Το δωματιο ηταν τοσο μεγαλο οσο και ενα διαμερισμα. Ειχε τα παντα μεσα, οτι θα μπορουσες να χρειαστεις. Επισης ηταν ολα πολυ καθαρα. Η πισινα του στον 31 οροφο ηταν απιθανη. Ειχε θεα τους διδυμους πυργους και τον πυργο της τηλεορασης και το βραδυ που ηταν φωτισμενα ηταν πολυ ομορφα. Η περιοχη ηταν επισης καταπληκτικη, γεματη με μπαρακια και εστιατορια. Οι διδυμοι πυργοι ηταν σε αποσταση περιπου 20 λεπτων με τα ποδια απο το ξενοδοχειο. Επισης πολυ κοντα υπαρχει σταση του Monorail.

Ho scelto questo hotel in base alle ottime recensioni e alla posizione e non mi sbagliavo. Bellissimo hotel con camere molto grandi e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Si trova nella zona di Bukit Bintang, dello street food di Kuala Lumpur, piena di vita la sera e molto piacevole. Le Petronas sono distanti circa 20 minuti a piedi.|Ha una piscina al primo piano e un’altra sul tetto, bellissima con idromassaggio che da sola vale il viaggio.| Personale gentile, pulito, colazione a buffet in stile internazionale. Da consigliare per un soggiorno a KL

We chose this beautiful hotel for our six day stay in Kuala Lumpur and loved every minute of it. The location is fantastic very central and within easy walking distance to Pavilion Mall and other attractions.||One of the highlights of our stay was the warm and welcoming security team especially Deepak and his colleagues. They greeted us and our children with such kindness every day offered great recommendations and truly made us feel at home. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us.||I also want to highlight the kindness of the receptionist I did not catch her name who went above and beyond to help me. After buying some heavy items at the nearby market including Baba curry powder she noticed I was struggling with my bags and my two little girls. She quickly came to assist and wanted to make sure I had bought the Baba spicy fish curry powder sharing that her mom has been using it for years and highly recommends it.||We stayed in a spacious two bedroom suite that included a full kitchen dining area living room laundry facilities two bathrooms and even an office space. It was spotless comfortable and perfect for a family stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return on our next visit to KL.

Stanza al 26 piano, luminosa, pulita, completa di tutto, con un letto supercomodo, cucina con tutto il necessario, vista stupenda sulle Petronas, bagno con vasca e doccia. Piscina sul tetto top! Set di cortesia di qualità comprese ciabattine e accappatoio. Colazione ottima!

All rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen and there are extra touches like an ironing board, iron, slippers and dressing gowns. The rooms are finished to a high standard. The rooftop pool, hot tub and steam room are excellent. The breakfast is very good, lots of choice, noodles, congee, egg options too. I was a little disappointed that they did not acknowledge our 25th wedding anniversary though even though both my husband and I had emailed in advance to say that we were celebrating this occasion whilst at the hotel.

Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables même s’ils commencent à montrer un peu d’usure. La localisation est parfaite, entre les différents sites touristiques et dans un quartier avec un large choix pour boire un verre ou se restaurer. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très varié, deux piscines d’une taille honorables sont disponibles ainsi qu’une belle salle de sport. A conseiller sans hésitation.

4/5 – Great Location & Spacious Rooms, But Service Could Improve

We stayed at Parkroyal Serviced Suites in Kuala Lumpur and loved the location—super central and convenient. The room was extremely spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, good utensils, a working fridge, excellent air conditioning, and a beautiful pool area that includes a jacuzzi. For the price, the space and amenities were a huge plus.

That said, if you’re looking for a luxury experience, this might not be it. The lobby and reception area feel quite basic, and that sets the tone when you first walk in. However, the reception staff were polite and even allowed us to check in a bit early, which we appreciated.

A big downside was the breakfast. It’s quite expensive and just not worth it. While they do try to cater to Indian guests (which we noticed), the food was average at best. There were plenty of options, but most of them didn’t taste great. The staff at breakfast seemed overworked and inattentive—we had condiments taken from our table just as we were about to sit, and later they told us we had only 5 minutes left to eat. It wasn’t a pleasant or relaxing experience, especially on vacation.

