A Hidden Gem Away from the Crowds Tucked away in the bustling Bukit Bintang area, Al Sultan is a humble Middle Eastern restaurant that offers a fantastic escape from the more crowded spots. While the popular Damascus restaurant across the street draws big crowds with its social media buzz, we found Al Sultan to be a genuine discovery. The food is absolutely fantastic and represents great value for money. The service is also top-notch, attentive and friendly. A special shout-out to the grilled chicken, which was cooked to perfection, and the hummus, which was exceptionally creamy and flavorful. The only significant downside was the shisha. Smoking is allowed indoors, and the secondhand smoke became quite heavy as the evening went on, which could be an issue for some diners. Despite that, the decor and atmosphere are wonderful. We highly recommend Al Sultan for its incredible food and service and will definitely be returning.

Bonne expérience très bon. Par contre tout les plats arrrive en même temps entrée et plats. Peu de place sur la table. J’aurais préférer que les entrée arrive qu’on finissent puis que les plats arrive. J’ai renversé mon verre par inadvertance en essayant d’aider les serveur a débarrassé j’aurais aimé qu’il soit remplacé mais on ne me l’a pas proposé. Sinon tout les plats était très bon est savoureux

قرأتُ التقييمات، وكان لا بدّ لي من زيارة هذا المكان! يقع هذا المكان بين شارعٍ مزدحم ورصيفٍ، وستجد فيه جوهرةً! كانت الخدمة ودودة ودافئة، والطعام لذيذ! كما يُعزف فيه تنوعٌ رائعٌ من الموسيقى. أنصح به بشدة. كما يوجد بارٌ للحلويات بجوار المطعم. Baca ulasan dan terpaksa menyemak tempat ini! Terletak di antara jalan yang sibuk dan kaki lima, anda akan menemui permata ini! Perkhidmatan menarik dan hangat dan makanannya lazat! Pelbagai jenis muzik yang dimainkan juga. Saya pasti akan mengesyorkan. Mereka juga mempunyai bar pencuci mulut bersebelahan dengan restoran.

Great food and even better service at Al Sultan! The waiters were super hardworking, fast and very professional. They really went the extra mile to meet every request. Beautiful ambience too. Will definitely come back because of the amazing staff!

Al-Sultan Restaurant is super convenient, just right near the monorail station. Love the ambience here — cozy, clean, and really comfortable. The food is so fresh and delicious! Service was also great, the waiters even came to check if everything was okay, which was really nice. Definitely recommend this place and for sure will come again!

If you’re looking for the most authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, look no further than Al-Sultan Restaurant. Their menu offers an impressive variety of flavorful dishes, and the service is truly top-notch. Special shoutout to Sohan and the kind lady server (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch)—they made the experience even more memorable. المطعم في موقع استراتيجي، نظيف ومرتب والموظفين خدومين. لكن الأكل المقدم ليس بالمستوى المطلوب مقارنة بالمطاعم المجاورة، طلبت لحم ريش وكانت تجربة سيئة بسبب الرائحة او الطعم وكأنه لحم لم يُحفظ بطريقة سليمة. كلمة شكر للمشرف محمد التميمي الذي كان متفاعلاً جداً لملاحظاتي. بالتوفيق
