I came across Quick Sport while searching for the nearest and most convenient shop in KL to buy electrolytes. Through Google Search, I came to the right shop! The owner Mr Yong, himself is a ultra-sports athlete, is very helpful in explaining how to take electrolytes and energy gel for a first-timer marathon runner like me. And I find it interesting to have a great chat and conversation with Mr Yong as he shared his experience with me. For all athletes wanted to get the right products, equipments, apparels, and of course some good guidance, do drop by Quick Sport!

The best place in KL if you need anything for triathlon. Yong will take good care of you explaining every detail you need to know, will solve all your doubts. You’ll leave the place even more motivated and energized!

The shop is a little hidden,just up the stairs from the entrance the shop is on the left.Ring the bell to get in. I came here to get trisuit and as a triathlon beginner, Yong provide me with so much knowledge and guidance like triathlon events, bike bag, electrolytes, bike shoes, and tri suit. Would come here again next time to buy other stuff i need. The service is top quality and you are buying stuff with guidance with what you need based on his experience. Spacious and bright. Many staffs which will help but never bother customer unless being asked. Products are more complete than other decathlon. Parking is easy as have basement parking. If purchase above 30 RM can get parking charge waived. Recommended place to buy sports goods

Lots of parking below. Super friendly, informative and helpful staff. Made all the difference at this branch. For example, discovered you trade-in your bicycle here for vouchers. Thry’d have to inspect it first. And their house brand items are quite cool – check out those white-laced sneakers. These could give the Three stripe a run.

Very rude staff. I enter the store. Wait literally infront of customer service counter but staff act like i’m invisible. Unlike store the store at NU Sentral & KLCC. I come to the customer service because I make a booking at NU Sentral. Going all the way to MyTown to self pickup. But front staff very rude.

Decathlon KL East Mall has always been my go-to store for shopping, especially for swimming and watersports items. Always consistently offer great value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and during my recent visit, they really went the extra mile. I was buying a birthday present for my friend’s baby, and the team kindly helped me wrap the gift with their Decathlon wrapper, which made the experience even more special. Flagship Decathlon store in Kuala Lumpur with the most comprehensive selection of sports apparels and equipments. The floor space is massive and the sports advisers here are warm, helpful and knowledgeable. There are plenty of self check out counters which help make shopping here a breeze. All about hockey! My daughter is just a beginner, went to this shop to buy a new hockey stick for a beginner, a pair of turf shoes and stick holder bag. The shop assistant was very helpful, knowledgable and very kind too! We got combo price for the shoes & stick, make it a very reasonable price for all 3 items we bought. My youngest got a gift from him, a small hockey stick keychain ☺️. Very recommended and definitely will come back!

Despite getting the late reply from Ecom, I went to this branch for a physical return of my wrong item sent by the other JD branch, Sarah attended to me and solved my problem efficiently. Yesterday, I visited JD Sports with my husband. We were assisted by a staff member named Dinah, who was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. My husband was looking for a pair of casual shoes, preferably ones on sale. Dinah recommended the New Balance 9060, but unfortunately, only the display pair was left.

While my husband was trying on the display shoes and still considering whether to purchase them, another female staff member (who was free hair with brown hair I guess) suddenly took the shoes and mentioned that another customer wanted to try them. For me, this was quite rude, as my husband was clearly still in the process of trying them on and making a decision.

Fortunately, Dinah quickly stepped in, calmed the situation, and suggested that my husband try a different pair while she looked into other options.

Despite the unpleasant interaction with the other staff member, my husband eventually decided to purchase the display pair, as Dinah informed us it was the last pair available and it was being offered at a significantly reduced price. Overall, our experience was positive thanks to Dinah’s excellent service and helpful recommendations. However, we were disappointed with the behavior of the other staff member, and we hope she can improve her attitude in the future.