Overall, it’s a great place if you’re after a spacious, comfortable stay in a fantastic location, but I’d recommend skipping the breakfast add-on. Also, a little more warmth and attentiveness from the breakfast staff could really elevate the experience.

Great location in Bukit Bintang, close to food, shopping, and nightlife. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a small kitchenette. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is nice, but can get busy. Only downside is the noise from nearby bars late at night. Overall, good value for money.

Very nice place to stay in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur. Strategic location, convenient to move around. Good facilities. Easy accessible. Pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Only thing is traffic congestion.

Perfect short getaway. The location was perfect for me as it was just walking distance to Changkat. I enjoyed the gym where the view was good, the quietness to workout in a peaceful environment. Gym equipment was decent. the pool was good too. The hotel has a spacious open space for relaxing right near the swimming pool area.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Two bedrooms with separate living room, full kitchen & in-room laundry/dryer. Central location. Close to Bukit Bintang, Klcc park & petronas tower. Close to many restaurants, shops & convenience stores. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, the experience was okay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful view from our room—it really stood out and made the visit feel special. The location is also great, with the local market just a short walk away.

One of the cutest and most unique things about the hotel was their service robot! Whenever we needed something, they sent their bot with the item—it was not only efficient but also super adorable and added a fun touch to our stay.

On the downside, the breakfast, which was included in our package, was a bit underwhelming. The taste was average, and the variety of options was quite limited.

I chose this hotel because it is an actual hotel as opposed to renting a privately owned apartment in a residential complex and because I am familiar with the brand having visited the Ramada in Guangzhou. Firstly, check-in was seamless and easy. A deposit of 100 ringer is required. Reception was friendly and efficient. Be sure to keep your deposit invoice as you’ll need it upon checkout but it’s refunded quickly in cash. The room itself is massive and very well set up. The bed is okay, not that soft but not as hard as others. The kitchen is good and though they supply crockery and utensils there are not pots or pans to cook if you wanted to. I didn’t mind since I didn’t want to cook anyway. The microwave is great and having a big fridge too is very convenient. The bathroom is a little small compared to the rest of the room, however, impressively the water temperature and pressure is constant and very good! The only drawback is that there are no plug points in the bathroom so ladies wishing to use the hairdryer have to do it in the kitchen. Room service is actually done via an app and is not directly through the hotel but affiliated with The Ceylon House next to the hotel. The food is of an excellent quality and fairly priced. The only thing I didn’t know is that I had to contact the restaurant directly to collect their crockery as housekeeping will not so it was left in the room. Luckily I visited the restaurant on my last day and mentioned it to them and they quickly sent a server up to the room to collect it. The location itself is great as it’s near the subway, malls and plenty of convenience stores and eateries around. Pharmacies, etc. are also conveniently found. The Chinese night food market is close by. My only complaint is the noise factor at night. Since the hotel is near to the bar area street and I could look onto it from my room it was very loud at night. It only quietens down around 3am. However, it did not cause me so much difficulty.Housekeeping is done daily and the staff respect the Do Not Disturb sign which is great! The pool is lovely and open till 11pm which is wonderful considering other places close too early. However, the depth is way too shallow throughout (maybe only 1.4m) I’m very short and even for me it was more like wading than swimming. Although I did not use it there is a very well set up laundry facility (bring your own detergent) and gym.Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada. I would visit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

A. Good property in the heart of KLCC . Our room was spacious and large with two double beds . Fantastic for anfamily of 4. The room on 13th floor had a beautiful view if the KL skyline including the new 118 floor building. Bukit Bintang MRT is only 500 m away. There are many restaurant s in the area including Indian ones just across the street. The infinite pol on 9th floor is also awesome .

Value for money as the 2-bedroom apartment is the largest floor space I searched around KL for an affordable price. Good location, about 10-15min walk to pavilion area. Staff were friendly during check in and check out. Even security staff helped with my elderly parents. Good for families with children. Housekeeping was alright. Room has washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Outdoor pool was a good size too. Convenient stores are nearby.

