I have been a loyal customer of their carpet and upholstery cleaning services since 2020. Over the years, I have consistently found their work to be professional, efficient, and of high quality. The visible difference before and after each cleaning session was always impressive, and it was this level of service that earned my continued trust and repeat business.

However, I regret to say that the standard of service has declined this year. During the most recent cleaning session, several brown stains remained clearly visible even after the job was completed. Unfortunately, I had to clean these areas myself, which was disappointing given my previous positive experiences.

I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe the company has the potential to maintain — and even exceed — the standards it once upheld. I do hope to see an improvement in quality control and attention to detail in future engagements.

Great customer service with a friendly and fast response via WhatsApp. Very satisfied with their work! They cleaned a king-size mattress, bed frame, and a queen-size sofa bed for a reasonable price (RM380). The sofa bed was covered in pet fur, but after cleaning, it looks brand new again. I’ll definitely be using their service again for my curtains!

Good cleaning service with reasonable price (had compared with 3 other cleaning service provider). Approximately RM 400 for 3 numbers of 10ft height curtains and a blind. Used professional tools and not just normal wash your fabric. When told there are some more stains they try their best to do more cleaning on that area without complaints.

The cleaners arrived about 5 minutes before and worked really well. They finished the job early too. It was a great job – the mattress looks whiter and cleaner and it smells really nice. Thank you, Mr. David and Mr. Hew!

After using their mattress cleaning service, I’m beyond satisfied; not only did they remove all the stains and odors, but they also restored the mattress to a level of cleanliness and comfort that exceeded my expectations. Absolutely disgusted with the “car fumigation service” from ULTRA CLEANING SDN BHD (1040447-X). I paid RM 120 for a German cockroach fumigation, expecting a professional treatment. Instead, the technician arrived with a tiny bottle of “Rapid Killer” spray – a product sold online for only RM 12!

This is a blatant example of overcharging and deceptive practice. They are passing off a cheap, retail-grade product as a professional service. I could have bought this myself and done it for a fraction of the cost. Their claim of being “professional” is a joke.

They have thankfully agreed to issue a refund, but this experience was utterly unacceptable. Do NOT waste your money here. I have reported this to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) as well. Hopefully action will be taken .

They are really accommodating, even for last minute request. Communication was quick and precise. Rahma and Eti, the cleaners came and they were really thorough with their work. They did the house and even the balcony.

Camelia and Dinasari do a great cleaning. They did some detail cleaning in our playground premises. Kuddos for them. Here some review for a good hardwork.

Rahma and Dinasari came to do the cleaning this morning and they were very efficient and thorough. They understood the instructions even though my Malay is very basic and they asked questions when unsure. They took care of the equipment and finished within the time limit. I highly recommend these 2 ladies and in fact have asked for them to be assigned to my home every week.

The first time i use they were ok lah but to my second booking went bad i book them early morning not knowing i was going to face an emergercy , i tried to tell the owner to push my time foward coz i dont want them to wait but he say cnot its ok they can wait , then my 5 month old son was showing bad symptoms of high fever so because it was early i went to hospital hoping i could b back in time i even deal with their driver nicely he was good and respectfull , even told them wait at cafe so they cn atleast eat or dring but out of my control my sons fever was 39.5 so they had to run test and i told them i dont think i can make it but d driver said try ur best i say ok i push hard at hospital to b fast but still cnot so i told the boss nicely and apolagize and requested to postpone another day , to my suprise the owner became so rudee and defensive and he spoke to me like im working for him pulak when im a paying customer ! I told him of and still he was rude even explain to him this is out of my control im alone handling two kids below 5 and still he couldnt understand my position , if this kind of person acts like this with their customers i dunno how he acts with his workers theres so many company out there thats much better so to all mothers dont bother using this company u might have an emergency and instead of being able to postpone he might just yell at you , customer service out! First of all, this company okay la they did a nice job cleaning the washing machine tub. But what I don’t like is the dishonest upsell part on the cleaning day. The price quote RM290 for cleaning and RM30 for transportation. And upon dismantling & inspection, all the sudden saying my tub have mold and need different chemical to remove it. Need to add on RM150, I’m like what? Shouldn’t that be in the price quote in the first place? So what’s in the RM290 then? Waterjet only? Water and electricity also use my house what. He said its hard to remove the mold without the chemical. Then i just scratched using my nail only remove already leh. If you haven’t try to remove first. How would you know? After cleaning all the sudden change narrative said he already use the mold chemical. It’s up to me whether to pay the extra or not. I’m like huh? Now i have option to pay or not the extra Rm150 pulak? So it was part of the plan to try tekan2 me. Second part saying 4 of my screws need to change, karat already. Quote me on the spot RM90 for 4 screws. What in the world screws cost you RM90 for 4 pieces. He said it’s a stainless steel screws. I’m not stupid. I’m a diy guy with multiple toolbox and screws in my house. All screws are stainless steel in the market and it doesn’t cost you RM90 for that. So no, I didn’t proceed with these two upsell. If I want to change the screws myself, I already know how they open the tub. So please lah. Be honest with your customer. It doesn’t give you good impression to your customer. If I must say, I wouldn’t hire them again. For consumers, please put high alert when dealing in this kind of situation. Don’t simply say yes this yes that to businesses like this.

