Went for troubleshooting of macbook air due to unable to open chrome & other browsers and was entertained by Alif. Very quick service from his team after severals steps being executed. Took around 2 hours and finally macbook was succesfully completed with reinstallation of all apps and browsers after resetting macbook software. Thanks to machine midvalley support team. Great work done for today!

Great experience at Machines Mid Valley while I was dealing with a bloated battery! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive — especially Lee, who provided detailed information about the protection package for iPhone 13; Yum, who assisted with logging the report; and technician Isma, who investigated the issue. The entire process was efficient, thanks to their professionalism. Excellent service overall — highly recommended!

My phone had a pixelated issue with a black dot on the screen. Initially, I was told this should be covered under warranty, so I backed up my phone and made an appointment. However, I later received mixed feedback from another branch.

Thankfully, I decided to bring my phone to the Mid Valley Machine Service Centre, and I’m so glad I did. The technician there quickly identified the issue, confirmed it was covered under warranty, and completed the screen replacement within just 2 hours on the same day. The attendants were friendly, professional, and efficient, it was a pleasant experience.

I went to the Machine outlet at Pavilion Bukit Bintang on a weekday. Since it was a working day, there weren’t many customers around. At first, no one attended to me when I entered, but I was fine with it myb the staff busy ke apa as I wanted to browse a little before making my purchase.

However, when I called a male staff member for assistance, his attitude was very unpleasant. He responded half-heartedly, and before I could even finish asking about the item, he just walked away. I found his attitude extremely irritating, so I decided to leave the store.

An hour later, I came back because my intention was to buy, not just survey. This time, I was assisted by a staff member named Larry. He was the complete opposite, friendly, helpful, and patient in explaining and recommending products. Because of his professionalism, I felt comfortable making my purchase.

Machines is a big company, and customer service should reflect that. Please train your staff not only to sell products but also to improve their communication and service skills. Working at Machines doesn’t make you 高人一等 (superior), cause that is the vibe/impression that the 1st staff gave to me tho. Humility and good service go a long way.

5 stars for Larry’s attentive service, but -1 star for the first SA’s poor attitude.

I had a great experience at Machines! The staff (Hanim) was super helpful and patient while helping me transfer all my data to my new iPhone. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. Really appreciate the friendly service and clear explanation. Thank you for making the process stress-free!

Dealing with Machines full stop is an unpleasant experience. I would advise anyone trying to buy Apple products never to purchase from Machines. First they sell defective products. Then you cannot simply go back to the store you purchased from and they make you go to another location with their service centre which has to be within 5 days of purchase. This itself is a major inconvenience and waste of time and money. Then, they provide another faulty product which is clearly faulty when testing at the service centre. It seems they are also aware of this being a common issue. But rather than try and find a working product or provide a full refund, they say that we have to take it back with us, email Machines to explain this and ask for another exchange or refund and then go through another stupid process like this.
Everytime you contact Machines, they say your satisfaction is our top priority. Honestly it feels like you are the lowest priority.
I will never ever buy any Apple product from Machines and would advocate to anyone else never to buy from them if you want any peace of mind that you are getting genuine products that work and they will take care of you for any problems.

I went in to check NFC on my phone as I had trouble the last 2 days to reload my touch and go enhanced card.

All the staff were very friendly and especially Haikal who assisted me and tried tapping on the front instead of the usually tap on the back of the phone. It worked and Haikal ensure we tried a few times just to be sure

Kudos to the team and Haikal for such excellent service. This is a customer centric store that I would recommend to anyone looking of Apple products related support.

I was there to charge my phone for a while because my battery ran out i had gone to many stores in other malls and this is the store that digusted me the most, unlike ur suria klcc and gardens outlet i was suprised that you had the audacity to kick me out while i need to charge and some how u said no charging allowed, next time i come in with suit and a tie then u layan me is it

Disgusted by the behaviour of one of the Maxis salesperson in your store. Wanted to get a new phone through the maxis postpaid plan. This salesperson attempted to con me by saying that because of my credit score, i needed to get an additional line, pay around RM 100 for 2 months then cancel the new line for me to get the new phone. It felt weird cause i am a Maxis customer for many years, bought a few devices through postpaid plans and i never heard of such a scheme before. Later found out that this is done for them to meet their monthly sales target.

I got my new phone in Maxis Setapak Central without any of this additional scams, in fact, the salesperson there said i am eligible for monthly rebates when i opted for 2 years payment instead of 3years.

Please be straight forward to your customers and not con people like this.

ngl, any apple store seems to be very intimidating that my introvert self never appreciate a trip to their store. but this outlet particularly so welcoming and all their staff so kind, quick on their feet and very knowledgeable about latest to old product. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY DON’T JUDGE EVEN YOU WALK IN WITH COMOT AFTERWORK OUTFIT! in my case specifically, i don’t have high budget for new gadget but their staff, Qila patiently guided through their products and helped me to find my best iphone match, optimised the options that works best (aligned with specifications of my job’s req) within my budget range. even then, i have a few hiccups with my payment, she kept her best smile and let me work on the payment according my time. can’t thank her enough for making my purchase experience a delightful one! semoga Qila dipermudah urusan dan naik gaji banyak-banyak hehe 🙂

Well I bought laptop from them 2 years ago, on the next day I had screen flicker issue, I wanted a refund but they denied it and told me it’s a software issue. They help to resolve it by deleting some drivers and download a new one.

After 2 years I started to face the same issue so I contacted them. They gave such hideous reason that this laptop is old (what u mean by old, I use acer aspire5 for 8 years). I even told that it’s a display driver issue they keep one telling we are not selling this product, too old laptop, change screen.

Worst experience, I bought the product, as a customer I have the rights to question about the product quality over the price, Why can’t they resolve it by contacting MSI. MSI PULSE GL66 IT BECOMES OLD AFTER 2 YEARS . JOKE

This movie was really good! It has only a simple storyline which basically shows about the importance of true love, right choice and what it feels like to have your own family. That despite living a wealthy life, and being famous can’t make us happy at all. It’s true that it is lonely to be alone when adulting. But still, it’s individual choice though.

The store is located more to the side of the floor so you mihgt at first have a hard time finding it’s location but it’s easy to spot the ‘Harvey Norman’ sign. Towards the left of the store is more electronics such as headphones, phones, chargers, cables, etc. Then towards the middle, back, and right are more house related stuff such as fridges, TVs, kettles, toasters, washing machines, etc.

I had gone to buy a JBL set of headphones and it was a very simple process. I had to sign a view papers like normal at the cashier, paid, then was out. The staff member Muhammed was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for anything electronics related as they have a big selection.