Inadmissible : des cafards dans notre chambre !
Nous avons demandé un remboursement à l’hôtel afin de pouvoir partir, mais cela nous a été refusé sous prétexte que ce n’était pas possible. On nous a proposé de changer de chambre, mais comme nous l’avions expliqué au réceptionniste, la présence de cafards dans une chambre signifie que tout l’hôtel est infesté. Sans surprise, nous avons également retrouvé des cafards dans notre deuxième chambre.

Cet hôtel se présente comme un 5 étoiles, mais il n’en a clairement pas le standing. Les chambres sont spacieuses, certes, mais de nombreux détails révèlent un manque d’entretien et de qualité : rideaux qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, armoire se fermant pas, joint de douche détériorés…

Un établissement très loin des attentes pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Worst experience ever!
From the moment I checked in, the experience was terrible. The rooms were dirty and full of insects, and the air conditioners were completely broken. I asked to change the room, but even the new room had the same problems. In the end, we had to stay using fans only, which made it very uncomfortable, especially in the heat.

The safety was a big issue — during my stay, money was stolen from my room, and the staff did not handle the situation seriously. This made me feel unsafe the entire time.

The breakfast was just acceptable, nothing special, and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel.

Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment: dirty, unsafe, badly maintained, and uncomfortable. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: do not stay here, it is absolutely not worth your money or your peace of mind.

We stayed at the E&O Residences for one night in a 2 bedroom suite. We booked due to the great location and our perfect experience previously.||We stayed in 2020. Unfortunately, we noticed a substantial decline in the property since then. ||We found reception to be fairly attentive and friendly but very slow. We needed to pay a deposit on check in. We paid cash and it was returned on checkout. However, prior to the money being returned, a room check needed to be completed, which seemed to take a long time. This was inconvenient with a taxi waiting.||Rooms were big and functional but very dated and in need of a refresh. The bedding situation is not ideal. We booked a room with a queen bed and one king bed. We received a room with 2 singles and 1 double bed. The bed was extremely small and definitely not a king bed. ||The cleaning was questionable, with the wardrobe door covered in what looked like caked on brown mud from a previous guest.||Air conditioning did not work in one room and as it was late when we returned to the room we did not have time to advise reception as our kids wanted to sleep. ||There are so many positive points of this hotel – location, pool, gym. Unfortunately, this was quite a disappointing stay, especially since our previous trip to this property was so enjoyable. ||

Currently staying in KL and enjoying an apartment with my family||It feels secure with security on the site, around the drop off car park and reception||Reception respond to any issues with your room. We had a minor issue with a light. Solved quickly. ||Apartment is a good size with living room, bedrooms, kitchen and washing machine||Restaurants in and around the complex||Swimming pool is excellent. Large. Wonderful in the evening with underwater lighs. Great to swim after site seeing

卫生一般，面积是真的大。房间陈旧，但看得出有保养，所以不是问题。比入住前超预期，房间里有洗衣机和烘干机。有阳台，房间里就可以看到吉隆坡塔。服务态度一般，前台无中文服务。退房检查时间长，要预留10分钟到15分钟。位置佳，走路到双子塔步行15分钟。保安热情，停车方便。进出小区，无论人和车都要刷房卡。可以一住。

一个字，大。客厅，厨房，房间，书房，一堆房间。房间也很安静。整栋楼都是酒店的，这点很好，保证了人员出入不会很杂，不像有的一栋楼里好多家公寓酒店，住宿环境这块来说很不错。不过有个服务点如果能改进一下那就更好，就是我订了3人入住，房间虽然很多但只有一个床，也不知道订的时候选择3人的选项有什么用处？如果能在书房哪怕客厅放个加床那就完美了。

Ce sont des mini plateaux à emporter avec des petits repas qui ne sont absolument pas bons , droit à une mini viennoiserie par personne et qui n’est pas bonne du tout . Prenez le dehors . Grosse déception sur la vue à la piscine . Publicité mensongère. On ne voit pas les tours petronas . Un bâtiment est en construction. Il aurait été honnête de le préciser ou de retirer la photo présente sur le site . Hotel proche metro 5 mn a pied

Had a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Just a note, drinking water is self-service, available from a water filter station near the elevator outside the room.

Parking is RM10 per entry, but you can validate it at the reception, which is convenient.
Overall, a good experience and I’d be okay to come again.

