I was there to charge my phone for a while because my battery ran out i had gone to many stores in other malls and this is the store that digusted me the most, unlike ur suria klcc and gardens outlet i was suprised that you had the audacity to kick me out while i need to charge and some how u said no charging allowed, next time i come in with suit and a tie then u layan me is it

Disgusted by the behaviour of one of the Maxis salesperson in your store. Wanted to get a new phone through the maxis postpaid plan. This salesperson attempted to con me by saying that because of my credit score, i needed to get an additional line, pay around RM 100 for 2 months then cancel the new line for me to get the new phone. It felt weird cause i am a Maxis customer for many years, bought a few devices through postpaid plans and i never heard of such a scheme before. Later found out that this is done for them to meet their monthly sales target. I got my new phone in Maxis Setapak Central without any of this additional scams, in fact, the salesperson there said i am eligible for monthly rebates when i opted for 2 years payment instead of 3years. Please be straight forward to your customers and not con people like this.

ngl, any apple store seems to be very intimidating that my introvert self never appreciate a trip to their store. but this outlet particularly so welcoming and all their staff so kind, quick on their feet and very knowledgeable about latest to old product. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY DON'T JUDGE EVEN YOU WALK IN WITH COMOT AFTERWORK OUTFIT! in my case specifically, i don't have high budget for new gadget but their staff, Qila patiently guided through their products and helped me to find my best iphone match, optimised the options that works best (aligned with specifications of my job's req) within my budget range. even then, i have a few hiccups with my payment, she kept her best smile and let me work on the payment according my time. can't thank her enough for making my purchase experience a delightful one! semoga Qila dipermudah urusan dan naik gaji banyak-banyak hehe 🙂