Yes correct I do have full freedom to choose to add on or not. But before proceed with the cleaning, you didn’t mention there’s a package or add on price in case there’s mold or any kind of dirt. You just mention the price for cleaning which is RM290. I assume no matter how dirty it is. That’s the price. From my perspective, you’ve done this millions of time, so you would probably know what to expect the conditions of the washing machine each visit. So why not just include everything in one package as a cleaning package? In that way, customer don’t feel surprised by the add on prices.

For the screws part. I know it should be replace for long term use and I know I have the option to proceed or not. But to jack up RM90 for 4 pieces doesn’t sit right with me. M6 Stainless steel screw cost RM7+- for 4 pieces. If you want to jack up RM20 still acceptable. But RM90? come on. As a customer, how would we know where you get your supply? You can say it’s a high quality bla bla but how can we know if it’s the truth? Share me the link of the screw that cost RM25 each. Would like to know if it’s exist. Don’t forget to mention in your reply replacing my one of the screw that badly damage with “USED” screw. I don’t even know if it’s from other customer’s washing machine or not.

I wasn’t planning to write a review, but the more I think about it, the more I feel it wasn’t worth what I paid for. I booked a move-in cleaning service expecting a professional deep clean, but what I got felt like basic, surface-level cleaning.

There was visible dust on the walls, paint stains on the floor (which were clearly removable), and the cabinets weren’t cleaned properly. Many corners and edges still had dirt that could easily be scrubbed off, but were completely ignored. I hired a cleaning service because I wanted it done thoroughly, not just to have someone mop the floor and leave.

When I mentioned all this to the person in charge, I was told I should have checked everything before letting the cleaners leave. Honestly, am I supposed to inspect every corner like I’m babysitting them? That’s the reason I hired a professional service in the first place.

Also, when they first arrived, one of them even commented, “Your house is small” — which felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, the service felt careless and not up to the standard I expected. In the end, I feel like I paid for something I could have done better myself.

Been purchasing their services since a few months ago and I’m very satisfied with the current cleaner (Juliana) that they’ve arranged for me. She’s really tidy and quick with her hands. The rates are not too bad as well, considering the average price these days.

My work schedule requires me to plan 1-2 months ahead when it comes to these cleaning services and so far, they’re very punctual and responsive for every appointment. Overall, it’s been a pretty good experience and not as stressful as compared to the previous companies that I’ve used.

I engaged the 4 hours cleaning service by Casabella. Good time management and the cleaner arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Satisfied with the level of service by the cleaner. Value for money as compared to their competitor that charged me higher fee. Recommend for others to try out their cleaning service.

Update on 27 May 2025: After engaging their cleaning service for 1x in Sept 2024 and given the above positive Google review, tried to engage them again in Oct 2024 but they last minute cancelled the appointment with reason given being cleaner was on leave. No reply from them when I asked them for new date. Thereafter, they increased the price in Nov 2024 and hence I switched to other cleaning service provider.

First off; mould removal is not cheap. The quoted packages – even the basic – would give anyone pause. But if it must be done, you can’t go past engaging Cleanaholics for your needs. They are a courteous and highly-responsive team who offer a worry-free and professional mould removal/remediation service in Malaysia.

Cleanaholics delivered deep-cleaning, anti-microbial coating, and painting touch-ups on every surface of my 4-bedroom unit within four days, and ordered replacement window blinds, which were promptly installed two weeks later. The cleaning team also ensured that the place was left spotless and more or less exactly how it was before the remediation process.

I was less satisfied with the third-party contractor they engaged for a minor adhoc electrical job around the flat, but Mr. Vin did his utmost to promptly rectify the issue to completion.

Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Cleanholics on a generally unpleasurable task.

Dont have to bother asking them, more like a scam. 1k non refundable site visit that doesnt give actual value beside using bought meter to read air quality. Can assume they are just going to read something and say its very bad and you will panic and have no choice to comit whatever they quote you cause youve alrd paid 1k (for reading).
Do note they dont provide quotation beforr the 1k site inspection even though they have asked what size what type of property (whats the point asking then just put on ur page site visit 1k first before any talk)

But the main issue is the customer service, have a look at the chat convo, throughout convo have been polite and genuinely curious about their service but was responsed by sacarsm.

Seems like they just picking customer as if they have some phd chemist that will actually come to your site and provide lab work in your unit.
