I had a great experience and found what i was looking for. The gent working there did not mind looking through the boxes and re-arranging them until i found what i liked, and he was nice through it all. Same for the ladies at check out.

The staff are very friendly, and you can feel their passion and patience in replying to my inquiries. Even though I left the shop empty-handed, they still sent me off with warm smile.

This is my first ever review where I never actually visited the physical place before but I have done a few online transactions with this store. Very trusted and so far all my transactions were great and no issues. The staff Eiwa is very responsive and friendly too. Definitely one of my go to toy shops in Malaysia. Recommended to check it out!