酒店属于雅诗阁集团旗下的公寓式酒店。开业时间久，房间设施比较旧，但是维护得还算不错，房间有些霉味，开窗通风后稍好一点，空调比较大声。卫生还可以，每天都有人打扫，房间配有洗烘一体的洗衣机，以及厨具等，有软拖鞋，牙具等，非常适合家庭出游。房间虽然不配瓶装水，但配壶可到走廊接水煮水喝。酒店位置稍偏，离双子塔走路大概20分钟，对面有吃饭的地方，一个小超市。总体服务不错，要东西都挺快，服务态度也不错，延迟退房也很爽快。就是入住时需提供酒店确认函上的含税价格以证明已交税，否则需现场补税。总体来说是适合家庭出游性价比较高的酒店。

Liked · The room (1515) was big with separate living, kitchen, study and walk-in wardrobe. The living area has a couch, TV, small center table and dining table with 4 chairs. The bed was comfortable. Study room with big desk. Kitchen is complete with all the basing utensils, stove and oven.||Disliked · Breakfast is either take away packets, or you can consume the same at the lobby. Very small area and limited breakfast choice. Pool/Jacuzzi was not heated. The lounge on rooftop was almost empty with no service, it is just desk, couch and chairs. No coffee/drinks available there.||Though I visited there in Feb 2024, and reviewed on Booking com. Copying it here as well

Kamarnya super duper besar, seperti apartemen. Fasilitas di kamar juga lengkap. Pokoknya kamarnya bener2 nyaman.
Kolam renangnya bersih, bagus, dan tidak crowded.
Sarapan agak sederhana tapi enak. Bisa dibawa ke kamar juga. Pokoknya kalau ke Kuala Lumpur ini rekomen banget jadiin tempat untuk menginap.

From the moment we arrived, the front office team made us feel truly welcomed. Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly, with everything clearly explained to us by the ever-friendly and helpful Humeir. Each morning, the lounge team spoiled us with a wonderful breakfast spread — hot, fresh, and absolutely satisfying to start the day right. Our room was always kept neat and tidy thanks to the attentive housekeeping team, which added so much comfort to our stay. A special shout-out to Humeir, not only for his excellent service but also for generously sharing foodie tips that made our exploration of KL even more memorable.

Il Lanson Place Bukyt Ceylon è un apart hotel situato nel cuore di Kuala Lumpur, con tutte le principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Le aree comuni sono eleganti e accoglienti, così come le camere. La nostra suite al 43esimo piano era davvero spaziosa con una vista incredibile su due lati (potevamo ammirare Warisan Merdeka Tower, Maybank building e la Menara Tower).
Buona la colazione nella lounge all’ultimo piano.
Piacevole e rilassante anche la piscina incastonata tra gli alti grattacieli della capitale.

It’s a very nice serviced apartment for family visit. The two bedroom with open kitchen, dining and study room. Full kitchen facilities and washer/dryer etc, it’s so convenience for my family. The pool is relaxing and my kids like it, location near city centre where you can found both western and local foods, no restaurant inside the property is not a big deal, will return when we back to KL.

I book the flexi package so that I can early check in and late check out, the apartment is spacious with stunning view, breakfast lounge at roof top serve western breakfasts, nice coffee with great view. Staff are helpful and welcoming, my work is very smooth and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon was even better than I was expecting!! I stayed for two nights after a wedding and honestly, it was perfect. The apartment was so spacious and it instantly felt like the kind of space you could properly relax in. Waking up to that gorgeous view from the room was such a highlight, and at night it’s even better. It was the ideal place to slow down and reset. The staff were so kind and genuinely helpful too, which made everything feel super easy and stress-free. I couldn’t have picked a better spot for a little post-wedding recharge. Would 100% stay again!

It’s a very nice place to stay no matter long or short trip. The apartment is well maintained and spacious, fully equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer etc. The breakfast with stunning view, breakfast is simple, but we only take light breakfast therefore it’s fine with us. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Changkat where have plenty of bar and restaurants. Highly recommended.

