Extremely satisfied with the grooming service. The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming, and the groomers handled my cat with so much care and professionalism. My cat came out looking clean, tidy, and super comfortable. The whole place is so well run and thoughtful that they truly deserve the title of a 5-star pet hotel. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best care for their fur babies!

Easy set appointment through Whatsapp. Send my 2 cats at 10am, 1.30pm ready to be picked up. Updates were sent during grooming. Can request for cats to be weighed, no additional cost. During pickup, clear explanation was given - one of the cat has ear mite & damp around leg as they are scared of blower. The environment - clean, no unpleasant smell.

They handled my cat with care and patience throughout the process. I appreciate that they only recommended suitable treatments, without any pressure or hard selling. The environment is clean, calm, and well-maintained. They also send appointment reminders, provide video updates during the stay, and require a consent form before proceeding with any service, which reflects their professionalism. I was also informed promptly when my cat was ready for collection. Overall, I had a very positive experience and will definitely return in the future.

Highly recommend their service! I recently sent my cat for both boarding and grooming, and I’m pleased with the experience. My cat is usually afraid of water and blow-drying, but the team handled her with such professionalism and care that she was calm and comfortable throughout. After grooming, she looked happy and well taken care of. During boarding, they provided daily updates with photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Huge thanks to the team for their patience, love, and exceptional care!

My first visit here was when I adopted my cat. His condition wasn’t great, but they handled him very well. The service was excellent . They used natural shampoo and even sent me a video. The prices were reasonable, and the place was nice and calm. I’m definitely gonna come again for sure! thank you furrytel!

I had pleasure of using the pet hotel and grooming services at Furrytel. The staff were very freindly, professional and very passionate about animal. What really outstanding was tge personal care and regular updates I recieved when my Little Kenzo stayed there. It give me a peace of mind knowing my fur baby was in good hands.
