になりました。
サイトに載ってるツアー料金は大人2人分とのことで、私達は子ども2人と大人2人だったので、子どもの料金分を加算されました。
出発時間より早めに迎えにも来てくれて、信頼できる真面目なガイドさんだと思います。いろんなスポットで歴史についても詳しい説明をしてくれ、気づかいもあり、十分値段に見合ったサービスだと思いました。

We did a full day tour of Kuala Lumpur with Mr.Eunus. Apart from showing the commonly visited places like Petronas Towers, Batu Caves, etc., Mr.Eunus explained the history of Kuala Lumpur right from how the city was founded and took us to crucial landmarks that are connected to the city that we now know as Kuala Lumpur. We had an enlightening experience in Masijd Wilayah and ended the tour with the exact spot where the City of Kuala Lumpur was founded. The best tour guide you can get in the city of Kuala Lumpur, 100% recommended.

Ni horribile staff u have SYARIFAH AL FASA.Selama saya pergi dekat kaunter tade masalah sebab person in the counter akan tanya berapa borang especially melibatkan orang tua.Saya tak beratur ,bapak saya yang beratur.Dah sampai depan ,bapak saya handed satu borang sahaja ..jadi dapat no sample kencing tapi bila kita nak ke hadapan utk amik darah since tak bagi borang dia suruh kita beratur balik. HUKM Dental Care, bahagian mulut Dr, Sy and Dr C are very professionals. Nurse staff are caring and friendly. This hospital also hv cute McD Hotel. Harap more hospital will be like this.

For Semi Gov Hospital this is quite good Hospital.

Air conditioning Wards, big hospital, Waiting time for A&E better than other gov hospitals.

There a lot of Restaurants and foods option in the cafeteria. Got Starbucks and Gloria Jeans Coffee.

Staff TERBAIK…budi bahasa tinggi walau berdepan ngn crowd pesakit ramai/family pesakit…doktor2 pon terlatih dan beri perkhidmatan yg bagus…cuma **parking jauh betol dkt gate depan masuk…kalau kne admit emergency nk xnak kne park sana** Moga ALLAH swt saja balas jasa2 kalian…amin

The wab 4H nurse very rude, no manus, no responsible take care of patient. Only charting at counter, play handphone, didn’t change the having medicine,. Such at work attitude very bad,. Funny can become nurse….

Υπέροχο κτίριο, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, άψογοι υπάλληλοι..θα μπορούσα να μιλάω ώρες για την ευγένεια,την προθυμία,την καλοσύνη του προσωπικού…το επισκέφθηκα 3 φορές για απορίες, συμβουλές και διευκρινήσεις όπως πχ πως οργανώσω την περιήγηση μου στη χώρα,?πώς λειτουργεί η εφαρμογή grab?
Πώς κλείνω θέση σε λεωφορείο on line? ,και άλλα θέματα… συζήτηση φιλική,άνετη και μιας και ταξιδεύω μόνη ενοιωθα πως επισκεπτόμουν συγγενικό σπίτι!τέλεια περνάω όποτε πηγαίνω εκεί .

Να προσθέσω ότι με καλεσαν καιπαρακολούθησα μια παραδοσιακή χορευτική παράσταση από πολλες περιοχές της χώρας και ενθουσιάστηκα όπως και όλοι οι επισκέπτες…μπράβο Μαλαισία με τους εξαιρετικούς σου εργαζόμενους…

Caught the cultural dance show at MATIC with my mom last month and loved it! It runs every Tuesday and Wednesday from 3–4 PM and is such a beautiful, soulful showcase of Malaysia’s rich heritage. The dancers were talented and expressive, and each performance felt heartfelt and meaningful. It’s a simple setup, but the authenticity and cultural value make it totally worth it—for both locals and tourists.

Friendly and Professional Staff.
The staff were incredibly kind and professional. We stopped by to ask for suggestions on things to do during our one-month stay in Peninsular Malaysia, and they went above and beyond. They took the time to explain the main attractions across the country in great detail.

While we were there, they also invited us to attend their wonderful cultural and folk dance performance at 3 PM. It was completely free and truly fascinating. The show featured traditional dances from various regions of Malaysia, including those representing the Indian and Chinese communities.

What made it even more special was that they encouraged everyone to join in and dance together.

Just nearby, there’s also a local chocolate shop where you can sample unique Malaysian sweets.

What to check it out? This place conducts cultural shows on certain days and some even need to book early so that you won’t miss them. Other than shops, there’s money exchange outlet, canteen, surau, ample parking places and even the guards are friendly and helpful to assist you around.

Beside can get tourists info about visit at Malaysia. This building was full of history. Being once time the Parliament house, before the real Parliament House was finish built.

We did the Eat Pray and Walk Tour with Kristin and we loved it. Kristin talks a lot but that’s because she is so passionate about the thinks she is taken you too. She has a lot of knowledge. And after this tour you will know more about the main Cultures in Malaysia. You will go to a Chinese Tempel and it’s not only the visit it is the why behind. You can ask her anytime and anything. She is really caring and sweet. Thank you so much it was really interesting seeing this big city through your eyes.