My first time to try serviced residence due to i will stay over one week, and i made the right choice, the wifi is very strong and efficiency, it make my work very efficiency, I’ve told the wifi is upgraded recently. The unit has a work table with stunning view, I don’t feel boring when i work in the room whole day. The property have no restaurant, only have a lounge to serve breakfast, however it located near downtown and walking distance to the restaurant area. I enjoyed very much

During our stay, my family and I booked the Superior King Room. The room itself is small and works well for travelers who only need a simple place to rest. However, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear sounds from the next room, which may be a drawback for light sleepers. Unlike other room types, the Superior King does not come with bathrobes.

In comparison, my brother and his family stayed in the Studio Triple Room. Their room was much more spacious, with added conveniences like a kitchen area and a washing machine, making it more comfortable for families or longer stays.

The swimming pool was average in size and facilities. I did not notice a lifeguard around, so swimming is at your own caution. A word of advice: the pool stairs get very slippery after rain, so extra care is needed when entering or exiting the pool.

As for the breakfast, it was just average for my family and me. While it was convenient to have, we found that food options outside the hotel were tastier and offered more variety.

What really made our stay enjoyable was the warm hospitality from the staff. Receptionists Kak Linda and Hidayat gave us a genuinely warm welcome and were consistently friendly throughout our stay. The porter, Abg Zul, was also very helpful and approachable, ensuring we felt well taken care of.

Overall, if you’re looking for a basic and affordable room just to sleep in, the Superior King is sufficient. But if you value space and amenities, the Studio Triple is a better choice. The hotel’s facilities are average, but the outstanding service from the staff truly sets this place apart.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Booked a one bedroom suite. It was very big. The hotel staffs were very helpful. From the first time we arrived, the porter who brought our bags to our room was very friendly and nice. Hotel’s environment was quiet and not noisy since it is not located at the side of busy main road, which is good. Overall very satisfied.

My wife and I have stayed at Oasia Suites for 3 nights between the 4th and 7th of Sep. The flat was super clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The pool is amazing and the location is premium, it is central and within a walking distance to the main shopping area in Bukit Bentang, but without the noise of the area. As we enjoyed our stay at Oasia Suites, we have decided to come back after our trip to Redang Island to stay for another 4 nights. The property has offered us a complementary luggage storage for our extra bags which they kept them for to collect upon our return.|I am writing this review and I am on way to Langkawi and have already booked for another two nights to stay when we are back to KL.

Friendly and welcoming Receptions. Convenient location to explore BB, Twin towers, KL tower. Roof top pool is nice for relaxing day or night. Gym was hot because air con only produced warm air. Room is reasonably clean and spacious, comfortable bed and firm mattress. Kitchen cutlery and utensils are much better quality than most apartments managed by private hosts.

I have stayed in multiple hotels as I am an avid traveller, but never in my life, have I stayed in a hotel like Oasia Suites. The best so far. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was well organized, and hotel’s location is also superb, which allows you to have great views of the city. My suite also had a kitchen, and we cooked our dinner in the room. Felt like home. I hope that this message reaches the hotel management and they keep doing the good work in the future as well. If I ever plan a trip to Malaysia again, I will without any doubt book this hotel again.

El Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur tiene una ubicación perfecta para moverse por la ciudad: cerca de las torres Petronas, con transporte y comida a un paso.

Pero… ahí termina lo bueno. El personal de recepción con poca actitud (cero sonrisa, cero ayuda) y la habitación llena de averías: detalles que te quitan las ganas de volver, se lo comentamos al personal de recepción pero fueron poco empaticos, y en un momento salió otro responsable que si fue muy amable y ofreció cambiarnos la habitación, solo que no había opción de nuestra misma habitación, así que decidimos quedarnos en la nuestra.

Solo salva la ubicación. Si buscas buen servicio o una habitación impecable, hay mejores opciones en la zona.

The place was great! Our room was good, didn’t like the hard bed or hard pillows (that’s just me) the view was awesome. Staff were beyond amazing, friendly and helpful! Shout out to Zoulfa (hopefully correct spelling) for going beyond! Highly recommend

Found this place randomly when looking for a place to bunk in after competition. Pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the room and location for this place. Plenty of eateries around even after 10pm! Few things to note—the lobby is on the top floor —press the lift button for sky lobby and there’s 2 sets of buttons in the lift—one set to go to rooms and parking, the other to outside of building the bidet was leaking in our bathroom, else I would have given more stars. Cleanliness is tip top!

