Tarbush Starhill

Very bad experience at Tarbush Starhill. Customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Prices are unjustifiably high for the quality of food served. I ordered the lamb cubes, and they came with a pungent, unpleasant smell and were very dry. When I told the manager, Nowruz, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he argued with me. He even said he would cancel the order but still charge for the three pieces that smelled bad. That was highly unprofessional. Other dishes ordered were also overpriced and mediocre in quality. Overall, this restaurant is not worth the money and does not live up to expectations. I would not recommend it.

المطعم راقٍ وهادئ ، الموظفون لطفاء في تقديم الخدمة وسريعون في ذلك، كان طلبنا حساء الحريرة ولم تكن بتلك الجودة المعروفة لها ، سلطة الطربوش لذيذة جداً ، متبل الطربوش الطعم عادي ، جرة الخضار باللحم الكمية كثيرة لشخصين لكن الطعم للأسف لم يكن لذيذ واللحم أسود وينقصه تتبيلة تغير طعم اللحم، ومعها الرز ابيض مسلوق عادي جداً بلا طعم ، سمك الهامور عادي جداً طعمه طازج مشوي بلا نكهة تعطيه لذاذة .. الكمية مشبعة والسعر مرتفع.

We ordered the thyme pie and it was burned, the team is cooperative but a little late. And the prices are high compared to the taste and service provided. The place has a wonderful atmosphere only.

Had the shawarma here and it was the best I’ve ever tried! Flavorful, juicy, and super satisfying. Definitely my go-to spot in KL for shawarma.

Our best restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and food is exceptional. We have tried all their branches food is the same quality but Star-hill branch has the best dining experience and view.

We ordered the lamb mandi and hummus, and we enjoyed the meal. The lamb was juicy, tender, and flavorful. While I’m not usually a big fan of hummus, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was here. The restaurant also has a cozy and private atmosphere. The prices are fairly similar to other Middle Eastern restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
