We ordered flower and gift basket and lily was still at bud, pureseed was very thoughtful to call and WhatsApp quickly to check with us and proposed a few other alternatives. I recently ordered a bouquet from Pure Seed to surprise my 85 year-old mom, her very first real bouquet after years of simple gifts. I chose Orchid in a tall vase and requested more white orchids, her favorite. The team was incredibly helpful, even calling me with thoughtful suggestions. I trusted their expertise and left it in their good hands, honestly, not quite sure how the final result would turn out.

Yesterday, they delivered it ahead of time to my house. The moment the driver carefully carried the vase out of the van… Oh WOW. It was beyond anything I had imagined. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I ordered 3 bouquets (RM155 for one, RM55 each for the other two) and also agreed to an additional RM10 for wrapping a gift I provided which totalled for rm275. Everything was confirmed via Whatsapp beforehand, so I expected the flowers and wrapping to reflect the quality as the pictures shown. Unfortunately, the outcome makes me disappointed.

The RM155 bouquet was wrapped in an unexpected light blue paper instead of the grey as shown in their sample, and I was never informed about this change. The gift wrapping was even more frustrating as it looked like cheap paper you’d get for free, poorly taped together, poorly finished with visible messy tape and certainly not worth the RM10 charge and felt like zero effort was put into it..The RM55 bouquets were acceptable in wrapping, but the flowers were not as fresh as it shows spots that indicated they were already deteriorating.

The most disappointing part was the RM155 bouquet. Not only was the wrapping not as expected but the arrangement looked so poorly arranged, with big empty gaps left unfilled. The flowers themselves were not as fresh, with black spots showing they were starting to die. I even had to rearrange the flowers myself to make it look somewhat presentable. For the amount charged, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.

When I raised my concerns, the staff initially reluctant to change and even wanted to charge me extra to redo the RM155 bouquet wrapping, despite it being their decision to change the colour without informing me. Only after I disagreed did they redo it at no cost. Same goes to the wrapped gift as I had to insist before they replaced the poor gift wrapping with something more appropriate.

Overall, the staff that attended me were courteous and helpful in resolving the issues, however, the quality of the flowers and the wrapping did not reflect the price I paid. For the total of RM275, I expected much better freshness, finishing, and quality. Unfortunately, even after they changed the wrapping and helped with to solve the issue, I still left feeling that the bouquets were not worth the amount spent as the quality and finishing are bad.

I’ve been with JK Florist for several years, and my experience has always been wonderful. They have consistently supported all my requests with kindness and care even they would accomodate last minute requests too. I want to share my full experience with this flower shop because I have been there many times…….and my feelings have changed a lot……The first time I went was on Mother’s Day…. I bought three bouquets for my mom, my wife, and my mother-in-law. Everything was perfect. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and I was very happy…

The second time was for my anniversary on June 15. The shop was about to close at midnight but I called at 11:50 pm. They were kind enough to wait for me. When I arrived, the lady working there helped me pick flowers and made a very nice bouquet all with a big smile. Even though it was late, she gave me amazing service. That really made my anniversary special and I was so thankful.

But my next two visits were not good at all. About two weeks ago, I went back and asked for just three roses. The staff told me I could not customize anything and had to buy only what was already made. They said flowers were limited, but I could clearly see many roses available. I felt like they just did not want to help.Then last Saturday I went again and asked for fresh flowers. Instead, they tried to give me plastic flowers. The staff were also rude did not smile and did not show any care. It was completely different from my first two visits.In short my first two experiences were wonderful. The staff were friendly smiling, and helpful. But the last two times were very disappointing. The service was poor the staff were rude and I did not feel respected as a customer. It is sad because I know this shop can give great service but lately it has not been the same…… If this continues I may have to find another flower shop.

Online ordering process was pretty easy and I received my plants on the same day as promised (I ordered in the morning). Plants were delivered in an open box and all plants received in good conditions. The delivery person called me to inform that my plants had been delivered. I love all the plants – they all looked healthy and beautiful. Will definitely buy again from them.

I hope it can be better like the first time when I was purchased. Though the orchid does not last too long period but the blooming is really coloured our days.

My better half sent me to pick up a plant purchased online. I visited on a weekday morning. Parked on the road shoulder and legged it over. Interesting place, freshly cut flower, orchids, indoor plants, seeds, accessories sold here. Friendly service.

This is my second time purchasing fresh cut flowers from Floristika for my flower arrangements at home. Love the selection and I like that fact that I can choose specific flowers that I like for the same price or cheaper compared to a flower subscription service. Good quality flowers and fast delivery!

The flowers were very fresh and as pictured. However, my order included 30 sachets of flower food which was missed out from the package when I did the pick up. Waiting for the store to deliver the missing item.

Bought wholesale flowers and delivered to my house for my mom’s birthday, I know it’s wholesale but they didn’t remove the price tag on the individual plastics, so my mom knows the price of the flowers The pink spray roses had wilted edges, other than that, all good. Thanks floristika.

I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. I was initially told that wrapping with floral paper and ribbon would cost $50 — a price I needed time to consider. When I eventually went back to get it done, the staff upstairs were extremely rude. They kept repeating that the $50 only included paper and ribbon, nothing else, and told me I’d have to wait an hour if I wanted it done. I was in a rush, so I declined — but honestly, it was the attitude that made me walk away.

While waiting outside for my ride (about 10 minutes), I saw them bringing down many pre-wrapped bouquets from upstairs, some priced over $200. Clearly, they had the capacity but just didn’t want to serve me. Very disappointing.

Please stop promoting that customers can pick and wrap their own bouquets when your service clearly says otherwise.

You can get fresh flowers at very affordable prices. They have the cheapest baby’s breath I’ve found anywhere, and the quality is still excellent.