ただし、1点注意が必要なのはチェックイン時間。フロントに行くにはエレベーターで上がる必要があるけど、夜になるとエレベーター前のドアがロックされ、カードを持っていないと開きません。だから、夜遅くにチェックインする場合はフロントにたどり着けない。事前に時間を確認しておくべき。朝食ブッフェはシンプルで必要最低限。周囲にはカフェやレストランがたくさんあるので、朝食は外で食べるのもおすすめです。

I recently booked 4 rooms at this hotel for my friends visiting from the UK, and we were all extremely impressed with the level of service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Hema, whose service was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for us and made our stay extra special. Truly a 5-star experience—highly recommended!

The room is spacious with full amenities provided, sufficient parking space available and it is near to the business area of desa sri hartamas which is full of food choice. However some of the items in the room need touch up and cleanliness can be better. The door of the wardrobe spoiled so only able to open till half and there is some dust not clean properly compared to the previous stay.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. 저희는 디럭스룸에 지냈는데 방이 넓고 침대가 엄청 넓고.. 제일 중요한 것! 깨끗하고(벌레나 개미 하나도 못 봤어요) 와이파이가 빨라서 좋았어요.
대로변 바로 옆이라 잠귀가 밝은 분들에겐 안좋을 수도 있는데 저흰 둔감한 편이라 아무 상관 없었어요. 체크아웃 시간은 점심12시가 아닌 오전11시에요.(그리고 샴푸,바디워시 질이 좋은 편은 아니니 민감한 분들은 따로 갖고 오세요)
투숙객 이용 가능 통로로 하타마스 한인 상권이랑 plaza mont kiara, one mont kiara 쇼핑몰들을 다 이용할 수 있는 위치적인 이점이 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점 같아요.

Although quite aged, they have renovated to keep it up to date. The staff are friendly. This is the most convenient hotel and is right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Room is clean and renovated. Totally no complaints about anything. Rather soundproof rooms, cannot hear the bustling activities along the street. Aircon is cold, hot water is hot. Will be back.

the room service was SLAYY. This is the first time I’ve experienced such outstanding hotel room service. The staff was friendly, professional, and made my stay extra special! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, making it feel like a true retreat. Everything was well-organized, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed during my entire stay.

Well, outside it doesn’t look good. but inside is new. The room is renovated and in good condition and very large. It has a parking space underneath the building but space is limited.Service is very good.Location is perfect, just right next to jalan alor food street. But it’s very busy all the time. Bad traffic in front of the hotel. You can hear the noise until late at night. That’s the only drawback for this hotel. In the morning, you can see a food stall in front of the hotel where local people buy breakfast and eat there. Many 7-11 nearby.Otherwise, I’m very satisfied.

地理位置好靠近夜市地铁，缺点：会让你体会到凌晨2点左右的鬼哭狼嚎似的街边音乐，大概晚上6点多开始到凌晨1。2点；wifi居差，几十kb的网速还经常自动断开，可能很居住楼层有关，来马来西亚20天了，这个酒店WiFi让你回到几年前2g网速

Jangan pernah menginap disini, Sangat berisik sekali suara lagu cafe rock.. sangat kuat tanpa berhenti sampai pagi. Anda kalau menginap disini tahan ga tidur sampai pagi. Telinga mau disumpal bagaimana pun tetap ga menutup suara sangat kuat sekali. Saya sampai mau nangis sangat menyesal.

Good hotel. The service was very good, the staff even upgrade my room when they cannot find the suitable room as my request. Location is strategic and the renovation is success with clean space and convenient room. However if you stay in windowless room, there are possibilities bad signal.

