We would like to express our sincere gratitude to these three Customer Service staff, Aisyah, Beatrice, Vivien for their patience in assisting us through Whatsapp to our difficulties in placing our online birthday order from Australia. Communications were ongoing and timely updates were provided throughout the whole process. I'm pleased to say that our presents were delivered to my mom personally in good condition and on time. Photos were provided before and after delivery. My mom was delighted to receive her presents and she was amazed with the freshness of the roses, they looked unreal though. The chocolate cake was soft and delicious which she definitely enjoyed. The Ferrero Rocher and teddy bear which was replaced with a bigger one, were perfect.