Beautiful place, with wonderful, passionate and conscious people! First time i went there, Pooi Ling gave me 2h lecture on( and List of places to visit)in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and history of it! Next time when i visited them – I meet Almost all of the crew, including Irina – the founder. Really warm, open-hearted people with great ideas and knowledge about what they are doing. They have big knowledge about the Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia and they support Eco – sustainable way of living. The association is involved in some projects connected with that. I recommend visiting this place to Ask for information, directions and to take a part in one of their tours they’re offering! And also just go visit this so cozy office, full of historical objects

Wir hatten heute eine Stadttour (KL Heritage Walk: Eat, Pray, Walk and Love) mit Kristin und sind hellauf begeistert. Kristin ist eine sehr liebe, erfahrene und freundliche Stadtführerin gewesen, die uns viel über das Land, die Stadt und die Menschen erzählen konnte. Auf unserer Tour durften wir einige interessante Speisen und Getränke probieren und haben zwei verschiedene Tempel und Stadtteile besucht. Wir haben einiges über Malaysia lernen können. Wir können diese Agentur, die Führung und vor allem Kristin nur jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einer interessanten Stadtführung mit tollem Guide ist.

A great place to let the kids know the living culture, history of KL. The tour guide Jie Jie are all very helpful and fun! The kids get to experience some of the culture thing in this tour. Highly recommend to all Malaysian too!

Paid & supported by Korea, this Centre provides Korea Tourism info where you can use to plan ahead as well to understand Korea prior to your trip. The also organise online survey where once competed you can collect a T-money card for free that can be used for public transport there. Some of the staff may not have knowledge of how things work in Korea but at least they will be one staff who knows, which will share the info to the staff who don’t but you will need to wait if that staff is busy.

Headed here on a weekday evening, there were no other people other than me. There were 4 or 5 persons seated behind the customer service/reception desk, but none came to serve. They have no vouchers for Korea. Staff pointed to the brochure rack and that’s it. Oh yes, Seoul brochures? None available too. My honest opinion? Don’t bother coming here, it’s a complete waste of time, space and money – this place is just for decor purpose, including the staff.

Good experience and informative

Located in wisma goldhill (right opposite holiday inn express) on the 25th floor. You need to register with security first on level 1 (ground floor) with your ID such as IC, driving license. Take note the tourism center close for lunch from 12pm till 1.30pm, no one is available during this hours. They have leaflets abd brochure to take. Staffs was friendly but not overly enthusiastic about introducing you about taiwan. You ask a question they answer a question. I guess they are expecting people to google and search online these days.

Located on 25th floor in Wisma Goldhill, if you use monorel u may alight at Raja Chulan St. Go to the information counter first to register (they will ask your ID) Friendly service by the lady worker, she offers numerous brochures and magazines that will help you to learn more about Taiwan. Also dont forget to ask for easycard

Came to claim the free MRT card, the whole process was quick and simple. Though the elevator system in Wisma Goldhill is kinda confusing, can ask security for help.

Came here to get free EasyCard for transportation in Taipei in Nov’23. Open for independant traveler with min 3 nites stay and confirmed airticket. Everything is good here except the reception guy(young chap) with poor Customer Service attitude! No smile, greeting nor thanks when i was there this morning
How can u be at the front-line dept when Taiwan is promoting aggresively for tourism? Decided to leave fast as soon i gotten what I came for. I rather Google than speaking with such a personnel.

Friendly staff, very helpful, library of info as this is the one stop place that you may asked about Taiwan especially those plan for special occasions, tour or special visit like Muslim tour in this chopsticks country. Flyers, brochers and verbal info can easily get here. They do great to promote Taiwan as amazing place that have so much to offer. Those plan for any tour can get recommendations from them which travel agency pedicure the best according to your request

Came to collect free EasyCard. The guy staff is cold and not informative. Provide no info unless you ask.
Navigation in Goldhill is kind of confusing. I thought 0 is the ground floor. It turns out Level 1 is the Ground.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Informationen bekommen. Hat mir sehr geholfen. Leider nicht so einfach zu finden. Man muss unten in den hinteren Bereich (hinter Nu Sentral) durch den Bereich mit der LTR. Dann noch etwas weiter.

국립미술관 가는 길 : 인포메이션 센터에서 나와서 정면좌측에 보이는 계단으로 올라감 → MRT 표지판 따라서 쭉쭉 감 → 개찰구로 들어가서 → Pintu B Muzium Negara 방향으로 감 → 건너편 개찰구로 나가기 (0.8링깃 요금 나옴) → 도착 !

The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They even gave me suggestions to check out. I recommend checking them out before exploring the city.

My suggestion for a place of interest to visit is Bukit Bintang for the bustling night life full of pubs and restaurants. Many shops operate until late nights. There are a lot of music performances on the street too. During the day, one can go for shopping. There are always things to do there.

Friendly and helpful staff and we do the survey in front of them. They explain about the vouchers and the card that we will use in our future journey.

A wonderful place to experience Han Bok, cooking class, dancing class and language class. Grab discount voucher or coupon at here and enjoy your trip in Korea!

This is probably the best tourist information centre; or at least the only one I have been to in which they offer a dance performance to continue with the Malay heritage; what a great treat; and it is free..

Be aware of the rules and regulations at Motac KL.. If you are there during lunch break and missed your turn.. you shouldn’t park your car inside the compound.. the securities will come and look for you and chase you away..
If you wants to go for lunch must park your car outside the compound.. then after their lunch break you can bring in your car to park inside then continue queue up for your turn at the office. Please take note guys.. only staffs got stomach we don’t.. Such a third grade system still applicable in Malaysia.. The worst part is its happening to Tour Guide at Malaysia Tourism centre.. Pictures attached with plenty of empty parking area inside the Motac KL compound.
