This review is for Majestic Beijing 1/3-7/3 2025, 7 days 5 night. The trip was honestly the most memorable one so far. The tour leader was Wendy Phang, her service was tiptop! Extremely friendly and attentive. We had a junior tour leader, Wei Xin, she was very helpful too, she behind all the little details that we didn’t notice. The local tour guide, Xiao Dong was a professional tour guide and very knowledgeable about Chinese histories.

Firstly, this Beijing trip, the accommodation was on point! Most memorable for me for the one in 古北水镇大酒店 in Gubei and the famous Sunrise Kempinski. The service and the design of both hotels were amazing. But my no 1, with no doubt, was the one in Gubei one. The vibes were immaculate, a classy hotel in a historical town

Overall, the meals were great, and up to my standards, even in the Gubei. My favourite was the infamous Peking Duck. This might be cliché but it was so good, I reminisce the taste from time to time.

This was my first time joined 9 days 7 nights Yunnan trip ( 28/3/2025-5/4/2025) with Apple Vacations! Although tired, but the whole trip was great & fun. I am quite enjoyable, happy with the hotels, environment, great views and food arrangement.

Chloe Chan Xiao Lei was our tour leader. She is really a friendly, lovely, helpful & caring person. A few days before we start our trip, she keep on update us and remind us what should we bring on Yunnan trip. During our trip, she will keep on eyes on us especially my grandmother that has mobility issues since after knee operation for almost more than 10 years. She also will double checking all of us are in the bus or not.

Our tour guide, Shirley Xiao Li 肖莉 from Dali are a humorous, funny, storytelling and talkative person. In the bus, she will tell us many story about her hometown, her family members and history about China during World War 1 and 2. She will tell us whatever she knows. Even one of my family members met problem during boarding back to Malaysia, she will come and help to solve the problem.

Both tour leader and tour guide were good partner, they keep on making fun and jokes with us. I am feeling like all of us were like family. It is nice to make new friends. Now i know why many people keep on travel to China many times.

Good service provided by the tour leader, tour guide and bus driver. The tour leader Chloe is very friendly and helpful and will answer all our questions and recommend some of the must-buy in Japan. And the tour guide is very responsible and knowledgeable, i really enjoyed the long drive as there were never a dull moment as he shared many fascinating history and facts of Japan, a very great insight i would say! The bus driver is very punctual and he drove very steadily which made me feel safe even when i nap in the bus haha. Itinerary is well planned, but i hope they can provide longer period of travel plans as i travelled so far i would prefer to explore more of the local beauty and delicacy. Accommodation is always very nice and comfortable which is why we chose GD in the first place. The meals are surprisingly good, very fresh and authentic and big portion.

Went to Chengdu JiuZhaiGou tour (PG-HO-250912-PCTC-2) with my parents on 11 Sept 2025. Overall, all is good. Hotel is over expectations. The tour leader, Michael Lok and tour guide, Zhang Guo Qiang is very responsible and gave their 200% in arranging most suitable itenary for us. They have the elderly who has walking difficulty in mind and try to find the best arrangement and option to us.

His energy was infectious; he made KL history come alive and it was surreal to see the historical attractions in person (when previously I only saw them in history books). We had with my family a city Tour of Kuala Lumpur with Mr Avalee from Exotic Asia Holiday, it was very interesting and we were provided all the necessary explanation on each places visited. It allowed us to enjoy it more and back historical data to appreciate fully. We recommend strongly this tour of half day allowing us to visit main tourist attractions of Kuala.

We found the tour amazing! We loved how Charles took us to the most important places of Kuala Lumpur, showing us new fruits and herbs, showing the old and new town, showing the temples and last but not least the majestic skyscrapers. We hebben een fantastische sunset fietstour gedaan met Mike Bikes in Kuala Lumpur! (Het heet zo omdat het in de avond is, maar je gaat niet naar een zonsondergang kijken wat wij eigenlijk dachten) Toch was het een super fijne ervaring! Onze gidsen Barry en Tey waren ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgden voor een relaxte en gezellige sfeer. Ze gaven onderweg leuke en duidelijke uitleg en hielden goed rekening met het tempo van de groep. Ze hielpen ons veilig door het verkeer van Kuala Lumpur heen!

