I recently went to the store to buy the newly released LEGO "Travel Moments" set as a gift for my boss. It was on display but not within my sight (as the box at lower rack), so I showed a picture of it from my phone to one of the staff members. Even though I didn’t know their name, they were super helpful and found it for me. When I was about to pay, I asked if I could get a new one instead of the display piece. They happily brought out a fresh set from the back and explained that it was still in a brown shipping box because it had just arrived. The staff’s friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience great. Highly recommend this store!
