An OK mall, but without anything out of the ordinary. You can find here pretty much what you find in any other mall in the world. I liked the Mercato supermarket, in the basement, but also the food court area.

Add to that the presence of WiFi throughout the mall, which remains a rarity in many Malaysian shopping complexes, and the experience certainly starts on a high note. For enthusiasts of Japanese pop culture, that small inclusion alone can make the mall feel more rewarding than average. Cleanliness and upkeep fall behind regional counterparts in East and Southeast Asia, and this mall doesn’t escape that trend. While I can’t speak to the parking facilities, my time inside was generally smooth, and staff across the stores were polite and professional. Final Verdict: 3/5 Sunway Putra Mall is practical and polished, with a cinema, WiFi, and a respectable mix of shops. It’s a good place to shop or catch a movie, but without a distinct character or standout offerings, it remains more solid than special.

It's getting more fun to go here..many promotions, programs and the latest Ultraman Zero and Hero are coming bring the kids to see it..but it seems the parents are more excited thank you Sunway Putra..the best

Pros: 1- Nice small mall linked with hotel. 2- Great brands and seating spaces. 3- Decent food court. 4- Not too crowded. 5- loved padini, basement kisoks. Cons 1- no soft play area, kids area which can be deal breaker if you have small kids. 2- need more food options especially international food chains.
