Alan is amazing helpful. Explained all the questions patiently on skateboard so clearly and even helped to find and then pack the stuff with the extra box available and deflated all the basketballs upon knowing I’m going to take a flight back to Sabah. Really good customer service. Politely handle multiple customers asking him question at the same time and still able to prioritise. Overall it’s a good experience shopping in decathlon. Flagship Decathlon store in Kuala Lumpur with the most comprehensive selection of sports apparels and equipments. The floor space is massive and the sports advisers here are warm, helpful and knowledgeable. There are plenty of self check out counters which help make shopping here a breeze. Top Decathlon outlet here. Highly recommended. ⭐️
Alan was well attentive at the kids bicycle section and we purchased this kids bike for my son. He even went to the extend to assist in teaching my daughter how to ride a bike.. well done and keep it up Alan ( Decathlon 4 seasons KLCC)
Super store! Huge selection! I was very helped by the employee of the Hazeem store. He helped me find the right products and was very kind. Give him a bonus! In Russia, Decathlon has been closed throughout the country. I really love this store, so I ran here as soon as I arrived and found what I needed! Thank you!