空間真的很大很舒服。有微波爐、電磁爐、中型冰箱⋯，家中廚房該有的設備都有ㄛ，很有回到家的感覺。房間也很乾淨舒適。（有大大的鏡子讓我化好妝訥）唯一一點就是淋浴間小，蓮蓬頭水壓小些。整體是間棒棒的住宿飯店

位置绝佳，步行至公园、商场、水族馆、会展中心集中的KLCC不到10分钟，距离有名Pavilion 商场、餐饮街步行也不过半小时。对面有便利店、Subway、麦当劳和水果店，楼下有Gravy House西餐厅。清早去KLCC前的大公园走上一两圈非常舒畅！我们入住的是一厅两房的家庭房，宽敞整洁，还有电磁炉，微波炉和锅碗等厨房用具，颇有家庭的感觉，是家庭出游的绝妙选择。3楼有泳池、健身房，特别值得一提的是有自助洗衣房。需自备洗衣液，早8点至晚9点开放。唯一的大困扰是晚上呼啸而过的摩托车产生的噪声。我们住在6楼的家庭房。对于晚上睡眠浅、易醒的朋友需注意。

Очень классный отель! Просто выбирайте новые номера! Мы остановились здесь на 2 ночи, нам все очень понравилось! Тараканов не было, шума тоже, очередей в лифт не видели и не слышали. Горячая вода, чай, кофе водичка, микроволновка, холодильник, сейф, гладильная доска, утюг, чистое постельное белье, все было очень хорошо! Бассейн на 3 этаже Всего 29 этажей, мы жили на 11 в номере 1102.
Доброжелательный персонал и команда уборщиков очень внимательные и отзывчивые Мы остались довольны. Приедем сюда ещё❤️

酒店性价比很高，在吉隆坡塔和双子塔中间，轻轨站5分钟，很干净，泳池体验感也很好，还有洗衣服务，10马币1公斤。酒店楼下就有很多吃饭的，有路边摊也有酒吧烤肉麦当劳赛百味，都在5分钟步行内。唯一的缺点吧，就是工作日上下班点门口有点堵塞，出行打车拥堵些。

I had a great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi could be faster and limited breakfast options, but it didn’t affect my overall experience too much. Would definitely consider staying here again.

房间卫生很干净。前台可以说中文，太友好了。他们还给我们当地出行的地图。酒店位置很容易找。楼下还有清吧和小摊。可能是因为酒店在大马路边，晚上会有飞车党，稍微有点吵。对于睡眠不是浅睡眠的，我们不是什么大问题。整体感觉对于我们来说还是不错的。

Satisfactory stay at city. Free parking, easy frontdesk check in, newly renovated studio room, clean and cozy big space for two adults. Short walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion mall, downstairs got restaurants and 24hr McDonald. Quiet environment, room cleaning service provided. Definitely recommend!

This hotel was recommended by a friend who has often stayed here and I’m so glad we took up his recommendation. Lovely, clean, well-equipped and serviced hotel. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment (premier) and it was v spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. Great gym and pools. Breakfast could do with a little more variety but overall extremely satisfied and would come back.

Absolutely top notch property to stay at in Kuala Lumpur! Room was amazing and clean, staff was very warm and polite & breakfast spread was delicious. The USP of the property is the infinity pool at level 99 where you get the view of Petronas Twin towers. Enjoyed our time here to the core! Would love to come back soon!

Rooms were spacious and nice. Location is great, really close to a shopping mall and walking distance to the Petrona Towers and KLCC park. Service is however really poor for a 5 star hotel, not so friendly. Pools are quite small and definitely with not enough sunbeds.

We had a wonderful stay in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are amazing, with a rooftop bar and a swimming pool that we really loved and used every day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cercavamo un hotel con piscina vista Pertronas tower ma sembravano tutti un po’ scam. Dopo una lunga ricerca abbiamo trovato l’Ascott e possiamo solo che confermare che è stata la scelta migliore! Hotel bellissimo, piscina all’ultimo piano super. Ci hanno fatto anche un upgrade gratuito in una stanza di categoria superiore che era un appartamento bellissimo in cui avremmo voluto vivere
Servizi top, in camera non mancava nulla dalle ciabatte all’accappatoio ai prodotti per il bagno alla macchinetta nespresso. Il miglior posto dove concludere la nostra stupenda vacanza in Malesia.

I love the facilities and the convenient location near KLCC. The free shuttle service is very helpful, and we truly appreciate the wonderful staff everyone is knowledgeable and attentive. The pool on level 99 is definitely the highlight, and I look forward to coming back again in the future. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, though parking can be a bit of a hassle.
