Had a great experience with JD Sports Malaysia with the professional customer service from staff named Sarah. Despite getting the late reply from Ecom, I went to this branch for a physical return of my wrong item sent by the other JD branch, Sarah attended to me and solved my problem efficiently. She is very helpful in getting back my fav sandals (the correct item ordered). Thankful to Sarah

Yesterday, I visited JD Sports with my husband. We were assisted by a staff member named Dinah, who was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. My husband was looking for a pair of casual shoes, preferably ones on sale. Dinah recommended the New Balance 9060, but unfortunately, only the display pair was left. While my husband was trying on the display shoes and still considering whether to purchase them, another female staff member (who was free hair with brown hair I guess) suddenly took the shoes and mentioned that another customer wanted to try them. For me, this was quite rude, as my husband was clearly still in the process of trying them on and making a decision. Fortunately, Dinah quickly stepped in, calmed the situation, and suggested that my husband try a different pair while she looked into other options. Despite the unpleasant interaction with the other staff member, my husband eventually decided to purchase the display pair, as Dinah informed us it was the last pair available and it was being offered at a significantly reduced price. Overall, our experience was positive thanks to Dinah’s excellent service and helpful recommendations. However, we were disappointed with the behavior of the other staff member, and we hope she can improve her attitude in the future.

Really sweet and amazing staff at the store , the store feels like a mall in itself , it is so large has massive different sections for clothes , shoes , sportswear , casual slides etc. . The variety in products and the catalog is quite amazing too . Their own brand Unlike Humans is also available at the store , amazing brand and quality provided by JD Sports . Really good experience at this JD store .