First time here for their flowers. Fresh and affordable. 10 stalks of red rose for RM20 only! Staff was friendly and helpful, however the boss (I guess) at the counter wasn’t friendly. Poker face in the morning.. aiyooo but it didn’t spoil our mood as we get affordable fresh roses.

Roses opened and petals started to fall in the afternoon. That was pretty quick, not sure if it was due to the hot weather.

But for the fresh flowers section in the cool room are quite small please walk carefully because sometimes is full with customers.
Service also fast depends on situation and time.
Limited parking but you can payment car park near Petaling Street and just take short walk to this flower shop.
Price is reasonable can pay by cash or cashless transaction.

This is my third time purchasing fresh flowers from them online, and I’m honestly quite disappointed. Despite proper care and keeping conditions the same as flowers I’ve bought from other stores, theirs consistently don’t last even a week. It’s become clear to me that the quality of their fresh flowers is not up to standard likely lower grade. We choose to purchase online because we trust you to select quality on our behalf not to receive the leftovers. Every order is based on trust, and I truly hope it’s valued just as much on your end.

Red Charm peonies, received on Saturday, Sunday beautiful blooms, Monday .. all petals drop by itself.

I have gave three chances, summary all flowers cannot last most than 6days, peonies are among the worst.

I come here once every… few years, haha. Because I am from Johor, and the Johor branch Pudu Ria is not as good. They have an amazing variety of specially imported plants that you rarely see at other nurseries. It is a real treat to browse them. The refrigerated room for orchids is also really well maintained. They have a good variety of potting soil and rocks, organic fertilisers and pest repellents. And there are many interesting sections and rooms as well, like the fresh cut flower cold room, the bouquet design room, and retail area for pots and vases. Staff generally are all super nice and helpful. Parking is quite easy, just outside the warehouse. Their cafe/coffee house is not ready yet, slated for opening in November 2025.

A place recommended by a friend, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s quite popular—lots of people come here to shop for plants and flowers. The space is well-organized with different sections to suit various needs. There’s even a café on-site if you need a break or a quick refreshment. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Ordered some flowers online for a DIY arrangement. The flowers were extremely fresh and stunning. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The HQ is truly a floral haven for any flower lover. I do believe the some of the local staff requires training on flowers and plant variations, the foreign staff knew exactly what i asked for but the local staff seemed to not know and kept pointing me in the wrong direction. Definitely needs retraining there.

Wow! FANTASTIC service plus the flowers are so beautiful and fresh! I’m from Singapore and I’m in KL now to attend Hael Husaini’s Repertoire concert – which was just over yesterday- 8 August 2025. I’m a huge (and new) Dayang Nurfaizah fan and since she was one of the guest artiste, OF COURSE I had to attend! I decided to send flowers to Dayang and her manager, Hazwan plus to Hael of course. There doesn’t seem to be any florist at Lalaport, which was near my accommodation, plus I didn’t have much time to go shopping! So I decided to order from Belconi Florist because their website shows some elegant designs of bouquets. I ordered at about 9:30 AM and I told them I needed the bouquets latest by 3:30 PM on the same day. So imagine my pleasant surprise when I received a message at about 12 noon to inform me that my bouquets were ready!! I wanted same day delivery and despite short notice my flower stand was prepared and delivered within hours in time for the wake service. Ordered from Weng Hoa online for two condolence wreath and the flowers didn’t disappoint. Very beautiful arrangements and flowers quality are very fresh.

Ordered the pink springtime bouquet online as a birthday gift. Wow, love the arrangements and the flowers were so fresh! Smells so good. The delivery driver was so nice and friendly too! Just note that I selected the delivery time to be after 1PM but the flowers came earlier at around 11:20AM, which was fine for me. The delivery time is 10am to 6pm but I needed my flowers to be sent early as my friend was having a party and Weng Hoa obliged, getting the flowers there well in time. Highly recommended

Absolutely unacceptable experience !!!

I walked into the store personally, gave all the required details, and clearly stated that the bouquet MUST be delivered between 11:00–11:30 AM for a special event. Not only was it four and a half hours late (arrived at 3:30 PM), but I had to keep chasing them over the phone just to get updates.

At no point did anyone tell me the delivery van had broken down until i kept calling them.
instead, I kept getting the same vague excuse: “It’s on the way.” Completely dishonest and careless.

By the time the bouquet arrived, the event was already over. What’s the point of delivering flowers after the event is done? You had one job, and you completely blew it. If I had been informed earlier, I could have made alternate arrangements. But no, you chose to keep me in the dark.

This may just be another order for you, but for your customers, these are once-in-a-lifetime moments. If you can’t handle time-sensitive deliveries, don’t accept them. Don’t ruin other people’s events with your poor communication and terrible service.

Never ordering from here again and I’ll make sure others know not to trust you either.

I had the worst experience at this flower shop. I asked for a custom bouquet with a few sample photos for inspiration, but what I received was nothing like the pictures I showed them. They kept insisting that hydrangeas could only be packed in one specific way, which is fine if they had notify me before hand，but why take my order in the first place if they can’t replicate something close to what I asked for? Instead of being upfront about it, they just gave me an unrelated bouquet.

When I asked for a simple rearrangement to improve the bouquet, I was met with rude attitude and raised voices. They told me they wouldn’t do anything unless I paid more. I stood my ground and said no, demanding either put some baby breath to fill the space or a refund. I was treated horribly, and one lady even muttered that they wouldn’t take any more orders like mine, to which I responded, “Yah，you shouldn’t if you can‘t do it”

To make matters worse, they tried to push me into accepting a different shade of baby breath, which still didn’t match what I had requested. Even after adding the preferable colour baby breath, I was still dissatisfied with the final product.

The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop!