De tour is perfect opgebouwd met genoeg afwisseling en pauzes. Je komt langs bekende plekken zoals de Petronas Twin Towers, een mooie brug over de rivier en verschillende sfeervolle buurten. Het was echt leuk om op deze manier veel van de stad te zien zonder dat het te druk of vermoeiend werd, precies goed verdeeld. Een geweldige tour als je maar 1 dag in Kuala Lumpur verblijft.

Onderweg kregen we twee flesjes water, maar een handige tip is om zelf een hervulbare fles mee te nemen. Bij het watertappunt kun je namelijk makkelijk je eigen fles met lekker koud water bijvullen. Rond 19:00 stopten we nog voor een heerlijke Indiase maaltijd, uitgebreid, goed verzorgd en erg lekker! Vooral de naan met kaas viel goed in de smaak bij de kaaskoppen uit Nederland.

Deze tour is een ideale manier om in korte tijd veel van Kuala Lumpur te ontdekken. Lekker actief bezig zijn, interessante stops, en een fijne sfeer dankzij de enthousiaste gidsen.

De vier uur durende fietstocht onder begeleiding van onze gids Charles was een hoogtepunt van onze reis. Charles was vriendelijk, goed geïnformeerd en had alles perfect onder controle – van de route tot het tempo en de fotomomenten.

We fietsten langs de bezienswaardigheden, verborgen pareltjes en kregen tussendoor leuke verhalen over de stad en haar geschiedenis. De lunch was heerlijk en goed georganiseerd, een fijne pauze in een tropische omgeving.

De fietsen waren in topconditie, goed onderhouden en comfortabel om op te rijden, ook met het warme weer. Alles verliep soepel en ontspannen.

Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie op een actieve, leuke manier Kuala Lumpur wil ontdekken!

De prijs is het dus echt meer dan waard, ook als je hoort dat ze per maand 60 voedselpakketten doneren!

Erg leuke toer gedaan. We begonnen in de regen, poncho’s waren geregeld en hij een goede 25 graden helemaal niet erg. Je komt op plekken waar je anders niet komt er krijgt leuke achtergrond verhalen te horen over de stad en de mensen die er leven. Een aanrader als je Kualalumpur op een andere manier wilt ervaren. Salie en Sin waren prima tourguides!

We had a fantastic food tour around Georgetown. Me and my partner are both vegan and weren’t sure if a food tour was possible, but our tour guide had fantastic knowledge of both veganism and the local food. We ate delicious traditional Malaysian street food that we would have had no idea was vegan if it wasn’t for the tour. Perfect for any vegans!

Incredible tour! This is a must for anyone visiting KL. My wife and I loved the “Off the Rail Food Tour”. Our guide was funny, informative, thoughtful, and knew incredible places to eat. We learned so much about KL history nd ate a variety of fantastic foods.

My wife and I always take a food tour whenever we visit a new city. So we have done plenty in our time. But we both agreed that this was the best we’ve ever had.
What made it particularly special was that Karlson took immense time and trouble to make sure that he ordered things we would both like.

The team was great and communicated very well. Mustafa picked me up and even above and beyond by telling me some history and culture of Malaysia. The ride with Captain JB was very nice. We had enough time to fully explore the caves and take a dip at the waterfalls to cool down. Captain JB made sure to answer all of our questions and supplied us with useful information about the destinations and also about the area and buildings we could see during our car ride. Overall I really enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to see Batu Caves, Ramayana Caves and Kanching Falls.

