I recently went to the store to buy the newly released LEGO “Travel Moments” set as a gift for my boss. It was on display but not within my sight (as the box at lower rack), so I showed a picture of it from my phone to one of the staff members. Even though I didn’t know their name, they were super helpful and found it for me. When I was about to pay, I asked if I could get a new one instead of the display piece. They happily brought out a fresh set from the back and explained that it was still in a brown shipping box because it had just arrived. The staff’s friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience great. Highly recommend this store!

Goooood place to bring kids here! They have DIY fun activities. I am an adult and coming here and playing with kids felt good. I casually walked into the store and found it to be a fun store. You can create your own Lego characters or can buy souvenirs from here. I bought key chains and 3 DIY Lego characters for 50RM. Although prices felt high but this is a brand. Recommend to visit, if you like anything, just buy it.

First time buyer. Overall satisfied with the service. At first, I was just looking around and havent decide to buy but the store assistant never push me and ask me to bring my child along. I went out and pick my child to come back to the store because im comfortable with the service without any judgement eventho ive taken quite a time to do the survey.

Experience was good and I liked the place. Though it attracts adults, but it is mainly for kids. It has different sections ranging from cartoons or characters I have never heard to Jurassic World Franchise. Time spent well. I bought few souvenirs and Jurassic park themed dinosaurs. Recommend.

Love the newly located Toys R Us. Its definitely bigger, spacious and has more toys choices. Tomica selection was also big. There are new toy brand from
japan as well. The lego section was also huge. Overall there are toys for all ages. spoilt for choices. Staff were friendly as well.

The inventory alongside the variations of Tomica are encompassed well all over the primary shopping destinations in KL. This one too is not an exception It was seen that Tomica’s collection is the largest one here.
Mattel, as usual is a dominating brand here. Apart from collectibles, children-toys’ reserve is quite fair but with hefty price, more than the retail market like other cities around the world.

Deduction of one star is because of the lackluster number of employees.

The store seems a little desolate. Some shelves are empty. Still there’s a fairly good collection of toys. Prices are steep but it’s is expected for original branded items.

I bought an Avatar item from Planet M78, and I’m really happy with my purchase! Penn Mart toys , one of the biggest toy collection store at Chowkit Malaysia. They have different varieties of car collection suiting from small to medium aged kids . Most of items are imported goods. Kids would love it . They provide 10%discount on the MRP. Staffs were helpful. Interesting toy off road drift car which drives 360 along with hand gesture kit.
Drones are not much of interesting. CAR parking is a challange.

Services by the staff is very not good. We bought Tank car and want to try is it works well or not before we go.
When the staff packing it into the box, He doing it very rough like want to break it. He installed the bolts very hard. He did not sincerely and smoothly.

I buy 4-5 items. Total bill 300RM. My kid was just sitting on one of the big cars near billing station. The staff had no issue with that. But once i made the payment. He said sir you already made the payment. I said yes, then the staff replied could you please move your kid from this car. I asked why he let my kid sit on the car didn’t ask me to get the kid off the car. That what he replied is most shocking. HE replied SIR I AM WAITING FOR YOU DO THE PAYMENT. AS YOU MADE THE PAYMENT WE ACHIEVE OUR GOAL. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Such a shame less people

Got this at a very affordable price for my nephew. The guy who assisted us, Mr Hakim was also veru helpful. Just ask him everything you want to know about this electric car. It’s just that i was too ambitious to get a big car and ended up need to diassessmble some of the car parts. But no worries they would still help you with that too. So before you buy any electric cars make sure it can fit in you car nicely. Less messy on your part i would say. So do find Mr Hakim and get him to assist you ya

Plenty of toys….all of my kids were happy during their time there. Can try some of the toys and the staff particularly name Black was very helpful and polite. His a really good salesperson. I reccomend this shop and look for that salesperson Black for assitance. Not to forget the price was reasonable.

Huge collection of toys warehouse. Mostly all are china made. Very good collection. Price may be higher than online.

Pathetic Customer service. Don’t ever buy from this shop. There are multiple good toys shops near to this shop but don’t ever go to this shop. The supervisor is so rude, don’t even know how to talk to the customer. Provided a bad quality scooter which got broken due to rusty plastic body without even being used once by my daughter.
The quality of products is worst, the supervisor simply threw the scooter in front of us without even discussing or trying to understand the situation. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff don’t have a basic sense and empathy to talk to the customer. I had to leave the damaged piece at the shop without even a apology from the staff.
It’s not about money but it’s about how to deal with your customer who make or break your business.

Newly opened Lego Certified Store. Although not many choices compare with other branch, but i bought what i wanted. Beautiful place for kids & adults. Staffs are generous & polite. Definitely will going back!!

Was there on 25/5 & decided to get some minifigs for the kids. It’s my birthday month but I didn’t receive any birthday voucher. Staff suggested I send an IG DM to request for the voucher so I did. So excited to visit Lego store Sunway Velocity. This store quite new launched just last few months ago. Firstly, we saw some display units without display box, so that customers can see closely and can touch gently the display units. Nice! There is one special display – Disruptor Unit, like magnifier can see details of Lego builds. It’s look fun too. Another big special display – big Mosaic wall made by 37,146pcs Lego – KLCC, KL tower, tiger. It’s look amazing!
We specially like the mini figures building station. The varieties Lego pieces ready with well arrangement and more than enough for kids to choose and pick easily.
Besides, the staffs are polite and good customer service. Really have nice shopping experience in there and definitely will visit again. You guys feel free must visit their store!

We got to know this fun playground in MATTA fair,we bought the ticket from the manager Mr Kevin,very helpful and responsive person,we decided to add on party package 5 days before to make things hustle free,I am liasing with Cecilia,very professional and responsive event organiser,keep changing number of people till the very last minute.On the event day,Sam is super helpful with the floor flow,we has so many unexpected minor issues.In the end,all turn out perfect for my Son 11th year’s old birthday party,the kids had great fun highly recommended for hustle free party forgot to mentioned they provide free photography service

Toy shop combined with 2 storey huge playgym. Best modern clean playgym i have seen in KL. Both kids absolutely loved it. Came down to 35RM per kids, unlimited time. Absolutely fair priced. Staff very helpful and attentive.

First time visiting this hobby shop in a very expensive mall. It has a wide variety of anime goods, especially gunpla. I was able to buy a HG gunpla at an affordable price better than buying these in my country.

Came to buy gundams, left with Iron man figures and Ultraman. The store while small has a lot of hidden gems when it comes to model kits and action figures. I recommend checking this place out when you visit the Pavilion mall in Bukit Bintang, KL.

Don’t PO from this shop. I believe the box I received was already opened. The first photo shows the condition of the box as it arrived in their packaging. The second photo shows me inspecting the cause of the dent, which appears as though it had been previously opened. This will be my first and last preorder with this shop—definitely not recommended. They never replied to my WhatsApp messages asking for an explanation.