Der Ausflug war toll und das Highlight waren natürlich die Fireflies, von denen er Tausende sahen. Der Hindu-Tempel war eindrucksvoll und die verschiedenen Affen rührend und ganz harmlos.Das Essen war sehr fein und unser Führer Ragu erzählte interessante Geschichten über Malaysia und war sehr unterhaltsam. Kuala lumpur itself looks more like a construction site, half the city is open and everywhere they work on the road and on buildings, but we have still found some interesting locations. such as the old train station and a well maintained palace of a sultan.

Good and cheap option to get an good overview of the city. You can hop on and hop off where you want and come back again.

Great city.. best to plan trips ahead and book private toura online but group tours onsite. Definitely visit the Towers at night. The view is spectacular.

Such an amazing place … i wish i can go back … but guys dont go for shopping at china market onpy do window shopping their as it has very high rates n scams tourists.. but rather visit Timesquare mall which has a shop hot sale on 2nd floor which has cheap shopping items and also you can go to haneefa mall and Ampangone for shopping .
Besides these do visit batu caves early in morning as it gets hot weather in afternoon n visit Kl towerskydeck night or morning view .
Always negotiate prices to 30% less than the taxi driver asks as they charge more from tourists .
You can use Grab if u r buying a simcard that will be best for you .

One of the great attraction in Malaysia. This location is far from main city KL. It’s better to cover baku cave and genting in a single day trip. In a priveTaxi charged RM800 for that trip for 6 passengers.we were moved 7.30 from KL city and reached Baku around 9.30.around two and half hour spent over there. On top of the hill one temple and natural cave also there.

Nothing is enough for this company.I was at Malaysia for a tour.luckily,I found a tourism company that I never expected before.they are so much passionable,friendly and decent.They did everything very quickly and timely.i just amazed,after saw their attraction and emotions in their job.They did their job brilliantly.Undoubtly,I passed one of my greatest time with them.so,I recommend everyone to them.

Honestly, this 8days6nights trip would not have been perfect without our tour leader, Ms. Ivy Kwok, and our local guide, Mr. 罗导. They not only managed the itineraries stated, but also took the extra initiative to ensure we had ample rest and that everything ran smoothly. (As you all probably know, 张家界 is definitely a walking adventure! Ivy and 罗导 planned how we can fit in a little break to head back to the hotel for an hour or two to rest up, or how they can switch the iterneries so that we don’t get too stressed up)

Despite our group of 27 having 2 individuals with special meal requests, Ivy consistently met their needs, even adjusting to unexpected changes.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ivy as a tour leader. Throughout our journey, she became like family to us, making the experience all the more meaningful.

Honestly, traveling to 张家界 with Parlo is such a breeze! The accommodation and food are fantastic, and the best part? The VIP lanes! I can’t imagine standing in line for hours without them—it would definitely put a damper on our travel vibes.

Very tiring (a lot WALKING)

Very much recommended if you are a type that can take a challenge for 6am wake up call, 6.30am breakfast, depart by 8 or 8.30am, travel in bus for 2 to 4 hours journey. Night flight also can throw your body rhythm out of sync on the the departure and return flight.

Just returned from Harbin, China Tour organised by Parlo. One of the best experiences, if not the best. Many thanks to Karshin for organising this tour for me, my wife, and my daughter. And also many thanks to Tour leaders Zhi Qing and Jia Jia. All of these people from Parlo strived to make our tour experience superb and enjoyable. Hotel accommodations were all 5 Stars as promised. Food were all tasty and of different varieties. The last meal arranged was most enjoyable. It was inside a real iced structured restaurant! What an experience!

At first i was skeptical about this tour agency after i booked my tour, because of all the negative reviews here. But after my experience with them, it’s really not as bad as the review here la.. My first tour with them, and i booked the mystery getaway tour out of the fun of it. Turns out, me and my friends had a blast. 🙂 Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The team even greeted us at the airport. Our TourLeader, ChuiChui tries her best to accommodate to everyone of us.. It was a beautiful trip, South Gansu.
